Mine is quite a bit more expensive than 60$, but I absolutely LOVE it!

That is the exact one I bought. The brand isn't well known, but the performance is good. Pressure sensitivity is good, and responsive. I have had it since March. It does not cast the drawing to the computer monitor though, you see the drawing on the screen. It acts as a second monitor.
Wacom is a really good brand according to most, and comes fairly cheap. If you do not want a cintiq (where you see the drawing on the tablet screen), they are about 50-200 USD.
Here is a very nice Wacom tablet for about 80$.

A little out of your price range, but it is a trusted brand. I personally have not tried it though, so I suggest asking around and reading reviews. It is a best seller- so I assume most people have had a good experience with it.
