So Coralie is the blue woman antagonist, eh? Do you wanna divulge some of her motives behind kidnapping Stacey, but also why she might be trying to cure her disease? :0

In my book, (and through the others) I really want to kinda break most cliches. Essentially, Coralie, being the main anatogonist is 'techinically' the good guy that they are fighting, they just don't realize it until the very end. She is the new leader of the Grand Council, the government that hurt Travis and Stacey to begin with, which is why Travis doesn't trust her. Coralie is cold and she doesn't show much emotion and its often thought that by others that she can't feel anything. She is a pure-blood Shuiler (her second form is a snake) so she's basically royalty to put it simply, and she was abused (not physically) by her father because of this (he got rich off of her daughter's blood because sciency stuff and what not) Coralie vowed that she'd make the world a better place, especially when she attended an academy (sort of like the one Travis and Stacey attended when they were younger) and saw how bad Tricier's were treated. In fact, she dated a Tricier for quite some time, but in the end, she had to make a choice: Stay with the love of her life or take control of the Council and save hundreds of other lives. In the end, she kills her lover and basically poisons and kills all those above her until she becomes the Grand Ruler. (So, she's like an anti-villian? She does the wrong things for the right reason)

Once she's in control now, she begins digging into Travis and Stacey's case files (they faked their deaths and fled to Earth) and she finds out the rare disease, and as a scientist, she's very interested. (Stacey had it and survived under the care of Mr. Black, a different character who I'll have to explain later lol, and Max, Travis's brother, died from it.) Anyways, yada yada, Coralie finds the couple on Earth (a protected planet) and realizes Stacey's dying, so she takes her (Against her will), basically arresting her for interferring with a protected planet in order to figure out a way to cure her disease. During this time, a rebellion forms and now there's a giant war. Coralie essentially wants to cure the disease for 1. she's genuinely curious and wants to have a cure if any cases pop up, and 2. she wants to save Daniel so she can use his magic to win the war, though she soon realizes she's saving Daniel because he's just a kid and she just feels bad for him (also proving that she's not some cold monster)

Annndd if you mean like anything from his father, Daniel is 'natrually' a Tricier even though he has multiple forms. His dragon form is his main form- Like Travis and any other Tricier, Daniel cannot survive in cold temperatures or his body shuts down and he enters a hybernative state. Tricier's are also highly temperamental and possibly the reason people think of them as a more 'feral' minded species.

Is there a reason that Coralie found and targeted Stacey and her family? As I understand it, she could have gone after any Irquin or Tricier, no? And does making this cure actually tie into her overarching plan, or is it kind of like a "side quest" for her? So many mysteries. :3

Two days late lol

Coralie is probably tenish years younger than Stacey and Travis, and with Stacey hailing from a very rich and important family, Coralie saw her name in the news all the time after she faked her death/disappeared. Coralie didn't believe stacey died or was kidnapped and out of pure curiosity, she found them out (a lot of Coralie's doings are out of sheer bordeom/ curiosity)

And there were only two people in the entire universe that had Stacey's sickness (well three but Daniel hadn't been born yet) and Max (Travis's brother and the other sick one) died, only leaving Stacey.

And making the cure sort does go into an overarching plan as she needs it to save Daniel so that she can use his unusual magic to win the war. ^^

Sorry for spam, I've just gotten more art done lately lol

Victor Young! He is Travis's and Stacey's friend and one of the MCs! Victor is Travis's best friend after Daniel (not his son, but the man Daniel was named after) He is a doctor who tries his best to take care of Daniel Walker when he first gets sick, but he's no brilliant scientist. He and his wife are the medicals of the group basically. Travis is also one of the only people that can get into Travis's head. Travis isn't really a friendly person and he doesn't know how to decipher his feelings, nor how to be the best father, so Victor is sort of his cornerstone throughout the entire series lol. He is father to Helen and Brooke, Helen being Daniel's crush. I'll try to do Annas (his wife) and the children and post them all together as not to spam the post again lol.

Also here's Coralie!! Oh my gosh I just realized I love drawing snakes. I'm so proud of this. I didn't know which design I liked better for her because I like the simple one but Coralie is such a complex character that the second one might suit her. Please let me know!

Anyways, a little more description to Coralie:

She, being a scientist and insanely smart, found a way to enhance her second form. Through this, she was able to make her second form MASSIVE, as big as Travis's dragon form (so she's a snake the size of a dragon, spoopy) She also modified her venom. All Shuilers have a type of venom, but she made hers to be twice as deadly and acidic as well as paralyitic. Coralie views Shuilers, a species that often think they are better than others, as useless. Afterall, what's more deadly than a fire-breathing dragon? Shuiler's are also cold-blooded (like Triciers) but unlike Tricier's who are severly sensitive to the cold, their magic is just weaker in colder temps, yet Coralie found a way to by-pass that as well. She didn't just stop at herself, though. Tricier's who choose to fight with her are also found with enhancements like venom and what not. As said before, she is very calm and thoughtful, and she appears to be void of emotion.

For everyone I owe art to, thanks for being patient. I have one last exam and then I'm out for summer, so art should pick up a bit :) I'm focusing right now on my style, and I'm leaning towards two different kinds. A more detailed like the one above or possibly more simple but smooth like my recent Coralie ref. The detailed one above takes much more time to complete, so I may add two options to my shop with the more detailed line art costing more and the simple version being less. Let me know what I should do.
