and i'll whack it your way once i've finished munching on my ice-cream lmao— but i'll quickly write this out: the drones and other machines that i'm still tryina figure out what to call administer something (i'll just call it a "shot". it's like a transquilizer dart, but smaller and has AI that makes it dig into your skin) that kills people immediately. it turns humans straight to dust (Thanos be smiling), but the process is slower for animals. so animals who, like, get this shot or venom or whatever, end up dying really, really slowly; it's an agonizing process, pretty much.

also im working on dividing the main world into its parts. i think there're gonna be three main divisions, and then there's gonna be this place called the Outskirts, which is an absolute massive zone that completely encompasses the entire perimeter of the circle-shaped Incomlumis. you reach it by finding a way above Incomlumis ('cause Incomlumis is in a very, very deep pit, so you gotta find a way up). there's only a buncha barbed wire and shit separating you from The Outskirts once you find a way to get outta the current Incomlumis. there's even grass and stuff, but they're all radioactive and fucked. anyway, the Outskirts used to be where the Outside managed to "creep in little by little," so Fidus had to leave it behind. there's gonna be a lot of malfunctioning machines there and a buncha survivors, though.

and i dont think any of that makes any sense, but there.
