Kye retracted his hand and healed it " I dont know little on. Come on and I'll take you home. Somehwere you are safe from anyone" he knew he had a duty to protect this feline who is Frost He thought as he scooped her up in his gentle arms and zipped back to his place. When he reached it, he closed the door behind him and put the feline back done " Now.. who are you, little one and what is unerving you so?"

Once Mara was set down, she neatly sat down to answer the questions. "Mara. Frost, who is technically my father, but doesnt deserve to be considered so. He's the one who killed mother, and my siblings."

Kye froze." what?" he asked looking at her " I need to know more about this... frost. My job now is simple... to protect you from his harm"

He sat down with a cup of something red ( you know...). watching Mara. He hadnt eaten anything for a few days so.. he had to drink what was available so he would go after Mara, while she was here with him.

Mara sighed. "Like what? I can take you to him, it's not far." Then, grumbling under her breath, the feline meowed. Its about time. That.. beast deserves a taste of his own medicine.

Kye sighed " if you want to, but stay behind me if it gets heated" he said standing back up " And please... let me handle it. " he said looking at her with his golden eyes as they slowly headed out.

Mara grumbled, but still trotted off, following a small path she followed every time. After getting under some sticker bushes, the cat made her way over to a secluded den.

Kye tensed up this better be worth it he thought as he follwoed Mara " you sure its ok, Mara? I know my rule here but once you are done here, get behind me" he said coming beside her, waiting.

He could here something in the den its Frost. SOmethin gis way off about his scent though.

Kye was a brave soul, when it came to protecting animals, but talking... not so much. But he thought in mind what he would say to Frost when they came face to face.

Mara ducked into the den. Some hissing and growling was heard until she was able to pull Frost from the safety of his den. With that, the female found a tree and watched from there.

Frost grumbled and swatted at Mara as his awoken figure glanced around. No fear lased his eyes, it was a hunger, a hunger for violence. His ear tufts glowed an eerie blue, the tag on his leg clicked softly, and the numbers on his face all signaling to his once locked-up life.

Kye snarled as he revealed his wings. Red as fire. " leave Mara alone, Frost" he said protecting Mara with the safty of his huge wings. " you and I have to.... talk" looking at Frost, a grin on his face.

Frost walked towards the side, eyes narrowed dangerously. "Well," He sneered. "Of course we do." The cats claws were unsheathed and gripped the soft earth each time he took a small step. It seemed he was thinking. Thinking for all angles of attack.
