Sierra has long since been trained in the ways of diplomacy, taken alongside studies of her native land and intense training to become a rider. She has a natural affinity for getting stuff done quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality, and likes to prepare well for these types of missions.

Basically she's super bossy, but knows exactly what she's talking about so you had better listen to her.

Appearance:

In general, Sierra's appearance is as cool and calculated as her conversations. She knows when to dress up and impress her audience, and how best to ulilise herself to gain control. Even wearing a few golden rings can gain you the upper hand in certain circles.

Centering her face are a pair of warm and dusky brown eyes - approximately the shade of a fresh chestnut, appearing more of a burnt umber under the reflection of sunlight. As well as being almond shaped, they are contantly narrowed as Sierra has a tentency to carry tension or concern in her eyes - glaring across at people with no concern for their consequent responce; if someone has irritated Sienna enough to elicit a reaction, then they deserve her peircing glares, and likely far, far more than that. Long lashes frame her eyes well, though only make it more clear when her icy stare in in the direction of an individual. Additionally she has fading dark circles under her eyes, which she still plasters over with makeup when it comes to events but otherwise ignores when she is relaxed and keeping to herself. Her eyebrows are softly arched, the same reddish brown as her hair and with a sightly untamed look about them (at the tops), yet retaining a neat looking status overall. Her visual appearance is quite important to her, and so her hair and skin will usually be very tidy and clean, with precision perfected makeup. Her usual choice for the latter is lines of subtle but shimmering gold, mainly across her eyelid and swooping across like a sparrow's wing.

Her hair is usually found in one of two styles. Her more relaxed style is when her dark reddish-brown hair is pulled up into a loose ponytail at the back of her head, allowing the slightly shorter bits if hair at the front of her head form long curtain bangs. Like this, the bottom of her hair forms a variety of waves and curls like a waterfall, crashing down all the way to her hips. If she were not elven, the length would be bothersome, but as it grows so fast she can barely seem to keep it cut to that length - any shorter of a style and it would be impossible to maintain. Her long pointed ears poke out just between the front bangs section and the rest of her hair. Her second style is simply brushed and slicked down, displaying her widow's peak and supressing the hair's natural curl for the most part. This she uses for more formal matters, but to make herself even more elegant she will braid thin strips of gold thread into her hair.

Her hair often matches her clothing too, with her prefering to wear golden jewelry - especially a series of star earrings on her long elven ears, that forms a constallation - one of personal significance. She also wears necklaces, particularly one with several small feathers attached from a swallow bird. Her wardrobe mostly consists of muted, earthy toned colours of browns and yellows, but she branches out into white from time to time. Though she will put real effort into her clothing when it's needed, her day to day clothing is far more informal and flexible, allowing her to get things done while feeling more comfortable.

In terms of height, she is not quite one of the tallest elves, but certainly approaching that category. She has lean muscle and is very proficient at balencing, for whatever that's worth. Her skin tone is a warm olive tan, marked with freckles all across - including her face and torso. She also has superficial and numourous scars across her arms, torso and legs (one cannot train to become a dragon rider without getting into scrapes) but the only true deep scar is one just passing beside her left eye. Her bangs covers this when her hair is tyed up, but otherwise she does nothing to obscure it from view. It is as much part of her as the sparrow tattoo on the inner side of her right forearm - an image of her family's sacrid bird spreading it's little wings wide.

Sierra's tone follows the light and melodic tone of most elves, but she is suprisingly quiet in volume and rarely, if ever, raises her voice. Managing to maintain the attention of a room with her words and diction rather than the volume of her voice or tone, she is able to maintain that regal and elegant manner of speech even when her anger takes hold. She much prefers charming people with her commanding but equally soft tone, though it never crosses into gentle territory; she is very clear to show what she wants and when, and her tone is equally clear to display this so no misundertsandings can occur. Similarly she relies on her words and voice to defuse situations, rather than physical warfare (though she obviously fights when needed.)

Strengths & Weaknesses:

+ Communicating skills - Whether it's smooth talking a stranger into telling her what she needs to know or speaking to her team to try and asses what they'll do next, Sienna has a brilliant way of talking and explaining herself clearly

+ Intelligence - Sierra is incredibly matter of fact and buisness minded. If there is a goal in mind she will undoubtedly figure out a way to complete it, taking the most efficient but perfected route.

+ Mage skill - Though it is in the very early stages of flourishing, she has been able to develop her few air abilities well. In future she hopes to become a fully fledged mage.

- Lacking strength/speed - Sierra doesn't excell in any physical areas. At most she could say she's good at balancing and is quite flexible, but her physical prowess is weaker compared to fellow warriors

- Low loyalty - To form a true bond of loyalty with Sierra can seem almost impossible at times, and often takes far more time than people are willing to commit; she will sacrifice others for the greater good if necessary, including herself.

- Icy - Sierra isn't the friendliest of ladies. She would rather keep to herself for the most part but in truth this is because she'd both like to get her goals completed as soon as she can, and because she's not sure how to get people to open up to her.
