If you can, where do you buy banners? Like I know you can buy palletes from people in the forums for like 1k mush, but what about banners?

Banners are like avatars, you buy them from other players and they're a premium feature.

Oh! And say I buy a pallete from someone in the forums. Would I need premium to actually use the pallete? Does that make sence...?
