I personally was born in Thailand and raised in Cambodia for the first year and a half to two years of my life.
If I didn't have my severe health problems and disabilities, we actually would still be there, or at the very least a nearby country. My parents were missionaries at the time but we moved to the states because I needed health care that better fit my health needs.

I kind of wish we still lived there as I love Thai and other types of Asian foods(like some Chinese foods and Japanese)

It so hard trying to translate expressions from my language to English. No matter how much I try, it never really sound quite the same.

Like: my princess dream in my language is so sarcastic, but in English feels like lame
