They threw away the trimmings & I seeing green leaves in the trash pulled them out. I stuck the pieces in a pot & waterd regularly for 4 months & finally buds grew on 1 of them (the other sticks died) I went away for the summer & left my new pet with my brothers & it nearly died of drought. Anyway the plant is still this side of heaven & I want to know the best way to bring her to the bloom of health.
I honestly have no idea how you could fix this. You said she nearly died, right? Then maybe just keep giving her water. She'll get better. Or take her to the doctor. (Are there plant doctors?) Maybe could you post a picture of her so we can get an idea of how thirsty she is?
So I asked someone who had a pachira how to care for it & he said watering once a week I've been on that for about 2 months now & I've seen leaf growth There is some damage near the tips & that seams to be from the drought time 6inch pot with water tray on bottom Rocks where added to control a white fly infestation (we survived that) 1 year in January Here are her pictures

I'm not sure that my plant (above) is a pachira Any ideas?

My sunflowers aren't very happy. I have a stray cat who keeps potting in their beds. :(

Can you cover the tops with rocks or hardware cloth?

Yes, I believe you are right I looked up draceana marginata & it definitely looks like that's what she is. I originally thought it was a pachira because when I found the stem piece there where leaves from a pachira in with it. Thank you very much

Had a spider plant die It had a slow fade & nothing I tried saved it What would you guess to be the cause?

I have a new problem! Ground wasps right outside my sunflower bed. ;-; I've heard using soapy or boiling water to drown them out works, and Google says to cover the nest in diatomaceous earth. What do y'all suggest?
