Another one down, hurray for me! I also thought it would be fun to add a splash of a little bit of information on the kingdoms workings and Constance's place there, because who doesn't love detail? I could always add more later, but little sprinkles should suffice for now.

Hurray hurray! Yes, I loved your splash of flavor! Details are wonderful. I'll reply as soon as I can, maybe even tomorrow - depends on a lot of stuff. Unfortunately, today I realized I have no idea where I put Vim's dumb idiot backstory and additional information. So if I can't find it I'll just scream a lot and start from scratch, I guess.

Thank you! And yay, I'll be excited to read your reply whenever you post. Uh oh, I've done that with characters before, it's maddening. I wish you the best of writers luck in your search of finding, or recreating, Vim's things.

I'll have my reply for Vim up soon, probably tomorrow or the next day. But before I do, I was wondering if you thought we should make some semblance of a map. I can even get a random map generator, or we can think of encounters/locations we'd like to add. Just so we know what they're moving towards and wait awaits them :)

Yes, a map would be lovely. I thought about proposing the idea before my last post. . . but I wasn't sure if you had anything in mind from before we turned the plot into a 1-on-1. A randomly generated map would work fine (a 1st grader could probably draw a better map then I ever could), and we can use it to map out where we want to set up our encounters and locations from there.

Ooo, I likey the map! We can keep this one if you're good with it, but I think it'll work. As for direction, northeast is fine, unless you wanted to altar the direction to shift their course towards any potential encounters or locations. . . but as far as right now at least I don't see a problem with going northeast. I honestly don't have any solid name ideas for anything currently, so if you feel the inclination to change anything, be my guest. I would think if other kingdoms, territories, principalities, etc, follow the same ideals as Victory, then we can always name them in a similar fashion. If they have different values and ideals though, we could always get a little creative with world building and go from there depending on where we want them to pass through along the journey.

Yeah, I think this one is fine, and northeast should be good since there are encounters and terrain for any direction. Depending on where Victory is (probably southwest, just because of logic), they'll eventually have to get a ship I guess, to find the unexplored land, or maybe we can imagine that instead of stopping at the sea in the northeast the land opens into the unexplored lands. I don't have any names either - would you prefer to do some worldbuilding now or make stuff up as we go? Either is fine with me, so if you don't have an opinion just pick randomly I guess.

Agreed, southwest makes the most sense for where Victory is located, so northeast it is! I think it would be fun to imagine the land opening up into unexplored land. There's a lot we can throw into a place that's unexplored, maybe even more fantasy elements if you want to swing that way, but we can always discuss more about that as they go along their journey and get closer to that part. As for world building, we can probably just make stuff up as we go. We can always throw ideas whenever they hit us at each other, and keep building from there.

Alright, this all sounds good! I think we can see how we feel about incorporating fantasy elements, and of course figure stuff out along the way. I'll have a post up within the next week unless something goes very wrong :)

Great! I'm sure we'll also get a better feel of what we do and don't want to incorporate as we go along. I certainly hope nothing goes very wrong for you, but as always, definitely take your time. ;)
