Transparent Version of my first Original Species. (I think it is. ^^')
Species Info(My Original Open Species) :
-No official name yet
-Species have long lives(300-400 yrs)
-Fertility can last from 200-350 yrs
-There are more males than females(57% M:43% F)
-Baby(less than a year to 50 yrs)
-Child(50-100 yrs)
-Young Teen(100-150 yrs)
-Older Teen(150-200 yrs)
-Adult(200-350 yrs)
-Elder(350+ yrs)
-Live entire life under water.
-Typically grow up to 10-15 ft for females, and 15-20 ft for males(anything longer is uncommon).
-Weight can vary from 350-500 lbs for both males and females.
-Typically a clutch can be up to 50 eggs(only 20%-30% hatch).
-Females can lay up to 2 clutches a year(though it's more common for only 1 clutch a year).
-While eggs can be laid anytime in the year, they are usually laid during the late Spring/early Summer.
-Eggs will hatch at around 11-13 months after being laid.
-Even after hatching, more than 30% of the clutch may pass, due to defects, sickness, or predators.
-Hatchling tend to weigh 40-75 lbs for the first few years, then slowly gain about 100 lbs until they reach their teens and proceed to gain another 150+ lbs until adulthood.
-They are known to be omnivores but prefer to eat kelp and corral.
-Live in salt-water.
-Their colors vary, can be any color.(Typically combined from parents but can be different from a defect such as an albino).
-Known defects(Phenotype):Albinism, Melanism, Vitiligo, Chimera, Leucism.
-Other defects: Blindness, Runt, Extra Fins/Horns, Missing Fins/Horns, and Deafness.
-You can typically tell a male from a female, a male will only have 2 horns on top of their head while females have horns on their heads and nose(2 on the head and 2 on nose). Though males can have a horn or two on their nose if they have a defect. Both males and females have spines on the back of their head.
-Species is known to have dorsal, pectoral, and pelvis fins for both males and females.
