I like how we're now just focusing on one topic.

a lot of ways people RP PTSD gets me mad. Those characters are always being quiet and vaguely mention their trauma, or cry in their sleep, and when another asks them about it they say "oh, i don't want to talk about it..." and then continue to sulk for the next two minutes. I swear those people only make those characters for attention

Its so difficult to make realistic animal rps though, I've been somewhat succesful, but when everyone has the immortal character who's never listening and runs away to be eaten all the time but returns with nothing but a boyfriend.

They also seem to completely forget about the other symptoms. Dissociation is a big part of it as well Bear Claw said: a lot of ways people RP PTSD gets me mad. I avoid feral roleplays on WP just because I got so frustrated with the idea of 'kill piles' and one character taking down like 900 animals.
Fresh kill piles are not a thing in nature- I don't care what warrior cats told you.

Yeah it's very trope-y when only convenient symptoms are utilized.

Warrior Cats and Wolves of Beyond scared the crap out of me when I was little.

whatever can make a scene in an RP is apparently the only thing important to your character's disorder

I avoid all cat rps because I feel no matter how distant it is from Warriors, some part of the books might show through in some warriors fan who names their cat something warriors like and has it do stuff like in the book. Anything involving a 'clan' is definitely avoided
