Ramble. For literature, I used to just fluff up my sentences. If you can, try to use long sentences with commas etc so extend it. Even explaining the same thing twice but with different terminology could work.

How the hell do I "write two paragraphs using terminology from the text" to answer questions that only need like 1 sentences replies, I'm genuinely about to cry right now, I don't know how I'm supposed to write 2 paragraphs each when all these questions need like only a sentence, some of them maybe two
