Stella stayed quiet, but didnt hesitate to join in once Storm burst into a ruckus of barks. She stopped to look at all the animals as they past.

The cows started to leave the barn as they weren't locked in stalls. The barn cat had ran out the moment the barking started. Once all the cows were out headed towards the pasture, he started unlatching the horses stalls. There were a total of 8 horses that all needed to be let out.

Stella jumped in suprise. She calmed down, and suddenly her herding instincts began to kick in. The female ran after the cows, nipping at their heels to make sure they all stayed together and didnt stop.

Storm followed behind with the horses keeping them at a slow even pace for the pregnant female they had.

Once they had made it to the pasture, Stella waited for Storm to arrive. "Wow! That was.. fun!" She yipped.

Storm smiled and laughed at Stella. "Get used to it city girl." He said. He turned and started back towards the house.

The days passed easily, with Stella learning the ways and growing closer to Storm.

Stella laid by the door, basking in the sunlight while she could. The female was unusually tired and dont seem to want to do anything.

Storm padded up to Stella and nuzzle her. He noticed she was tired so he did the chores by himself that day. "Are you ok?" He asked Stella worriedly.

Stella pushed her snout into his. "Yeah, just tired. I'm sure it's nothing much," She smiled softly. "I'll be fine, dont worry!" The female huffed.

Storm gave a slight nod and laid down next to Stella. Just then Storms owner walked over to them. "Who wants to go on a car ride?" He asked the two dogs. Storm got excited. He loved the car cause that usually meant he got to go into town.
