Desislava let out a small growl of annoyance.

"State your business for following me, идиот изрод," she said, insulting the raccoon. Of course, he couldn't understand Bulgarian, but he could tell what she said was offensive. He poked his head out from the branches and scowled at her, his scorpion tail twitching dangerously. "I'm not following you," he said unconvincingly, shrinking as he spotted Desislava's pearly white fangs peeking out from her lips. "I'm simply going the same direction."

The snow leopard flared her wings, staring at the raccoon. She paused, before folding her feathers again and staring down her snout at the mammal.

"Desislava," she said simply.

The raccoon's eyes glanced to the side. "Uhh... Diecisiete?" he responded, his face contorted in confusion.

Did he just say seventeen in Spanish? Seriously?

The snow leopard rolled her eyes. "No, идиот, I mean my name is Desislava."

The raccoon's expression lit up in realization. "OHHH yeah that makes a lot more sense," he said, jumping out of the bush. He stretched his scorpion tail unfurling, before curling back up as he sat to look at Desislava.

"I'm Fonsie. Nice to meet you, whatever-your-name-is."

The hybrid jumped in fear at the loud hissing sound, yelping, "Oh dioses, ¿¡qué fue eso!?"

Desislava whirled towards the sound, her head low as she snarled. She spread her wings as wide as they could and tilted them forward, ready to bat at anything that came closer.

"Come out!" she shouted at the shadows. Despite her eyes being quite powerful, she couldn't see anything that would prove as a threat. Perhaps they were just good at hiding?

Fonsie slipped underneath the snow leopard, and she jumped as she felt his fur brush her underbelly. He cursed at her and scooted under her again, hunkering down. "Just stay still," he chittered, staring fearfully at the treeline.

Desislava growled, annoyed, but resumed her tough stance.

"If you don't come out right now, I'll smoke you out," she hissed, the familiar burning in her throat bubbling as the fire built up.

It was a fox that was perched in a tree, her eyes glowing an eerie blue. Desislava swallowed the flames down and glared at the vulpine. "Why must everything mess with me today," she grumbled, side-stepping away from Fonsie. He yelped and dove behind a nearby bush, only his snout poking out.

"What do you want?" she said, lifting her chin. Her tail lashed angrily as she began to size up the fox. Desislava could easily take down the beast. As she was studying the other creature, she recognized her as the fox that was tending to the horse.

Well, that's just great.

"I said, what do you want from me? Are you just here to make my life miserable?"

She snarled as the fox came to glare back at her. How dare she not show respect to Desislava!

She raised herself to her full height, tilting her wings back.

"I am Desislava, daughter of Chavdar, leader of the Aq Bars. I suggest you show some respect, vulpine," she spat, glaring down at the beast. She was in no mood to make friends. In fact, her claws were itching for a fight.

Fonsie peered out of the bushes, glancing between the fox and the snow leopard. He chittered fearfully, slinking back into the shadows. He didn't like conflict, and he could sense a storm coming.
