fenrir: bindings: Hel, Jormungang, and fenrir will do less damage to the wolf the item is given to and the wolf is more likely to make critical hits.

Jormungand Fang- increases a wolf's agility by 10 CP (permanent)

Hel's Fire- Increases chance of critical hit

Fenrir's Chains- increase likeliness of appearance of event creatures for 20 moves.
