Alright, I've been rping with my feeble blind old man more recently and got reminded of this. People always have their character just sneak up on yours and watch them. I've had people approach him from behind as if from what direction matters when you're blind and then speak as if thats the first time he gets to hear them. No, part of the reason I enjoy rping him is because I can practice rping skills without using sight. He has ears and a nose, and is better then most wolves with both because its all he has. When has a perfectly capable of seeing character ever not heard or smelled a wolf come up behind them, let alone one who relies onlyy on sound and scent. Sorry thats just a little rant lol its not happening right now but I have had it happen with him so often.

Just so you guys know, you won't be seeing me here any more. I'm going to wrap everything up and then quit WolfPlay. Not for any terrible reason, I was just here for the RPs and they're frustrating me so I'm leaving :) Hope you all have a wonderful time! I'll stick around a little longer.

Got asked this question, and remembered this thread. Decided to do a slight reboot. C: Black_Sand said: Random Question for y'all. What's everyone's biggest roleplaying pet peeve?
Prey piles in animal/feral roleplays that are considered "realistic". People who have overpowered characters. Manage to take down cougars and lions with one shot. Alone. The terms "literate" and "semi-literate". People say literate is 300+ words, 500+ words, 1000 or so words. People who write one sentence call themselves literate, while others who only write 300 words call themselves semi-literate. People who refuse to read rules. People who say their character has all these issues, past issues, mental issues, fears, but never use them and make them flawless. People who make a modern character into medieval times. People who change their character's personality constantly.
You have no idea how much more I can give. Someone once named the most powerful businessman in the city, and the man's daughter. Gave them species, said the daughter was in love with this person's character even though she was only a third of this person's character's age. Said the most powerful man was desperate and clingy. Made their own character a rockstar. This was a roleplay I hosted. A group roleplay. That's only one example of 38 pages in font size 8. I could go on forever. Edited at June 4, 2021 01:32 PM by Xuan

Bruh, Xuan really popping off there, but for me. Its when people ask for literacy and have a bar set for 1000+ words then say you need to post 2+ times per week. I'm sitting here with my slow ass writing speed struggling to write the 1000 words in a couple days, its also very hard to keep up when some people are posting every other day while other people are posting every other moon.

Spring: Lmao, had to get it off my chest :'). But I agree. Motivation is so hard to find, and some people write literally 2000 words every other day while I'm struggling to even start off the entire post ;; Edited at June 4, 2021 01:54 PM by Xuan

Xaun, Its not fun trying to read through all of the posts looking for who was talking to your character, but you vcan't find it because there are two people just having a full on second plot while your trying to futher the plot. .-.

This.
And they don't even have the THOUGHT to say that your character is mentioned in the post.
