If you're going for a canine appearance than I'd make the ears more triangular, dogs have pointy ears while wolves have more of a rounded triangular shape to them.

I use Kleki, its a little rough with the fill option but it works if you need it. (Its also not an app its online)

on pc i use firealpaca and on tablet i use sketchbook and medibang.
