other picture! i`ve also actually upgraded my style since drawing this. I now make the arms closer so it looks a bit more realistic. Edited at September 13, 2023 10:34 AM by Stream

She's cute! Very stylized! Reminds me of the 20th century cartoons like Betty Boop ^^ Do you want any critiques or are you just sharing? :)

looking for feedback! She`s meant to be my version of Marylin Monroe but cartoonish! Edited at September 13, 2023 10:37 AM by Stream

@Stream I'd suggest keeping the shoulder-to-elbow and elbow-to-hands length the same! In real life, they're almost the same lenghts, and even in cartoon, we keep that semi-close :)

Ah alright! I`ll try using ruler to draw a faint line like i do with the torso. To get the proportions on the torso and legs, i draw them in segments and draw a faint line. I even draw like undergarments for them in some times (especially when i draw a triangle so i can do the legs and get the hips right)

I do the undergarments thing all the time! And I agree- using triangles for the legs and hips are a really usefull thing to do! You know how some artists use boxes for the body? If you ever try a more semi-realistic style, you could look into those tutorials! ^^
