I'm thinking Nira has been traveling for a month, she secretly lived/hid on her pack territory for a couple weeks due to its size and security. I'm thinking her grand escape was on a melting ice river or pond that was hella long, and she ran over that biotch, but fell through and got swept under water, and came up in a bank in a forested area and has been camping there for a little while, and then she's made the agonizing journey to where your guys are [without rest and a slim amount of food.] and so she's also still experiencing altitude sickness and of course exhaustion.
