I've had explore teams of 6 battle enemies and 5/6 wolves missed the hit on a single turn, and those first 3 wolves had the highest BE too

Also, Omegas are allowed to have Owners/Masters. And it's actually recommended since the higher ranking your Master/Mistress then it offers more protection.
