| Talen, in saying all that. I do think it is very strange that the film was sort of child targeted with its adverts/marketing. The author used to tell the stories to his kids so I think that's why, but again written/spoken word vs visuals I suppose |

| I think the film is probably more disturbing because you /see/ the violence. Personally, I think there are more disturbing things in i.e. Warrior Cats, but because it's written words it's not as confronting? |

| In saying all that. I did have someone recognise my tattoo once and say to me "so you had a messed up childhood too." and then I told them I'd also watched Plague Dogs and they were like "okay! so really messed up!" xD |
