Are there specific powers that you were thinking, or are we just making it up as we go? I can make up a few, but I'll probably end up stealing some from previous RPs as well.

I honestly have no idea- What even qualifies a power as a weaker powers? We should probably decide that first.

Uh, that's a hard question. Technically any power can be strong if used correctly, especially if it has opportunity to grow.

Maybe instead we could do something like some powers are more developed/controlled than others? So over time the powers can all grow and evolve, some just start out more obvious and strong than others... which makes them seem more threatening and also gives them the initial upper hand in combat.

I mean- Not really. Maybe like, prediction that's always accurate but is always only seconds before the prediction happens so it's hard to actually change anything and whatnot? That could maybe work as one.

There's also stuff like anxiety inducement, optimism inducement, being able to detect lies, being able to control body temperatures, being able to understand all languages- There's a lot that could be seen as weak when they're actually pretty strong.
