Elliot smiles, nodding once before carefully picking up Bobby and holding him bridal style. He then carefully sets him on the bed, making sure to keep his hurt leg somewhat propped up a little. Then he searched the room for some medical supplies, and came up with some gauze, medical tape, ointment for infections, another ointment to help with bruising, and an two ice packs. He hummed softly under his breath as he applied the ointments first, waiting till they dried before applying the gauze to Bobby's leg. Taking one ice pack, he used some medical tape to attach it to Bobby's leg, while taking the other ice pack, sitting beside Bobby, and handing him the ice pack. "That one's for your side, in case its sore or has bruising."

Bobby said "Thanks." He put the ice pack on his side . He look at Elliot and smiled. He was blushing and said "I am your short mate." He began to fall asleep. He was tried and he even had his hand out reaching for Elliot. He whispered "please stay with me." He was hoping Elliot would. Bobby did not want to be left alone or anything because he was scared a wolf might get him.

Elliot smiles softly, and he lies down next to Bobby on the bed. "Of course I'll stay. There's no way I'm leaving you alone, especially in your current condition..." He murmured softly, and a quiet yawn escapes him. Snuggling Bobby close to him, with a protective arm over him, he gives him a light peck on the cheek, smiling sleepily at his mate. "Goodnight, my little mate. Get some rest..." He whispered softly, before he too drifted off to sleep. The purring had returned, making a gentle, soothing sound as Elliot slept.

Bobby smiled more in his sleep. He began to hear something outside. He grew scared and he woke up and tried to hide himself by Elliot. He tried to close his eyes but the noise was to loud and he thought he saw a wolf watching him.Bobby finally managed to close his eyes. He felt a sharp pain in his side and he tried to hide it. He look at Elliot and hug him gently. He was worried.

At one point, Elliot mumbles in his sleep when Bobby hugged him. After a moment, he opens his eyes sleepily to find Bobby looking at him with a scared look. "..What's the matter, love..?" He murmured quietly, gently rubbing his mate's back in soothing motions. Then he started hearing the noise that Bobby heard, and his eyes narrowed slightly as he gently pulled Bobby closer, holding him protectively against him. "Don't worry, I'll keep you safe..." He rumbled softly, his eyes darting around the room cautiously.

Bobby whispered "My protector. I am sorry that I am scared." He stayed in Elliot's arms. He felt safe and wanted to stay there. "Thank you for being here. I l-love you." He blushed at what he had just said and he waited for the noise to stop. He wanted to be able to sleep but he was happy to be in Elliot's arms. He soon was snuggled in for the night as he rested next to Elliot.

"It's okay to be scared, love. Everyone is scared of something.." He murmured gently. Elliot smiles, blushing slightly himself. "No problem. I love you too, little mate..." He gives his forehead a quick peck, before going back to holding him protectively. After awhile the noise stopped, and whatever had been making it disappeared and left. He decided to wait on sleeping until Bobby wet to sleep, so he could make sure nothing happened to him.

Bobby smiled and he began to fall asleep. He was tried and wanted to sleep. He was happy that the noise was gone and that his birthday had a happy ending. He had always like Elliot for a while but he was happy that Elliot turn out to be his mate. He than snuggled closer to Elliot and whispered in his sleep "My protector." He seem to like that nickname for Elliot. He was going to make sure that he kept Elliot happy.

Elliot smiles sleepily, and he stared purring again. Once he was absolutely sure nothing would come to harm Bobby, he let himself fall back asleep. He was glad his mate was happy, and would do everything he could to keep it that way. He would protect his mate with his life, and fight back against those who tried to harm him. Bobby was his little mate, and he was his protector.

Bobby began to have a nightmare. He knew Elliot was there. He began to open his eyes and smiled before he let sleep take over him again. He sighed happily.
