AWOL Rider Name: Fallon Isla Hayes Sometimes called Fall Age: 24 years old Gender: Female Role: Previously a Mentor Appearance: [credits to oh_daesik on picrew] Fallon is a vision of both strength and grace. Standing at 5'7", her lithe frame is the epitome of agility and poise. Every movement she makes is fluid and deliberate, a testament to her dedication to maintaining a toned and athletic body. Her long legs not only give her an elegant stature but also hint at her love for activities that keep her on her feet. There's a sense of effortless power in the way she carries herself, a blend of natural beauty and cultivated discipline. Her hair is perhaps her most striking feature. A cascade of thick, curly locks in a stormy blue hue, it flows down her back in wild, untamed waves. The color is reminiscent of a turbulent sea. When the light hits it just right, her hair seems to shimmer, each curl catching the light and adding to the overall effect of a living, breathing work of art. Her natural hair is a jet black, but since being on the run, she tries to change it often. Fallon’s hair frames her face perfectly, enhancing her already captivating features and adding an element of enchantment to her presence. Fallon’s eyes are a deep, mossy green, holding within them the tranquility and mystery of a forest after a rainstorm. They are the kind of eyes that draw you in. Her gaze is both soft and penetrating, able to convey a wide range of emotions with a single look. Coupled with her long, dark eyelashes, her eyes become even more expressive, capable of holding anyone's attention and leaving a lasting impression. Her facial features are harmoniously balanced, with nice full lips that naturally curve into a smile, adding warmth to her often enigmatic appearance. Her lips are inviting and soft, a perfect complement to her sharp and expressive eyes. With her long eyelashes fluttering like delicate wings, Fallon’s face exudes a blend of strength, beauty, and mystery. Every aspect of her appearance, from her toned body to her stormy blue hair, works together to create a young woman who is as intriguing as she is beautiful. AKA Very Fragile) Crush: Not important Significant Other: Closed Kin: Dead Affiliations: Other: Fallon was once a respected mentor at the Dragon Academy, swiftly rising through the ranks with her Storm Dragon, Keraunophoros, at her side. Together, they commanded respect and were seen as an unstoppable duo. However, their fortunes took a drastic turn when they were assigned a covert mission to gather intelligence. Inadvertently stumbling upon classified information involving a high-ranking official in Ederia, their attempt to report back was intercepted, plunging them into a deadly confrontation. Fallon and Rav fought valiantly, ultimately prevailing by defeating the traitorous official and their dragon. Yet, as the dust settled, a chilling realization struck them: their victory came with a heavy price. Accused of murder and left with no one to corroborate their version of events, they found themselves ostracized and hunted. Forced to flee, their once-honored names now tarnished, Fallon and Rav embarked on a desperate journey for survival. But with the specter of their alleged crime looming over them, they have no choice but to return to Ederia, determined to aid and rescue any survivors, clear their names, and seek redemption. ⊹ ࣪ ˖𓇼 Ediothea 𓇼⊹ ࣪ ˖ Name: Eidothea Age: TBD Gender: Female Role: New Dragon Class: Water Dragon Appearance:
[ This Is A W I P ] The first thing one notices about this female is her height. This young creature stands at an imposing height of nineteen feet tall, and it's speculated that she'll grow quite a bit taller in the future as she is still rather young and growing. It is to note that most of her height comes from her legs, which make her appear taller than she is - giving her an almost willowy and delicate appearance ; but we shall get into that later. Her length from head to snout is over 36 feet in length, with the majority being her tail and the fins and such accompanying it which adds to her length and makes her appear bigger as well. Her neck is quite long, but not absurdly so - it's just noticeable , her neck being around nine feet in length - her neck is also rather flexible and able to contort to her whim. And her legs are just about ten feet in length. Her legs are rather medium - sized and borderline thought of as thin but don't let that fool you. Her appearance is rather deceiving, because she is not such a delicate creature. When gazing upon this creature, one could get a wondrous feeling ; gazing upon the dame in awe because she appears quite ethereal and willowy . While there is an aura about her that inspires wonder , there is also that small voice that warns you to approach with caution. Her presence would cause one to stare in wonder, and she appreciates being looked at for her unique presence . It is to note her body is rather lean in structure, not one for being a fighter - though that doesn't stop her from doing so. Her frame being moreso for show - bearing elegance, grace and fluidity in her movements, reminding one of the waves of the sea. Her legs account for most of her height ; they are long and lean, yet powerful and help propel her through the water at quick speeds, and also help her be rather agile within it as well and able to make turns on a dime. It is to note that these legs also help her on land - they make her a rather powerful runner as well and nimble enough to weave through tight spaces (even if she is rather large) . She is quadrupedal, sporting four legs - another thing about her is that her hind legs are rather strong as well, she is able to use them to prop her herself much akin to a meerkat standing sentry. It is to note that she has rather big "paws " they are more of your standard reptilian paws but they have the size of a jaguar's paws - yet as for her talons, they are about six inches long ( longer than a grizzly bears ! ) and sharp as a golden eagles talon. She is able to crush bones quite easily and carry prey big as or larger than her . These talons are rather pretty in appearance ; being a very clear color but when one looks color they can notice the iridescent hue - with shades of cerulean, lime green, and rose pink being the most noticeable with a hint of lavender . They also have an almost crystal-like sheen when looking at them as well and they make a slight chiming sound when in contact with a hard surface ; reminiscent of a wind chime on a windy day. Her face can be described as quite " pretty " to look at ; given her high cheekbones and the dainty appearance of it. It being rather more round and soft - the only edge given is her slender and well formed muzzle. Which within it hides her razor sharp teeth, one's perfect for slicing and ripping creatures apart . One should also note her teeth are reminiscent to that of a clouded leopard, sporting large and thin fangs which can be quite intimidating when she bares them to hiss at you. Her hiss being a threatening sound, being sounded like something being shaken with a slight rattle to the sound - like that of a Wahlsberg Burrowing Scorpion. Atop her head are four delicate horns, ones she likes to adorns with jewels and other things that she finds. They also bear the same iridescent hue her talons have - they are rather intricate in design and are rather pleasing to look at - moreso for decoration rather than using them as a weapon. These are the only horns or spikes on her body. On her chest, are beautiful and delicate, frill-like appendages - one should not touch them ! Why? Because they sting like hell, they have the properties of jellyfish oral arms with stinging cells, and if you look closely on her physiology , she is lined with these beautiful, yet deadly bastards. It's why nothing dares to attack her, because even though she doesn't have visible protection, she still has something to keep unsavory beasts at bay. And at the bottom of the oral arms, are the slender and barely noticeable snake-like tentacles. Which dangle freely and trap any prey that comes near her. It is to note that she is a sit and wait type predator for the most part, able to patiently sit still for her meal to come to her. But she is also one to hunt at times, it just depends on how hungry she is. Along her legs are these long and frilly oral arms as well ; decorating her legs and keeping them protected. Atop her head are delicate and billowy fins that seem to have an entrancing wave and shimmer about them, and they line her head and stop right at her shoulders. While she doesn't have spikes on her body, she has what can be described as spines, reminiscent to the lion fish, yet hers are connected together by webbing and she has twenty in total. And they are rather expressive, able to flap up and down with her mood, along with fluttering as well. She also has some of these spines lining the elbows of her arm as for more protection - they are sharp and not fun to be poked with. As for her tail it is a sight to see, with her tail being thick in the base and then growing thinner until it completely disappears within itself ; her tail is lined with spiraling oral arms that extend and curve in a billowing manner, but they are hidden by delicate and flowing fins reminiscent of the Siamese fighting fish (betta fish ) which hides the stinging appendages. It's perfect for luring prey within it and catching them off guard. When it comes to wings ; this female has the standard two wings that most dragons do come with. In total length of her wingspan measures around sixty - six feet in total, with both wings measuring exactly thirty - three feet each . These wings aren't your standard ones with scales on them ; they are actually like leather, which gives her a bit more flexibility and maneuverability when it comes to them. She is able to contort them and use them to her advantage when it comes to sticky situations. She is able to fold and bend them, which makes it easier for her to navigate within the waters and makes her chasing prey quite comfortable - she has the standard "wing - fingers " that are present on most dragons wings. Her wing membranes are slightly transparent so in the light one can see the little veins that travel through them - the skin is also rather thick when touched and slightly sensitive as well. Extending from the wings are needle-like barbs, these barbs when coming into contact with a person or victim does sting and hurt like hell - they can also be used as a piercing weapon, its thick enough to pierce through skin and damaged scales. At the tips of her wings are scythe-like hooks which are useful as weapons and defensive measures. It is to note that this female uses her wings under water to propel herself forward and around ; it is to note that she can fly and do so rather well. Another fun thing to notice is, that when she flies or swims if one was to be above her they would notice that her form mimics a jellyfish. Personality: The first thing you notice when meeting this young dame is the way she carries herself. You can note the confidence in her strides, and the way she holds her head high and doesn't seem to every have it lowered in submission. It may come off as arrogance, but it's just not that, it's more so of the fact that she is sure of herself - knowing and having trust in her own ability to get things done and moving around. She knows she's smart and talented - and she knows she has a future ahead of her and that she will become someone by playing her cards right. She's very intelligent, able to analyze and assess situations - able to use them to her advantage, along with being able to take charge when needed or required. She's rather calculating and methodical : her decisions always looking at all the angles, quick to see the possible loopholes and dangers. It's quite dangerous, as she can be a rather valuable ally and a rather dangerous enemy depending on how she decides to use this gift. After all, it can be hard to find someone gifted in strategy and tactical thinking. Most will say she's a gifted speaker - her words dripping like honey from her voice, always able to lower the guards of others, finding a way to make people comfortable and willing to speak to her is a great talent of hers. It's not that she asks or likes to pry, it's just that she has such an aura that makes her seem so trustable and like the person you can confide in. But, if they were careful, they would know the serpent sitting next to them - yes, she can quite persuasive with her words, but just like a viper - she has quite the venom to her. Though she's sociable, one would say that she's rather selective about who she's friends with and who's in her presence. Most can also agree she's rather stoic as well - most not being able to getting a read on her as she always bears a rather neutral expression on her face, either that or her emotions are unreadable at times. They also would say she can be rather cold - respecting her space and boundaries are a big thing for her and if you can't respect that then she won't respect you, no matter who you are. Not to mention, becoming her friend is an even harder thing - she's very wary of strangers, having no trust for them in the slightest. So someone she doesn't know trying to be nice to her, or earn her approval or friendship will earn her distrust. One would have to be rather persuasive and persistent to earn her friendship, and that'd be quite the achievement to do such a thing. She also has a rather calming demeanor, always seeming to have an unending well of patience with others around her - and though she has patience, that doesn't mean she won't forget things others have done to her. She is one to hold grudges be it for minutes, hours, days, weeks, months and even years - and the outcome is the same in every case : they get what's coming to them. One can say that she's morally grey, not exactly good and not exactly bad. She has good qualities, yet - sometimes they're overshadowed by her less desirable traits. She's not one to see the world in black and white - she understands the dimensions and understands that sometimes you have to do bad things to be considered good. So if being cruel and apathetic gets her places then so be it, she's not afraid to go for what she wants, when she wants - she'd just prefer to bide her time to see what would go for her advantage. She can be manipulative and quite vicious when the situation calls for it - able to use her words and influence to flip a seemingly impossible situation in her favor. And orchestrating events from the shadows and setting things into motion, even with just the slightest of her influence, but not to mention using the information and things she knows about the emotion and tendencies of others to her advantage. It may seem selfish and self-centered, but it is a way to survive. Or use it against someone she views as her enemies, she's quite a good actress as well : knowing how to use her tears and emotions to her advantage. It's quite easy to pity those who become an enemy of hers, because they most likely won't come out of such a confrontation alive. While she isn't necessarily violent, she isn't above it - you think she isn't above clawing your throat out? You're dead wrong, just push her to her limits and you'll find out the predatory creature she can be. She may not appear it, but she's one to enjoy conflict and drama - and sometimes she's one to stir it up just because it's as she would put it : boring. When it comes to alliances or gaining her help with troublesome situations - it's easy to say it's like making a deal with the devil : it comes with a price. And how high of price are you willing to pay? And besides she's not one to always trust those she helps, who's to say that someone won't find your body of the side of the cliff or in the river? There have been many discrepancies about this dame's behavior and nature, but there is one consensus : she scares others. Most would say, that even though she bears an easygoing demeanor- there is something rather eerie about her, like theirs a cold trail of ice and wind that follows in her wake. It's also doesn't help that's she's quite the observant type, always watching and liking from afar - analyzing and gathering information about others and deciding what to do with it. She's also rather scarily good at mind games, able to instill fear in others with a simple sentence - even if it's said in the sweetest of voices. While she can be quite calm at times, she does have anger - it just takes a lot to get her truly made. While she can become annoyed and frustrated, it's nothing compared to her anger. When she's angry, it's something one can feel more that they can see - it's the overwhelming and suffocating presence that she'll exhibit that'll make the wise shrink away for fear of facing her fury. One can say she has the presence and brains to call the shots, and she she prefers to be in some role of leadership - rather than being told what to. And surprisingly, she's rather dependable - she runs a tight ship, most would say that it runs on genuine respect and possibly a mix of a bit of fear. It will also be noted that she's quite effective in getting things done. She's not one to tolerate insults towards her, friends, or her family - and if you just happen to be being mean to a mild-mannered person that she cares for : don't be surprised if she rips you a new one. While most may be all bark and no bark, this girl is both bite and bark. She just knows how to rip one to shreds, both verbally and physically. Now, when it comes to matters of love -it's quite interesting. While she may deny that she's a romantic, she's actually quite a romantic. When she's in a relationship - she expecting to be her mates everything, and she won't play second fiddle or be anyone's side piece. She will be treated and loved like the gem she is and if he can't offer that to her then he can go. And if he decides to play with her heart? Then she'll play with and break his a thousand times worse - no one that plays her will end up without a few wounds. She's cautious and skeptical when it comes to love, yet when she does fall in love? She falls hard, and it's true to say that her lover is one to see a more softer and gentler side to her. She's also one to be intensely jealous and possessive of her lover ; they are hers and any female who thinks otherwise will face her fury - so you better not let her catch you flirting with her mate or else you'll find yourself sigh a shiny new scar. Though she definitely wouldn't admit it, it's quite true. Now when it comes to children, she'd be quite a mother - having a more tough love approach, she'd be a bit harsh with them and possibly overbearing. But she'll soon get over that phase and be make careful, however that doesn't mean she won't stop helping them dream and achieve big things. Like her mother expected grand and big things for her - so will she for her children, even if it can be in an unconventional way. Rider: Wayne's Character Abilities: ⊹ ࣪ ﹏𓊝﹏𓂁﹏⊹ ࣪ ˖ Every Inhale I Take , Swallows The Ocean Whole , And I Am One With The Hurricane , Tall As The Tides That Lap With A Rapid Tongue With Every Exhale I Break You Down With A Fury , I Lay The Hills Undone Like A Dog Gone Untamed , Bellowing Out A River From My Lungs ⊹ ࣪ ﹏𓊝﹏𓂁﹏⊹ ࣪ ˖ Water Breath This female has the ability to "breath" water instead of the standard of breathing fire. And while she can breath water ; she also has the ability to control the temperature of the water she spews out - meaning, it can range from scalding hot to freezing cold and even just lukewarm. She also can control how much pressure is applied to the blast meaning it can come out as a gentle stream to a highly pressurized blast able to slice through rock . Her water is also highly versatile as well ; her being able to change its form to hot steam, cool and refreshing mist , to dense fog that could provide well needed cover in events of stealth. It is to note that for her water breath, she must be very hydrated to use it as it relies on water - and as she uses it she looses hydration, while she has a standard amount of water that can be used for her breath, the more hydrated she is the more powerful it will be. If she isn't hydrated then she has no water and it takes from her natural water within her body which dries out her scales and body. Water Manipulation She has the ability to manipulate water ; water around her & within herself and that of others. She can bend and form the water to her will ; being able to use it for defensive and offensive abilities such as - creating a wall of water, making a water dome, or other such constructs. Not to mention she can manipulate the temperature of water , being able to freeze or heat it up to use it to her advantage. This ability is able to be used whenever their is water provided or available ; she can not just conjure water out of thin air - if it seems like she is, no she is accessing the moisture available to her within the atmosphere around her. So if they are in a dry or arid region then her power will be of little use unless she used the moisture from her own body which would cause her to be dried out quicker. Water Form Mimicry This ability grants her the power to transform the state of her body to be completely made up of states of water . She can completely become a water being, her body being in the form of water - in this form she is lighter and more agile. While most attacks she would be able to tank, attacks based with ice or fire would be very effective against her as it can immobilize or kill her. As transforming her body takes intense concentration and energy, she can only hold her form for a limited about of time. Not to mention if she stays transformed for too long, she can in effect " become one " with her form and loose all sense of who she is. She can also turn in vapor , which is useful as it allows her to hide in mist and steam when the situation calls for it. It is to note that air based attacks are most effective against her vapor form. It is also to note that using this power allows her to do simple "parlor" tricks such as vanishing into a plume of steam or vapor or "melt" her body into liquid. It is also a form of transportation as she can become a bright cerulean orb of water or a whispy form of vapor and get around. Insurgent Waters This is more of a spell than an ability ; it's one that helps her raise hell within the waters. She doesn't have control over storms and things like that, but more so the rain that comes with it. That's why this spell is so unique ; it causes calm waters to become turbulent, and using the water abilities she is able to build off of that turbulence. Meaning being able to make devastating waterspouts, tsunami's , and if working in tandem with a storm dragon - a hurricane. This spell only lasts for ten minutes before the waters calm back down and so she has to make sure that she uses it to the best of her ability. This spell is also rather consuming to use and hold as well. Blessed Waters She has a healing ability, by chanting and incantation she can " bless " water . By doing this she creates a silvery cerulean liquid that can be used to heal wounds and injuries. By introducing it into creams or drinks it can make said conduit heal via method taken. Meaning if the liquid is introduced into pills it'll make a healing pill , or if used in a medicinal cocktail to inject it'll work. However the effectiveness of the diluted substance is unknown because the best way to get healed by her is by using it in its purest form. It is to note that this water's effective nature is determined by the moon ; when the moon is at it's brightest point then the water will be highly effective and have a bright glow to it. When it is barely any light the water will be rather dull. It is to note also ; if she blesses water without moonlight, it does the exact opposite of what one would want - instead of healing, it will cause more harm than good. Poisonous Biology When looking at this female's biological form - you notice she has jellyfish like features ; the lappets, oral arms and frills and etc. They are armed with the stinging venom of a jellyfish but more potent - her sting can be registered with that of a Box Jellyfish & its smaller relative - the Irukandji. You will experience the general side effects of a sting from a Box Jellyfish ; a painful searing sensation, a whip-like welt, the offending tentacles latching against your skin along with possibly muscle spasms and stomach and chest pain along with sweating. You will also feel a slight bout of nausea. And this is when you are injected with a lower dosage of her venom, she can control her tentacles and the amount of inflicted upon a person from a simple sting to cardiac arrest. Speaking of that ; if you feel the full force of her sting - you have a slim chance of surviving if one is human , it may be like a bee sting to a stronger dragon ( a very painful one ) but not as deadly them as it is to humans and things regarded as her prey. On the more severe spectrum ; one will experience lower back pain, as if their kidney is being hit by a baseball bat - followed by muscle spasms, vomiting , high blood pressure , and the skin creeping around the effected area as if worms were there. They also may have trouble breathing. While this all may seem scary their is a know and effective solution that will remedy the pain but not completely cure it ; you are to take some of the mucus upon her skin (which makes her immune to her own stings) and mix it with vinegar and crushed leaves of chamomile and lavender oil. When putting it on the affected area it will reduce the pain of the wound and stop it from spreading any further. It is to be noted : do not put ice on the wound as it will aggravate it further. Strengths & Weaknesses: Strengths - Powerful Swimmer & Diver : Being a creature attuned to the sea it's only natural that this female is an adept swimmer, being able to navigate through powerful underwater currents and environments. She is also good at swimming very deep underwater, transversing the depths of the ocean . - Knowledge Of The Sea & Marine Life : Being as she's traveled the seas for a long time, she has seen the changes and effects humans have on it. Along with understanding the waves and ebb and flow of the sea - she has pratically traversed most of the seas and many coasts - so if their is a question of where to find precious pearls or a good source of fish this female knows it - Wisdom / Experience : She has lived for a good amount of time and she would count herself as wise - she has experience in many things and it takes a lot to fool her or pull the wool over her eyes. She has much time left as she is a long-lived creature, but with having over two centuries of experience already it is hard to get one over her. - Her Intelligence : It is well known that dragons are smart, and she is no exception. Very witty and rather clever as well - she is one to look out for, and you better watch your valuables as well. - Being Able To Adapt : This female is comfortable with routine and such, but she is one who welcomes change and is quick to adapt to the unpredictable situations and environments when needed to. She is one you would want to survive with. - Strong & Vicious As Hell : You'd offend her if you think her a weak dragon just because she's a mixture of pretty and downright terrifying in appearance - however she has a bit of battle scars from fights and experience in fighting as well. Let's just say her last opponents have no comment , because their bones are buried deep in their watery graves below Weaknesses - Dehydration : This female's skin needs to be moist for her to be comfortable unless you want to deal with her teeth. It is also essential for her powers as well. And not to mention skin is itchy and uncomfortable. She can go up to the most ten hours without being in water. Even misting her will be enough if their isn't a large water source nearby - she just needs some sort of moisture. - Coldblooded : She is a cold-blooded creature meaning she needs ample time to "sun-bathe" without completely drying herself out. And she also can get overly cold and too warm, so she constantly needs to watch herself. The only time she doesn't have to worry about that is when in water - Highly Territorial & Possessive : When she claims something or someone as hers ; it's hers. She will fight fang and talon for said thing and won't take anyone taking or harming what's hers. She also likes her space and doesn't like a lot within her space and so this leads to hissing and snapping - and what she defines as her territorial bounds must not be ignored. - Rather Vicious : It's to note that she is not some sweet damsel. She can be a bit twisted at times, and enjoys the sight of chaos and someone getting hurt by her. She's one to be ready to get into a fight (when it benefits her) and isn't hesitant to start one if she believes it for a cause - Rather Stubborn : It can be noted that she is a rather stubborn and bullheaded creature. One that can be set in her ways at time. It doesn't pay to be in an argument with her because she will argue you up and down even if she's wrong - Issues With Humans : Her history with humans is rather . . . complicated . . . it's not that she outright hates them, more so having a great dislike for what they've started to do to her ocean and some of her kind ( absolutely hated poachers and hunters ) and she's unsure of Riders as she doesn't like the thought of being bound to someone for life . Especially someone that could possibly use her for wrong. Let's just say she's not happy to make this journey, nor be bonded. - Having Skin Rather Than Scales : She has little protection on her body except for the horns on her head and her oral arms and tentacles. WIP RIDER:
Name:
Francis Blackwell Age:
18 years Gender: Male
Role:
New Rider Appearance:
With blond hair that carries a warm tint that is the suggestion of golden sunlight leaking from the heavens of the skies to coat the earth below to encourage the grasses and plants of the ground to thrive from its gentle heat, and with clear blue eyes that are the brilliant azure of the soaring expanse of the sky, it is no wonder that simply judging by these aspects of his appearance alone, he was considered quite the attractive man.
The fairness of his skin is relatively unmarked from wounds that tore flesh open and spilled glistening crimson to the hard floors, save for the remnants of damages wrought from confrontations in which he was simply not quick enough to avoid a blow or the vindictive sharpness of steel, though it is still a canvas on which the often perilous life he led had left its impression upon his skin.
At 5 feet 9 inches tall, he stands at a perfectly average height. The construction of this man is rather slender and primarily designed for speed and stealth with strength as a distant afterthought in his creation, indeed it does not feature significant amounts of muscle that is suited for a power that can wrestle opponents into submission, rather the muscle he has on his surprisingly rangy frame of a lean composition. It is a lean strength that lies beneath the pale expanses of his arms and legs that has been shaped by regular activity, one that is found in the blueprints to foxes who are quick in movement and utterly elusive as they hunt in the hours of twilight.
The manner in which he moves is a surprisingly graceful thing, it seems as if each step has been precisely considered before the foot has left the ground, the quietness of his tread speaks of a familiarity of needing to move with soundless steps. It is not the utter confident swagger of a feline that is keenly aware of its importance, nor is it the sweeping danger in a wolf stalking the plains, instead the nimble-footed element of his motions are rather vulpine in nature.
An everpresent feature that is to be seen on him is the necklace that is always worn around his neck. The pendant connected to the silver chain depicts a raven in flight with its wings outstretched, each and every feather defined with painstaking detail that contributes to the simple beauty of the piece, the pendant is colored an inky black that allows the light to bring to sight the fine details that are precisely etched within the feathers and the form of the raven. From the subtly graceful curve of the wings and the feathers to the meticulous detail that is evident when observed closely, there is a visible quality to the necklace, and he can occasionally be observed holding the pendant as if it is a source of comfort.
Personality:
Elusive in the manner that only practice brings, in the manner that a creature of stealth can only hold, when this man does not want to be found, it is rather difficult to pin him down. Whether it be with verbal words or a seeking of his physical presence, he will not often been caught in a web of words or trapped unwillingly, any glimpses one may catch are because he purposefully has set them out so that others may see or hear.
While those that are elusive in their bearings often contain a particular strain of cowardice, the hiding a shield for a less desirable temperment, this is not so with this man. It is a way of life that has been ingrained into his very bones, pressed into his mind so that he will never forget. His courage is not the brazen fearlessness that so many appear to display, the brand of bravery that suits those of the daylight and of terrified confidence in the face of danger, rather his is the quiet slinking thing that slips into a camp to sabotage the supplies, the creature that lurks beneath the line of sight in order to strike at a weakness.
There exists a burning loyalty to those who have earned it, those who have wormed their way into his confidence and chipped away at the guard that seems to eternally be drawn up, and there is perhaps no individual that trusts as fiercely as he does. For when he grows to place faith in another's words and actions, it is a nigh everlasting element that is all too difficult to crumble away, a thing that is as steadfast as he is secretive. And with this loyalty comes the basis for gaining his protection, the driving desire to see those he loves and trusts safe against those who may harm them, a thing that is as strong as the sparsely given loyalty.
A negative side of the elusivity that he so often portrays, drapes over himself in the manner of a cloak to remain unseen and unheard, is that the twisting of truth comes so easily to his lips in the ways of a habit that has become second nature. Honesty is a fickle element of humans, it is all too easy to tweak and warp the truth until there is nothing remaining of the original essence of the meaning, a weapon prepared to lash at an unfortunate soul or a shield to hide the darker truths of history behind, and he is rather good at weaving webs of half-truths and deceptions until it is indistinguishable from the truth. The ability of lying has aided him in many times when he could have been wounded by being forthright, kept those who may have meant harm to both himself and those who have cared for him at an arm's length, yet it is a curse of a habit that is difficult to break. Honestly does not leap to his throat to be spoken easily.
An aloofness to those that he does not know is a stark reminder of this man's capacity for coldness, revealed in the glacial glint that shines in his light eyes when confronted by another, a distant quality of his demeanor that contradicts the warm elements of his appearance. Indeed, there is oftentimes a passively standoffish element to the man's behavior when in the company of those unfamiliar, presenting himself as a rather aloof figure amongst a gathering of both bright and dark personalities. While this cold bearing often verges into a cruelty regarding the state of other living creatures, this man displays no inclinations of such a trait alongside the reserved tendencies.
A temperment forged in fire, he was skittish and snappish as only a wild animal could be, all sharp teeth and quiet snarling bluster aimed outward to those who may want to harm him. While the man has calmed from outwardly hostile to those who may have approached him, the elements of that skittishness have remained with him through time, the pieces that are willing to startle and react at the slightest of wrong movements or phrasings. Nowadays it is typically buried beneath a veneer of calmer indifference rather than being the thorns to ward others away, although the traits of such a aspect still break through the mask and surface at times.

Morwenna
୧‿̩͙ ˖︵ ꕀ⠀ ♱⠀ ꕀ ︵˖ ‿̩͙୨
"She was the ocean, fierce and free, claiming her own destiny."
Name: Morwenna Meaning "Maiden of the Sea" Age: TBD Gender: Female Role: New Dragon Class:
Water Appearance: "She embodied the grace and fluidity of the ocean, a dance of elegance and strength."
Morwenna could easily be described as a beautiful dragoness, though since beauty is in the eye of the beholder, it would definitely depend on who's looking at her. She's certainly not the tallest or largest of dragons, only standing at about 15 Feet Tall, and reach not quite double that in length, though a good portion of it is her tail and middle. Her physique is on the leaner side, befitting a creature that spends majority of her time in the open ocean swimming. She isn't built wide or heavy like some dragons are, instead primarily being made up of lean, ropey muscle that is designed for a constant speed over long distances. That isn't to say she can't have a strong burst of speed for a short distance, but she was designed to be in the sea and not a powerhouse on land. Those that thrive on land seldomly thrive in the water.
She has the pretty standard build for a dragon. Long legs that end in webbed feet, frill like fins on the outside of each leg that allow her greater maneuverability within her watery home. Her tail is long and finned at the end with the same frills seen elsewhere on her body. This is where much of her power comes from when swimming, able to use it to turn, paddle, and propel herself with it and it alone, her legs are just additional. She has a long, muscular neck, one that could be described as slightly longer than normal, and that is primarily because much of the female is streamlined in build to better her speed in water. Attached to her strong neck is a head that can be described as almost diamond in shape, though with a rounded, short muzzle. Within her muzzle are three rows of serrated, sharp teeth, making her bite not only terrifying, but painful and sometimes deadly. If she can dig all three rows of her teeth into whatever she has bitten, not only is she difficult to get to let go, but she can also rip strips of flesh off whatever she's biting with little trouble, causing severe bleeding wounds. Her teeth are much like a sharks in regards that she is constantly replacing them. Losing teeth is nothing more than a brief twinge of discomfort, and within hours the tooth will be replaced.
One thing that tends to catch people's eyes are the gill like openning on her neck just below her jaw. And yes, they are gills. They allow her to breathe in water so she doesn't have to come up often for breath. Does she still have to come up? Yes. But the gills allow her to remain down for much, much longer. They also are functional on land, and help increase her ability to temperature control and breathe. They're extremely sensitive, and a weak point, so she's often defensive of them when in an altercation.
Atop her head are a set of horns that are much like a crown, regal and powerful in appearance. She is quite proud of them and like's to adorn them in different jewelry. She especially loves dangling things from them that twinkle and make chiming noises.
However, what easily stands out the most about the female are the long pair of frills that start at the base of her head, just behind her horns, and carry down her neck, before ending and then another pair starts at her shoulders and carries down to about half way down her tail where they transition into a sharp, fish-bone like spine. It's important to note that there are fishbone like spines within the frills themselves that allow her to flex and move her frills indepedently and at will. The frills have a few main functions. For one, if she ever desired to, they allow her to glide. This is primarily seen whenever she launches out of the water and glides above it before diving back in. Their other primary use is for varying displays. Whether it be attracting a mate or intimidating an opponent, the frills are easily Morwenna's most noteable feature.
In terms of coloration, Mor's looks are pretty straight forward. She almost entire one base color of a deep, dark blue-green. She has markings that are reminiscent of a boa's on her body, tail, tail frill, and partially up her back and neck frills, and usually they're a pale, light blue-green color, with a hint of glowing bioluminescence. However, when she feels threatened or is trying to attract a mate, her markings shift in color, becoming a bright, glowing cyan that can be seen from far distances. This bright cyan color matches the color of her eyes, which always seem to be glowing a bit, allowing her to see in the darkest of waters.
Personality: "She was a force of nature, both gentle and powerful, commanding the respect of all who encountered her."
Morwenna is a creature that genuinely seems to represent the oceans she calls home. On one hand she is a calm beast, not one to be quick to anger or easily riled, and is a rather steady presence others can rely on. Self assurance is something that comes natural to the dragonness, not the type to doubt herself or overthink things. She trusts herself and her instincts to bring her through even the most difficult of times. This can make Morwenna someone who is almost comforting to be around, a natural strength to her that tends to put others at ease. However, sometimes this innate trust and comfort can be misplaced.
Mor can also be as volatile and unpredictable, emulating those enraged seas. It's not as common, honestly, but it's incredibly dangerous to be around her in these times. She's notorious for flying into fits of uncontrollable rage when she's pushed too far, or something has triggered her. During these times no one is safe, and anyone caught in her path is susceptible to facing her wrath. However, it is not a fiery and loud thing, but a cold thing that feels worse than even the iciest of blizzards.
Usually, though, Morwenna has a calm and steady demeanor. She doesn't go out of her way to make either enemies or friends. In fact, the dragonness tends to be rather reserved and quiet, preferring to observe than to actively take part. She isn't a flashy female when it comes to personality, preferring to let others shine and quite happy to let them do so. She does tend to be a bit guarded, keeping others at a distance to protect herself, as the female is rather slow to trust. However, once past that tougher exterior lies a warm and attentive female. Morwenna will always be a quiet soul, content to never be the center of attention, nor is she the type to care about impressing others. She's confident in who she is, and is happy to remain that way, even stubbornly so, as she refuses to change just because someone else might think she should.
Rider: Devereaux Abilities: 1. Dehydration This is Mor's ability to affect the water content in any given thing, even living things, by pulling the water out of them, or the opposite. This is just as much a mental state effect as it is a physical one, as the effect of dehydration is enough to drive people mad if she pulls enough out. However, it has other uses, like slowing things down by thickening a substance such as blood because of reducing it's water content. This is a taxing ability though, and it'll drain her energy slowly the more she uses it. Also, the larger something is, the more it takes to do it, so for things like dragons it might just be enough to slow them down or disorientate them a bit. Simply drinking water counters this ability completely. 2. Water Manipulation This is the obvious ability that most Water Dragons are known for. It gives her the ability to control water, allowing her to control the water around her and within her own body. She cannot generate water from nothing, only able to control it when it already exists. It might seem like she's pulling it out of no where, but it always, always has a source. No water? No Manipulation. 3. Speculopresence Perhaps an ability easily overlooked, this is almost an entirely communications based ability. This allows her to communicate with others via reflections in water. She can use her reflection to project through water to talk to others. This is useful for communicating through long distances, and requires little energy of her. Of course, this only works if someone is looking at the water, but she can be called if they speak her full name thrice while staring into the water. It'll form a bubble around her, and she can then communicate with them, however, she cannot call people to the water reflection herself. 4. Whirlpool Considered both a defensive and offensive ability, this is one of Morwenna's strongest. She's able to surround herself with a powerful whirlpool and use it to propel herself faster through the water, and even out of it great distances. The whirlpool she generates is powerful enough that it can damage those who touch it, and send them propelling away from her. Thus acting like a defensive shell, but also an offensive attack if she charges at someone with it. It's like a watery tornado. 5. Coral Constructs This is an almost entirely defensive ability, though with strict limitations. It can be done both inside and outside of water, albeit it is much stronger within water. She's able to create defensive contructs out of coral, using them to protect herself and others. However, when she uses it outside of water it will quickly become brittle and eventually breakdown due to drying out. However, in water it's much stronger and harder, and will remain in place unless broken down. 6. Healing Tears Her only healing ability, Morwenna's tears are known to have extreme healing abilities based on the emotions that create them. Meaning the stronger the emotions, the stronger the healing qualities. This also means if she makes herself cry, they're weaker and will only be able to heal a tiny bit. She tends to collect her tears, especially the emotional ones, in little vials whenever she cries, as she isn't one who cries often. They can't do things like bring back the dead, but if someone is suffering a mortal wound and they tears are used in time, they might just give them a fighting chance.

Finished ^^ Name: Kineta Meaning “Full of Energy & Power” Age: 144 Gender: Female Role: New Dragon Class: Fire Appearance: Kineta’s form is not one known for its graceful or mystical demeanor. Its make up centers itself mostly around the roughest setting in survival: battle, focusing heavily on the offensive side of things with a small amount of defensive ideals. Practicality is not necessarily present within her details, but is not completely void. In terms of size, the measurements seen speak to both agility and strength. Standing tall, the female comes to nearly twelve feet at the shoulder give or take a few inches (though mostly give) – the majority of which does not come from her own body but what holds her up. Another three feet makes up her neck, its lesser size being caused from the desire to lessen the damage dealt from ramming into solid objects. Thus leaving her total at fifteen feet, with it being expected to continue to increase. Her full horizontal length tops off around twenty three feet while standing, not terribly larger than her height. The majority of this length is applied to her tail – fourteen feet of it to be precise. A good number of attacks tend to come from this region, so its ability to reach quite a distance is rather handy for her. The remaining nine create the basis for her body, spanning from hips to chest. The fiery gal’s body plan is designed like that of a wyvern, lacking in any front legs but possessing a long hind pair. Like any reptile of this approach, she resides on the muscular side of things – enough to pack a wallop without hindering her ability or speed. Her chest, neck, hind legs, and tail are where most of these reside. Those of her hind legs are likely the most powerful, able to bear a good amount of strain when carrying large objects and allowing for some iron-clad grip. Her paws work well with this sort of power due to their construction. At first glance they are more adjacent to the standard design of most dragons, containing three toes along the front of the foot. But, breaking from this standard, a fourth toe can be observed traveling in the opposite direction of the rest – like those of many bird species. Long raptor-like talons extend from each and every toe, curved like those of a hawk and comparatively around the same size. A large chest formulates her front, with its strengthened muscles being highly visible. Its frame allows for spectacular mobility in the air, giving “umph” to each and every one of her wing beats. However, as odd as it is, her chest does not give her a boost in stamina like it does for others. It remains somewhat easy to drain but not awfully so, not having enough lung power to do anything too strenuous for extended periods but still enough to be quite energetic. Her neck is broader in structure and not that flexible, its mold placing its focal point on withstanding incredibly harsh blows while also being the one to dish them out. The scales of this beast are the furthest thing from smooth. All those along her upper body are larger in size, almost plated in a sense. Each and every one sticks slightly upwards from her hide, but are compacted enough to not show any amount of skin. The lifted sides of most remain smooth to the touch, unable to do much damage unless someone really tries. Those along her spine are a different story. These scales stick up more so than the others, though do not show any skin still, their ends sharp and pointed as though mimicking actual spikes. Their shape is almost like that of a thorny devil but not quite so prominent. These false spines start along the back of her neck, growing slightly in size but mostly remaining stagnant in that department. A noticeable shift in length is visible down her tail where they grow to a stop around its vert tip. At this tail’s end, an extension can be seen – formed from the same materials are her own horns and claws. A sword of sorts, starting along the right side of her tail, extends outwards. Its shape is like that of a scimitar and is just as sharp if not sharper. Along the outside of her hind legs and hips, some spine-mimicking-scales can also be observed running all the way down to her toes. Here they tend to change size a good amount to better fit the area. On the left side of her body, these scales are completely missing along her hips and upper leg – a soft scar in its place. Her underbelly contains snake-like scaling with each section having a good amount of space before encountering the next. These scales are actually lifted upwards to show the vulnerable skin underneath. The rest of her scales do not have her capability. The rough scaled female’s head is thought to be stout in structure. Its shape is like that of a prism if it were laid out on its side or a rounded wedge of cheese. The topline of it rounds downwards to the snout, no dip between forehead and the aforementioned area being present. When coming back to her neck, it will arch up to a small degree to form a better connection between the two. No nose horn resides on her, nor are any spine-mimicking-scales. Her nostrils reside towards the end of her snout on either side. Two main horns extend from the back-sides of her head, both curving back just a smidge for traveling forwards – hovering above her forehead and snout. In fact, these horns surpass both and hang over the edge by an inch or two. At their ends they curve up a little bit. They are not exactly “sharp” but are still apt enough to break through the hides of most other dragons with much ease, so long as the right force is applied. What becomes even more stocking with this application is that neither horn technically has a point. In their place are “small” holes, something that plays a role in one of her main abilities. Despite their hollow nature, these horns are exceptionally hard to break – a great force needed to do so. These horns look to be divided into sections, with each one being like a step downwards until it reaches its end. Almost like stacking cylinders on top of one another, with each one growing thinner and shorter as they go forth. A dip is seen between each of the sections. Secondary smaller horns are present along the back of her head as well, along the inside of both the main horns and a tad lower than them as well. These, like the others, start out by moving backwards – traveling alongside her neck but not touching it. However, they swiftly turn to point upwards and remain that way for their short duration of travels. They barely make it to the halfway point of her main horn’s upward momentum. A tip is present on these horns, unlike the others, but they remain “sectioned.” Due to their presence, the back of her head is thought to be the optimal place for her rider to stay when flying. Let’s just hope they figure this out sooner than later. Along the sides of her cheeks, small and true spines line the curve, all flowing in a more vertical direction if at all possible. They do not spread down the jaw or along the back of her head. Her eyes are more reptilian in formation, with her pupils being more akin to that of a big cat’s. They are quite expressive, even if they appear to lack a visible sclera. Her teeth resemble those of a komodo dragon but fit for her size. The friendly beast’s wings are bat-like in general structure, like those of many other dragons. Together they span a whopping forty three feet in length, with one wing being feet in total. Such a wingspan is unusually large for one her size, but she makes do. The membranes of these wings are more durable than most, but not the strongest. Like any good wyvern-adjacent being, finger joints are present at its bend. Three on each wing in this case, all tipped with the curved claws. These claws are smaller than the rest of her talons, but still take on that hawk-ish look. The fingers here seem to act like her usual toes would, flexible enough to pick up small items with the “bend” itself being large enough to act as a palm of sorts. Thanks mostly to her shorter body span, she can either walk on these wings in a quadrupedal manner or just on her hind legs in a bipedal one. The actual fingers of her wings end in small and straight claw extensions as well. Some false spines run along the outside of the wings’ arms. The colorations of this dragon are perfectly fitting for one of her class, presenting a multitude of oranges and yellows, with some flares of blue tossed on as well. Tangerine-orange scales are the first to catch one’s attention when gazing upon this energized being, similar in shade to the flames of an actual fire. Their hue runs along the top of her body – upper sides, neck, tail, wing fingers (joint and not), and legs being the exact areas. This color is the basis for most of what can be seen on her form, with it fading to each color that follows it. Going down her body, the tangerine shifts into a sun-crete orange, lovely on the eyes and quite bright. The next shift takes her scales from this bright orange into the hue of “Forsythia Blossom,” an almost orange yellow and from there into “holy white.” This white takes up most sections of her underbelly scales while the yellow surrounds its edges. Her wings only fade from tangerine to sun-crete. The membranes of these wings are mostly pastel yellow in coloration, with some whitish flame patternings lining their bottom. At times, light blue flame patterns can be viewed within these white flames – akin to the brightest patches of blue flames. However, this shade of blue is not consistent and only crops up under certain circumstances. The sway of this blue both does and does not mimic the patterning of the white, depending on the section and how far it has reached. Though it has been said that this blue constantly changes shape every time it appears. The blue never exceeds the white. Claws and talons of ivory line their respective areas, with her horns and “spines” taking on the same hue. Her sword deviates from this to a small degree, being slightly whiter than the others due to the flames she applies to it. No pearly whites are present on this dear, her fangs possessing a more unique appearance than most. While their upper parts towards the roots are of a white shade, veins of fiery hues can be observed running up them – completely engulfing the tips but thinning out into lines towards her gums. It acts as a hint and warning towards her smoldering bite. Her eyes are of a “Thor’s Thunder” blue. Though a more “standard” pigment for Kineta has been described, it should be of note that it is not all that consistent. Her colors will actively dull or brighten depending on her body temperature – bright for warmth and dull for cold. In addition to this, some new patches of color will sprout up if it exceeds a certain point. When extremely warm, patches of dark blue – like that seen in the darker parts of blue fire – will begin to form along the tangerine and sun-crete oranges. But, when rather cool, patches of red – akin to that of dying embers – will appear within the same oranges. However, these patches do not appear in the same spot although they appear at different times. It is this “mechanic” that allows for the blue of her wings to show, with them strictly coming out when she is rather warm. The roars of this fire-painted reptile are nothing all that exciting or exceptional. They carry a lot of “natural” attributes which can be picked apart through well trained ears. Like most, her main calls can all be separated into different categories: broadcast, friendly or excited, threatening, danger, and victory. Her first roar, the broadcast, is utilized to announce her presence to those in the area. Almost like she is marking out the territory in a sense. Fittingly, this sound happens to take after the bellow of a male African lion which uses their own roar for this exact purpose. An undertone of a smoldering and popping campfire can also be picked out amongst the other aspects, a hint towards her own class. The friendly or excited cry (both terms being used interchangeably in this case) is… not something any would even begin to imagine. It is the “scariest” of her calls, known to be perceived as a threatening one by those who do not know her intention. The roar or growl of a tiger is the focal point of this call, something believed to be so powerful that it physically paralyzes those that hear it – though that is not the case for her. The angry crackling of a raging forest fire entwines itself amongst the vocals of the big cat, amplifying the already fear-instilling sound. She will often tilt her head in confusion if one bolts at its usage. Her threatening bellow is rather overshadowed by this peaceful one, the growl of an african leopard mixed with the sizzling of a bonfire being all it is. Danger, however, does seem to live up to its usage – announcing that something, well, dangerous is in the area. Its sound is that of a female cougar, almost coming off as the scream of a woman if heard from a distance. The motion of heavy smoke, however, drives away any inclination that this noise came from a human. Finally, her victory roar is also rather standard. It is simply the growl of a lion and tiger rolling underneath the sound of blazing flames which take the center stage. A southern accent graces the voice of Kineta, flavorful and energetic as can be. Its pitch resides in a higher state, having the capacity to squeal when exceptionally excited. To many, it can come off as annoying. Not in a bratty or “surprior” sense, but in a “oh my gosh, shut up” manner. Sadly for those that feel this way, “shutting up” is not exactly something within her vocabulary. Its tone almost always seems to have excited elements too, as though always happy with the situation at hand. Only during the more dire moments in life does it ever shift from this. However friendly it may be, her voice is not exactly… approachable. Especially to the more shy individuals around it. It can easily be overwhelming for some, harboring too much to even consider any amount of interaction. She does not recognize this fact and will remain overly friendly no matter how uncomfortable the other party may become. Personality: Pure Energy || Excitable || Loyal || Overly Friendly || Pushy || Risk Taker || Reckless || Occasionally Intelligent || More Passive Aggressive || Talkative || Often Rambles || Sociable || Short Attention Span When Excited || Optimistic || Immature || Playful || Acts Before Thinking || Sweetheart… Usually || Lighthearted || Apologetic || Caring || Obedient After The Fact || Team Player || Astute Observer || Often Exaggerates “Humaaaan,” a roar cuts through the air above before you’re swiftly tackled and held securely within a clawed wing’s grasp, “Oh, we’re gonna have so much fun together! I cannot believe I finally have a rider! I’ve been waiting for so long ta feel that old pull! You cannot imagine how many eons I’ve waited for- Oh, I’m rambling again. Sorry!” Rider: Aleifr Crowe Her rider is her precious. No touchy. Abilities: Searing Bite Though known for her excitable and friendly nature, Kineta’s capabilities are truly anything but. They are highly dangerous and even venomous at times, avoided and feared by many. For this particular ability, the latter couldn’t be more spot on. Searing Bite works a lot like the bite of a komodo dragon, inflicting massive damage despite the fleeting contact. Like the large reptile, the feminine beast does have her own venom glands which she uses to amplify the severity of the wound. Or, more accurately, fire glands. Once her jaws clamp down, the fangs that have successfully pieced through the hide of her victim will inject liquid fire into the area. This infernal inferno will slowly eat away at the flesh of the injured being, up until their moment of death – turning them into nothing more than a crispy corpse. This agonizing period of time can take days to months to completely run its course, depending on the size and resilience. Not once will the pain cease. Throughout this time, one can spy her creeping around the vicinity, stalking those she wishes to see deceased. Her main goal is to deprive them of water (or, at least, larger bodies of it) instead of delivering the final blow, but that will come eventually. If the inflicted does manage to come across some source of water, they can stop the bite’s effects by putting water over all impacted regions. However, they will forever be scarred. Water dragons are the only class immune to the flaming venom of this bite. Only some fire dragons share this immunity, with those that do often gaining a boost to their own flames after the injection. To apply the bite, the female often has to tilt her head sideways so her own horns do not get in the way. Not every bite contains this fire. Burning Jab The horns of dragons are not often used for the basis of elemental attacks, generally saved for bashing or jabbing or clashing against others. Yet this is not the case for this fiery female. Her horns are unlike those of the majority of dragons. They play into her more venomous prowess, having similar capabilities to her own teeth. The injection of liquid fire can be also found within these structures, entering one’s body through the holes at their tips. Like that of her bite, this fire acts akin to the venom of other reptiles – more closely resembling the effect of copperhead venom than komodo dragon. These flames will burn away the flesh around the injection site as well as a good few inches (if not feet) from it, leaving the area vulnerable to infections. It is of note that this ability does not tear through the entire body of those she injures, meaning it is not inherently fatal like her bite. However, it is a death sentence if applied near vital organs or small critters (comparably to her). Humans are not among these “smaller creatures.” No amount of water can stop the spread of these flames, but rather appears to fuel them. Instead, it is by applying an outside force of fire to this spot (from a fire dragon or not) that its rage quells. These flames will still damage the wound, but it would be to a lesser effect than what hers would have done. Those with durable scales or armor are more resistant to this attack. Searing Shot A simpler ability for the orangy gal – a breath based attack with minimal deviation from the “standard” most imagine. The main separation between the standard and this is its shape. Unlike the general “stream” produced by some other fire dragons, this breath comes out as a single shot or ball of flames. Its shape is like that of a falling meteor, with flames forming a short and flickering tail at the back. This spherical inferno is immensely hot, able to cause third to second degree burns to whatever it hits. At contact, an area effect is to be observed. Its radius is not all that big, mostly resulting from the fire collapsing in on itself. Still, it is not explosive and just flattens itself out. This ball of blaze comes in a multitude of sizes, all of which depend on a number of outside factors. Though, its size is still chosen by her to some extent. No matter the size, this shot is easy to dodge if one is quick enough – its path always being a straight line. Though, a bit of caution is advised when near her at any point in time for she can accidentally sneeze up some of these flames. Outside of attacking, this blast is used to ignite another of her abilities. Blazing Scimitar An interesting power that this female possesses, only possible due to the very thing that tips her tail. By applying a quick and small shot of fire towards her own tail, Kineta is able to set the sword-like extension ablaze. This fire is sustainable, crackling and spitting for as long as she pleases. Or until another dragon extinguishes it – both fire and water being effective in doing so. This smoldering scimitar allows for the dragon to easily protect herself from more stealth based attacks so long as she is prepared for them. Its presence has caused her to become more aware of what resides behind her, following the age-old saying of “eyes in the back of my head.” The fire produced is normally the normal orange hue, but can turn into blue flames if she and her surroundings are hot enough. If neither carries enough heat no flame will form along its blade, or it will die off if they started out at the ideal temperature. The flames of this natural scimitar never extend past the sword itself, per say, preventing her from sending waves or arcs of flames towards foes if she chooses to slash at the air. Sweltering Radiance An ability unlike any other in the realm of dragons thus far. Sweltering Radiance is a remarkable power to the newbie’s kind – one focused on team work rather than individual strength. By building up fire within her own chest, Kineta will begin to form a “bubble” of heat around her. This build up can last quite some time, depending on how warm the original atmosphere was. Its radius will expand the hotter the flames grow, with the smallest radius possible being around five feet. This radius only extends downwards if she resides within the air. At its peak, the area around the excitable beast will reach temperatures of up to 117 degrees – equal to the average temperature of the Sahara Desert. It is speculated that the air nearest to her is even more scorching, but few are able to get closer without fear of being harmed. From this heat comes a boost to the power of all flame-based attacks, but especially to those of other fire dragons. Conversely, the sweltering heat will actively weaken those of water and plant-based earth dragons – as though drying them out or evaporating their attacks. Outside of these classes, they will merely experience heatstroke after prolonged exposure. Water and earth dragons may still gain this effect, depending on their resilience to heat. Humans too will experience a case of heatstroke, unless they possess a fire dragon of their own. Those who find companionship in other flame-centered dragons will only feel uncomfortably hot when in this “bubble,” as long as they are presently riding the beast. Her own rider, however, will be required to dismount for her to safely use this ability. Though, this power does come at a cost to her. For one, it is incredibly taxing on her already mediocre stamina pool – with any time over fifteen minutes pushing it for its duration. Secondly, the build of pressure in her chest will result in her underbelly scales being physically lifted upwards to show off the hide underneath. The glow of the building fires can be seen through her skin. Due to the reduction of protection in the area, she will be incredibly vulnerable to ranged attacks throughout the area’s duration. If a cool substance – such as ice, water, or even some cooler earth – strikes her chest before the flames grow too hot, the resulting build up in temperature will be halted and she will be unable to perform this ability again for some time afterwards. There is a possibility that this may kill her as well, if the pressure has lifted up her scales enough before the fact. Strengths: + Heat + Physical Strength + Aerial Prowess + Team Player + “Eyes in the back of her head” + Rough Scales Weaknesses: - Cold - Stamina - Opposing Flames - Liftable Underbelly Scales - Monophobia – Fear of Abandonment - Reckless Crush: Possibly Open for development Mate: None Kin: Open Affiliations: Open Other: - Kineta prefers the taste of well cooked meat, having grown accustomed to having such a “delicacy” over the years and holding a small amount of disdain towards the raw stuff. An acquired taste, of you will. - Never give her any sort of sugar or caffeine. Just don’t. :`) I believe that I may be getting “Dragons in our Midst” for my birthday. >:3 Edited at July 4, 2024 09:23 PM by High Hills Pack

Kineta should be finished. Let me know if you'll have me change anything (I'll do so once I'm back home). ^^
