iArema said: To be fair, demoting him is still a big decision, especially since Kovanu was who gave him the position. But, Ethan realistically is a good match to fight her, he's a male. He's also a not afraid of a fight, one with the Queen, maybe. Also, it would be interesting if they got into a physical fight, leading to Ethan winning. Two kings would be interesting. But the king and the Queen's mate turning gay and the second male and the Queen falling would also make for an interesting topic twist. XD
Oh, I see what you mean now. Are you saying Ethan could challenge her for her leadership role? That isn't how it works. At all. And that would never happen like that.

It was obviously a joke, since this is a realistic-ish rp. I was not suggesting that he would get away with it, simply that Kovanu has the same amount of rights as Acantha. I was referring to Ethan fighting her, not Crixus, as he isn't really afraid of her. Ethan is more of an ass, but he is a good leader, meaning he is the best lion for this position, since Crixus doesn't want to lead.

I suppose I see what you mean, but still. I was only suggesting a fight, and got carried away. Might just save that snap back that I wanted to do for Acantha, for Ismetta instead, since they're about to clash.

But Ethan can't fight her for a leadership position. That isn't how it works. And you were suggesting that he would get away with it, or that's at least how you worded it. Ethan can't get away with everything just because Kovanu is his brother. At some point, even Kovanu would have to agree that he needs to be punished for disrespecting the Queen and attempting to fight her. If you have him disrespect the Queen and attempt to fight her, be prepared for her to punish him. Because that's the protocol. He won't just get away with everything. When I have Acantha be mean, I am fully prepared for the King of the pride to pull her up on her shit. That's the risk I'm taking when I have Acantha act that way. If you have Ethan act like a fucking ass and disrespect a leader, you have to be prepared for him to get punished accordingly. That is the risk you are taking. You keep trying to explain away why he wouldn't get punished.

I wasn't saying he would- Nevermind, backing out of the conversation because you obviously do not understand how I'm trying to think of ideas, suggest stuff, drama. If anything, I was referring to the bigger punishments, like exile and demotion. Saying that the queen is mush in his paws would probably be the same as saying that she is deeply in love with Crixus, thus he would be the best to be able to speak to her.

But you're suggesting impossible stuff? You literally said Ethan would challenge Acantha to become a second King. I'm just pissed off because every time I suggest a punishment for Ethan completely undermining Acantha's power, you shoot it down saying that Kovanu wouldn't let it happen because Ethan is his brother, when that really doesn't play a part in the punishment side of it.

Fun ideas in my head. I'm not going to do any of them and I would rather you drop my list of stupid ideas, he will obviously be punished for saying that she's mush in his paws, but it is not anything big enough for him to be punished severely.

The whole 'mush in his paws' part isn't what I'm talking about. I'm talking about when I said that Acantha might pull him off to the side and tell him to stop being a dick to people. Because that's when you said that he would completely undermine her power. I'm desperately trying to be nice here, I am. But it just seems like you keep giving reasons as to why Ethan wouldn't be punished - most of them involving his brother being the King. What punishment would have meaning other than a demotion of some kind? Do you have suggestions? /gq
