. It was simply a wonderful day for the Pride. The huntresses were out hunting. The warriors were patrolling. The King and Queen were watching over their land. Everything seemed to be going as any normal day would go. It wasn't until while the pride was in the middle of feasting on their new prey, that a band of lions and lionesses approached them. The Akachi Pride has never seen these lions before. Confusion was painted on everyone's face. The unknown lions took more steps forward and assured the Akachi Pride that they were going to take over their land. . Of course the Akachi Pride laughed in their faces. This land has been theirs for over generations. The unknown lions had named themselves the Kezbian Band. Without hesitation, the Kezbian Band attacked, forcing the Akachi Pride out of the territory. The Kezbian Band was much stronger due to the fact that they had many more males. The Akachi Pride was surprised and filled with shock as they exited the territory, in hopes of new land. . After traveling and traveling, the Akachi Pride finally found a new territory. Unfortunate for them, it was relatively close to the Kezbian Band, with just a stream separating the two. The Akachi Pride assumed it to be a border between the two. The pride has now become more cautious over their territory, hoping to never see that band of lions again. They begin to heavily mark their territory and allow more lions to join the pride in hopes to be stronger. Will the two prides ever meet face to face again? | |

. King- The strongest male in the pride. What he says goes, as long as the Queen agrees as well. The King has a position in the pride that most males fear to challenge. Mostly because they know that if they lose it can result in exile or possibly death. The King makes all of the calls. He is to be addressed as "King -name-". Queen- The lioness that leads beside the King. In order for new rules to take place, she would have to come to agreement with the King. She doesn't have as much power as the king, but she is the most powerful lioness. Another lioness can challenge her, but for that to happen, the rest of the lionesses would have to agree with the action. She is to be addressed as "Queen -name-". Huntresses- These are typically made up of the lionesses. They are strictly in charge of hunting and feeding the pride. They are still well respected for their duties. Warriors- Mostly consists of lions. Their duty is to protect the pride by executing patrols. If they ever see or hear something abnormal while on patrol, they are to report back to the King and Queen. Cub Sitter- Their job is to watch over the cubs in the pride. If a cub gets into trouble, typically the Cub Sitter will also get into trouble depending on the situation. (ex. If everyone is asleep and a cub wanders around, the cub sitter cannot control that. Therefore won't get into trouble or at least won't get in as much trouble). Cubs- The youngest in the pride. They are taught at a young age stealth and hunting. They can sometimes go on patrols, but only if the lions are sure there are no unwanted visitors within the territory. Elders- The oldest in the pride (ages 11+). They have been around longer and have tons of experience. They are very respected within the pride. | |

. 1. Follow all WP and WPF rules. 2. No godmodding. 3. No Mary/Gary Sues, Weeping Willows, etc. 4. I have the right to accept or decline your form as I wish. 5. This will be a semi-literate RP. I would like to see at least 100 words per RP post. This literacy should also be shown within your forms. 6. Properly credit all images. If using an image, I will still need to see a description. (height, weight, scars, etc.) 7. Ask permission before challenging, injuring, or killing another persons character. 8. Try to keep your forms organized. I am not asking for you to make it all fancy, but make sure it is legible. 9. Hate the character, not the player. 10. PM me if you have an issue with another player. I will resolve it. I do not want outside drama, snarky comments towards one another, etc. 11. Put "Akachi" in other. 12. Make sure to have good grammar and spelling. I understand a few mistakes here and there but others should be able to read and comprehend your post. 13. Include everyone when roleplaying. I do not want to see this RP turn into a 1x1. Also, do not pressure others to post right away. People have lives. I, myself, am busy quite a lot. 14. Keep it PG-13. Skip over mating scenes. 15. Cussing is allowed but please do not make it all your character says. A few words here and there is fine. 16. These rules are subject to change and I will add more if I see fit. | |

Izem || Kezbian King || M: Gazini, Jabari, Saja, Ajuk The large lion's cool yellow gaze swept smoothly across his lands. The faintest hint of a proud smirk grazed his maw, upper lip curling slightly on one side to display a shining ivory dagger. Izem's languid movements took him from his shadowed outcropping to a sunnier rock in the mist of his camp. A long inhale brought sensory overload to his body. The lingering scents of the Akachi pride were strewn across what they had lost, what his lions -- and lioness -- had won. There hadn't been time for the defeated group to haul out any carcasses, and that had made quite the feast for his own coalition. However, now that the food supply had been diminished in celebration, it was time to get back to work. Izem mulled over his options. Ajuk, Gazini, Saja, and Jabari were his only team. Did he risk splitting them up? A hunt would not go well with so few lions; they would need to stay together. But there was also the matter of a patrol. Someone needed to go and reinforce the new border markers. Izem himself had already made several rounds to do so, but the stronger it was now, the fewer lions would think of taking a shot at him and his. Saja was the only lioness; she would definitely be part of a hunt. Ajuk was a younger, slightly smaller male and, therefore, probably also better suited for hunting. Izem himself, Gazini, and Jabari were all large, with the latter arguably the most goliath. The strength was good to take down large prey, but it hindered stealth rather considerably. Izem twitched his tail as he contemplated, eyes narrowed somewhat. Finally, the king stood and released a short grunt to catch the attention of those around him. Raising his voice slightly, he said, "We need to hunt. There was a water buffalo herd to the east last night; they will not have moved far from the river. I propose we go after them, as they are slower and less easily alerted." He paused for a moment, making brief eye contact with each of them. "However, if any of you have noticed a different quarry you feel would make for a more successful hunt, I will hear your suggestions now." What was the point of a king who wouldn't take input? It only led to a weak group and division, and Izem didn't need that. He had no set consultant, no advisor. Asking them all for their opinions was the best way for him to get everyone's thoughts without picking, or showing, favorites. Izem's ears twitched slightly as he waited, ready to resolve his plan if need be. |

Shiva || Akachi Huntress || M: Open The young lioness sat at attention underneath one of the sparse trees of their new home -- no, their temporary relocation. The flexing muscles in her paws and shoulders were the only indications that the female was not a happy camper, and a camper she was. This was no home. They had all been banished from their ancestral lands by a group of petulant cubs, and what was anyone doing about it? Pissing on extra stones. Shiva's claws ripped into the earth beneath them as a light breeze gently blew off the looser dust particles from the top. The wimpy leaves on the branches above her trembled, creating a rustling hissssssss of a whisper. The sun that shown through the tree created dapples that danced across the lioness's pelt and the ground around her. She had been sitting there long enough that the dirt hidden in her shadow had grown cool compared to the rest of it. This mildly surprised her; she was never still for long. She'd always had a job before now. Shiva was lost in this strange place and, for the first time in her short life, she began to miss real pride life. Life with a home, with work to do, with mouths to feed. Life with the joys and the complaints. Hunting in memorized territory that she was one with. Her pale coat rippled as her muscles tensed to stand her up. Shiva's gaze moved with vacant disinterest around the lions visible from her vantage point; she needed something to do. She wanted a semblance of normal in her life. She would even tolerate talking to someone, if that would be what it took. The huntress snorted softly. This life was already making her weak and mushy. She hated it. |

Queen | Akachi | M: Open . Golden hues opened wide as the lioness was finally awakening from her slumber. She woke up slight early than usual but she did, for once, get a good sleep since the incident with the Kezbian Band. Kailani doubted herself as a Queen after that. How could she have let that happen? They had much more males and were stronger than them, however. All she wanted was the old territory back. Kailani sighed and rose to her paws. She did not want to wake the King just yet, so she exited the den and sat down. . Kailani looked down at the pride. Most of them were still sleeping while a few were awake. She planned to wait for everyone to wake up before her and the King started to assign duties to the lions and lionesses. Kailani felt little kicks in her stomach that startled her. She remembered that very soon she would be giving birth to cubs. She trusts her cub sitter to take very good care of them while the pride is out doing their own jobs. . With Kailani pregnant, she was worried about the Kezbian Band coming back. She couldn't bare to think about putting her cubs at risk like that. She watched the territory closely. No movements. The sun rose faster than she expected, as her pelt was doing the usual golden glow. Kailani had high hopes that there would be prey very close to the territory. She can't risk sending out half her pride then they get attacked unexpectedly. After the incident, it opened Kailani's eyes to be more cautious than she has ever been. | |

Fang||Akachi cub-sitter||Male . Fang had already arisen from his nap a few minutes ago, the wind was blowing, and Fang quietly padded out from under a tree and jumped up on a nice smooth rock. Fang stretched and looked upon the pride, Fang was still trying to get used to his new surrounding as which is harder for him because he is half-blind. . Only a few lions and lionesses were awake, Fang walked down the little cliff that shows the entranceway to the area where Fang usually spends time with the cubs. Fang has his own den but decides to sleep there even though there are no cubs at the moment. . As Fang made it down he walked over to a nice patch of which it baked the sand to be a perfect warm feeling for Fang. He laid down and watched as his pride members started to wake up. His tail swished back and forth for a while before falling to the ground, Fang easily got bored and looked up at the big ledge where the king and queen's den was. He saw Kailani watching over the pride, Fang could see that was close to having her cubs soon, then that means work for him. Fang smiled slightly then went back to a frown, Fang turned his head and watches the vast land waiting for patrols and hunting groups to be assigned even though we would not be apart of them. |

Warrior | Akachi | M: Kailani . Scar's amber hues was hungrily fixed on the queen as he lay under a tree he parted his mouth in a big yawn large stained yellow teeth showing he turned his head toward the right as he heard Fang come down from the rock he was perched on. Letting out a grunt he turned his gaze back to the Queen his hues landing on her large belly if he, no when he becomes king no cubs in the pride will sired by any lion but him meaning the Queens cubs will be killed or abandoned. Though if he waited he could gain the trust of one of the cubs and then use them to defeat the king...shaking his mane he got up swaying his tail to the side once, he had many idea's on how to over throw the King. This was for later for now he walked toward the big ledge the queen and king called their den he dipped his head toward the queen his eyes fixed on the ground respectfully "Good morning Queen Kailani how are you doing this morning" Scar rumbled politely, he might of not gotten the respect first but for the Queen he lets it slide besides she was a higher rank. |
