Appearance:  Stock Image. Credits To EternalOcean On This female can be considered to having an autumn colored pelt. The melody of the fall colors splashed along her pelt is quite pretty to look at. From the burnt orange colored fur intermixed with tones of darker red that reminded one of a maple tree in fall. Not to mention the rich and earthy browns surrounding her haunches and the lighter versions around her face with a mix of creamy white coloration along her underside. Along her back and spine you can see dark grey and black markings with hints of white and silver, possibly an identifier for her . This female has a nice amount of fur, and she likes to keep it well maintained with regular grooming. In the summertime her fur appears more darker when it sheds and in the wintertime it's more lighter. This female stands at a sturdy 30 inches in height and weights 100lbs and 105lbs on a good day. This female is a mixture of both power and speed - of course as there are wolves bigger than her and smaller than her she isn't the best, however she is better equipped to deal with both. She is able to move rather swiftly while being able to dish out some medium sized blows. This female bears a muscular yet leaner build , you can see the power and elegance in her walk and step when she moves. Her legs are well equipped for running just like her teeth are well equipped for hunting. This female has a very female face - one soft and slender in appearance, however don't let that fool you. She is far from gentle and soft. And the healed scars along her muzzle prove that, and not to mention the smaller ones on her back that's hidden by her thick fur. Her nose is dark black in coloration and it goes well with reddish and cream fur around her muzzle. The females eyes are a beautiful and rich dark brown - the color that keeps the jewels of the earth hidden, and they always seem to be warm and inviting and never malice in them until she is truly and honest to god riled up. This female's scent reminds you of a lovely maple forest and so does her coat and her voice can be described as a raspy one yet it has a certain rugged feminine charm to it and it matches her very well. Personality: When first meeting this female one notices her seemingly calm and gentle demeanor. This female just has a knack for getting someone to loosen up or be calm around her, it's quite a talent. Maybe it's the well polished words that let one put down their guard - after all this female can use her words to bring down someone's very carefully build up defenses. One can say that she has a inborn silver tongue within her, being able to put it for many uses. If necessary being able to be the one you go to for comfort when you've had an extremely rough day or when something has been saying on your mind - she can find the words to comfort your heart and soul. She can find the words to light a passionate fire in you, yes she can rise to the occasion and take charge and prove her merit and worth with her words along with giving you the motivation to do what you need to get done. She can also find ways to sneak her words in your ears and they stay there like little earworms. Oh, yes, while she can be kind and civil with her words she also knows how to get down dirty with them: pettiness, sarcasm, and down right being vicious and blunt with them are not off the table it's just what cards you come to her with, it's what she deals right on back to you, whether it be for good or for worse. This female is hardworking, when assigned a task she will do anything and everything in her ability to make sure that it done correctly and efficiently. Her ability as a worker is well displayed through her actions. The way she can find small ways to help those around her and those she cares dearly about. Or the way if asked to do one small tasks, she finds other unnoticed things and does them as well. She can complain about how hard some of the work is but she keeps it to herself - she knows when to and not to complain about things. Now just because she can go out on a limb for some doesn't mean she will do it all of the time or every single time as well - she knows how to say no and she's not afraid to deny a request either. It also doesn't mean she's a people pleaser or that she's a pushover for wanting to do what's necessary for others around her. If she finds she doesn't want to do something for you, she won't do it unless she's absolutely forced to do such a thing for someone. Looks can be deceiving and the same can be said for this female. Though she is mostly calm and can be gentle with others , don't be mistaken - she can have quite a vicious streak when need be. This female though polite and cordial to everyone has very few who completely hold her heart and adoration, and these people she is fiercely protective of. Her friends and family are very dear to her heart and are an example of those who she would do anything for. You must never harm them in any way, this means if you even look at them in the wrong way and they felt sad or uncomfortable she will be there to make sure it doesn't happen again. If someone even thought of harming them? Then she'll be on her own metaphorical war-path towards you, her words won't be fiery and loud or without a purpose. When she aims to be hurtful with her words , she aims to maim, destroy, kill, and shatter with them. So you can expect that she will not have anything nice to say but her words will either be spoken with the sweetest sugar, yet having a poisonous aftertaste or spoken in the iciest tone with the most lethal venom. Careful how you chose your inevitable death. This female is a rather confident and intelligent creature. This dame isn't confident to the point she's arrogant and rushes head-long into things. No, she's confident to the point she's sure of herself and her abilities, however is she humble enough to know she does need help and she can accept help. However, she doesn't like her "toes" so to speak to be stepped on when she can handle a situation, nor does she like to be underestimated for no apparent reason. That's when she can get a bit bull-headed, yes she can be stubborn at times, but a lot of the times she's right to be stubborn. She's sharp as a whip, and she knows how to use her mind to her advantage- whether it be on the battlefield, hunting grounds, or just helping with a small problem with her pack. She'll figure out a solution. With intelligence comes the need cautious and wise, she's not quick to trust others and not quick to be fooled by them either. She watches, listens, and learns - taking it all in - she doesn't make an assumption based on here say or rumors she needs cold hard facts, even is she's mad or doesn't like a person she may hold a bit of pettiness to retaliate but she doesn't do it without reason.
This female is a rather social, yet anti-social person - ambivert if you will. She's content to socialize with others and enjoy conversation. As long as said conversation is dull and boring of course . Yes, she enjoys company - rather small groups at a time . Large amounts make her nervous and it drains her social battery. While she makes time to do things and hang out with other people , she also knows how to slip away and make time for herself. The way she recharges is by having some private time to herself or taking a small nap. And be warned because she tends to not get much sleep due to pushing herself or overworking she finds her naps to be very precious and anyone who dares disturb them will face her fury. Anything thing about this female is that she is rather protective and dare say even overprotective of what is hers, whether it be a pet, an object or person. She will protect them or it with her life, and anyone who finds themselves facing her when like this will find themselves in for the beat down of a lifetime Strengths: + Her Intelligence: This female believes herself to be a quite intelligent creature. It's hard to get anything pass her, whether it be a blatant lie or a little white one. Not to mention she somehow manages to find out about many incidents whether it be little or major. + Her Trustworthiness: This female is the person you can tell your secrets to and she'll take it to the grave. She also can be trusted with confidential and important matters. She is one to never lie to you [purposefully, unless she has a good reason] and she's always the person to keep you grounded with her blunt honesty. + Her Level-Headedness: This female is one to keep her cool and can be relied on to be the calm and rational friend even under immense pressure. She can make tough calls and can also be rational and unbiased with her decisions and reasoning. She's the one you go to for an outside and unbiased opinion. + Her Modesty: Very humble this female is one to brag nor gloat about her accomplishments, knowledge, nor rank. If she was a high rank she certainly wouldn't act like it yet she'd still expect the respect she was due for it. She is one to not readily accept complements nor praise. + Her Leadership: This female would be a fine leader in whatever role she takes. She knows when and how to take charge - along with knowing how to deal with differing types of personality and having the patience to do so even if she doesn't have the best of communication skills , she'll find a way to get her point across. Weaknesses: - Savior's Complex: This female has a selective savior's complex. This is only show to those within her pack and close to her. She finds it heartbreaking when she can't do something to help someone else in need or that's hurting. Yes - if a pup or juvenile was in a horrible family situation and she couldn't help she would feel guilty. However, she knows how to mind her business and such - but it still hurts you know. - Communication Skills (partially): This female knows how to give a damn good speech of encouragement. However - in just interacting with others one on one she can be a bit awkward at times. She finds it uncomfortable to deal with someone one on one rather than a group setting which she finds much easier. However this is starting to fade away but it's still there. - Her Stubbornness: This female can be stubborn as a mule, it can be both a good and bad thing. Whenever she makes a decision she sticks to it and rarely if ever does she change her mind about anything. - Her Friends and Family: Naturally those close to her are her weaknesses. At a lazy glance, Talon almost looks like the spitting image of his father. Almost. However, upon closer inspection one can find several differences between the two that show his mother's genes clearly presenting themselves. He is darker like his father, but instead of being black, he seems to be black with dark brown mixed within it, giving him a bit of a reddish brown hue when in the light while still appearing black. The reddish brown hue is most noticeable on the top of his head, and around his neck and shoulders, whereas the rest of him appears to be more black than brown or red.
However, that isn't where the differences end. Probably most noteably at the white markings on him. First is the white blotch on his chest, followed by the very distinctive white toes on his front paws. He also has a little bit of a white tail tip, but it isn't noticed often unless someone is looking for details. The white toes, though, are what Talon is most known for and how he got his name.
Build wise it's hard to see exactly how he's going to turn out as an adult, but it's evident he will likely be a taller and lankier male. This means he falls somewhere inbetween his mother and father. He'll be tall like his father, but on the leaner side, more in line with his mother's build. Even as a pup he's quite tall, though it's hard to really tell at 6 weeks old since he looks small compared to everyone and everything except his siblings.
Talon still currently has his puppy coat, but as he ages and sheds into his adult fur, he will have a coat that is closer to medium length [but still shorter than true medium] and isn't as thick or dense as his mothers, but still providing him protection and warmth. His fur is a bit softer than his mother's, likely attributed to it's slightly thinner texture, and he won't be quite as fluffy as she is.
He has darker eyes right now, not having fully lost their blueness, however, even when he ages they'll transition into a darker amber color, appearing more brown than golden.
Personality: Talon is still, in every sense, a puppy. He's playful and rambunctious, always trying to make a game out of things to keep himself entertained. He's easily amused and entertained, not at all an overly serious wolf like his father, nor his mother really. He's a little rascal, but doesn't seem to be one who's going to come out as a bully or a malicious wolf, just a rough and tumble one. One trait he did inherit from his mother is, or two really, are his observance and his curiosity towards pretty much everything. It's probably his curiosity that allows him to be so observant because he just wants to learn and know everything. Now, Talon is not the smartest wolf, not just because he's a puppy, but also because he's going to be of average intelligence once grown. He didn't inherit either of his parents wits, but thats okay, he has other endearing qualities.
For example, the little pup is quite bold and brave, seemingly courageous and never afraid to be the first one to try new things. He'd be a pretty good leader, or high rank, because he won't hesitate to encourage or help his siblings out if they're feeling a bit shy or hesitant, or if they're just struggling in general. He's actually a bit of a protective brother, and is absolutely the type to uselessly throw himself in the way in an attempt to save or spare his littermates. Unfortunately, this brave and rambunctious personality can and will have a habit of getting him into a bit of trouble. He doesn't intentionally do it, he's a good pup and would never purposely put others in danger, but he can be reckless. He has none of the caution that his mother tries to instill in him, instead preferring to run head first into everything. Sometimes literally. He's got a hard head.
Even so, though, Tal is an affectionate and sweet pup. He isn't mean or judgemental, and he won't shy away from a cuddle or snuggle just to spare his pride. As he ages that might change, puberty and testosterone you know, but he'll never be cocky. Perhaps a bit prideful, but not cocky or arrogant. He's a free, happy, and playful put who can be a bit free spirited in the sense that he would absolutely love to go where ever the wind takes him. However, he's also the type to be grounded as well, happy and willing to stay to lend a paw and help the pack if it's needed. The type to look up to and adore his parents, but also know himself and be comfortable enough to just be himself.
Of course, he's still just a pup though.

Sparrow - His Mother
Talon is, to put it simply, the closest one can get to being a mama's boy without being an actual mama's boy. He adores his mother, and loves her dearly. Their shared curiosity helps him to bond with her, and he loves spending time with her and learning from her. He hates disappointing her, though not nearly as much as he does his dad, and loves to reserve her praise. He's affectionate with his mother, always the type to make a fuss about grooming or cuddles, but secretly loving it. He deeply wants to make his mother proud, both parents really, and hopes to always be someone his mother can talk about proudly. He's a bit protective of her too, something that will likely grow as he ages and eventually becomes an adult. No matter what, though, he takes great comfort in his mother, and when he needs support, comfort, soothing, or anything, she's his go to.
Oleander - His Father
There is probably no one that Talon looks up to more than his father, not even his mother who he loves dearly. While he might be more like a mama's boy, he loves to get his father's approval even if the two aren't very similar [he is a pup afterall]. However, the one thing he fears the most and has the hardest time with is disappointing his father or gainging his disapproval. With his mother, it bothers him, but he knows she's to soft on them all to really mind. Whereas he can't help but feel like their father, as much as he loves them, is more critical of them. But perhaps thats just how fathers appear to their young? Still, Talon adores and loves his father deeply and desires nothing more than to make him proud.
Onyx - His Sister
Of his sisters, Onyx is one who Talon doesn't quite know how to bond with, but desires to do so. She is a much more serious pup, something he doesn't full grasp, nor is he likely to while he is. Still, he adores his sister, even if they don't always see eye to eye, and still respects her for being herself. He's definitely the type to always try and be there to back up Onyx when she needs, even if she doesn't need or want it, and only desires to help her live out whatever goals she intends on. It's likely the two will grow closer and more bonded as time goes on, Talon is just far more focused on play and adventures than anything else, so it's likely their bond will increase as they reach adolescence and adulthood. There's a high probability it won't be like anything he shares with Sorrel, but he loves his sister nonetheless and there isn't anything that would change that.
Sorrel - His Sister
This is the pup, the sibling of his, that he would consider his best friend. There is no doubt that Sorrel is the sibling he is closest with and shares the deepest bond with. Does he love and adore his other sisters? Of course, but Sorrel is the sister. It's highly likely this bond with extended into adulthood, making her someone he couldn't picture his life without. She's the one he plays with the most, and likely the hardest, and will follow into almost anything. They balance each other out in a way that makes the two almost twin like, if you ignore the fact that they're polar opposites in appearance. Still, if Sorrel is doing something, or he is, it's highly likely the other isn't far behind. The two seem almost inseparable, though Talon understands when Sorrel might want to be alone, and he's happy to oblige when she does. Otherwise? Always together. Adventure time? Together. Cuddle time? Together, even if they're with a parent. Practicing their Skills? Together. There is nothing he wouldn't do for his sister, and while he understands she's a bit independent, and protective herself, he will always be there to protect and defend her even if she doesn't want it. Which she probably wont.
Raven - His Sister
This is one of the other siblings that Talon shares a close bond with. He enjoys Raven's easy to get along with personality and her playful nature. She is just as good as a play buddy as Sorrel is, and will happy spend time with her just as much. He understands her reservations about things, and won't ever push her into things she's not comfortable or approving of, though he will always try to encourage her out of her shell. Like Sorrel, Talon is quite protective of her, maybe even more so since she doesn't have the same personality as Sorrel. As they age, this protectiveness will likely continue, possibly even grow, as Talon only wants what's best for his little sisters.

Name: Onyx; Named For Her Shiny Black Coat

Appearance: Stock Image. Credits to EternalOcean On DA This young pup sports a coat that matches her sire in complexion. It being the same inky black color as his. However for some reason when in the sun it has a sort of sheen to it that makes it appear even more beautiful. And at the top of her head one can see a bit of darker red fur intermixed with the black under the light. It's also noted she has rather pretty eyes them being a sorta light yellow with a blueish-green mix when you first look at them but when you look closer you can see a small creep of amber within them. One can not tell how she will grow up to be in size currently but it is well speculated that she'll be a taller and well balanced wolf, possibly leaning on the medium side rather than large, just the perfect in between. Personality: The first thing one notices about this young creature is her steel glare. It's something she has quite mastered even for her young age. This female is known for her crabby and rather apathetic behavior. While this young creature can definetly be mannerable and show someone respect, it's just a matter of who exactly it is. This young creature doesn't like to be told what to do by any adult she doesn't like especially one that aren't her parents or related to her. If someone tried to tell her what to do she'd give them a small snarl and say, "You're not my parents or a relative, so you have no authority to tell me what to do." She's stubborn in this way, only those that are her family and friends of said family have the capacity to even remotely tell her what to do. She also can be described as a old soul in a young body, if not from her constant look of disgust when pups are playing idiotic and mindless games - you'll hear her say, "Hmph, I am above playing with a stick. You'd never catch me doing something so idiotic and unproductive." Yes, if you couldn't tell this young thing is quite a precocious little thing, one who is very intelligent for her age. This young creature would rather be watching wolves hunt or spar rather than playing games of tag, chasing one's tail, or gnawing on a stick. You will find her watch and observing others - soaking in knowledge of techniques and listening to the adults very closely. This creature doesn't like to be coddled or being treated like a child - even though she is one, she's mature and she's one to prove that she is. This female is quite odd when it comes to social interactions. She doesn't like hanging out with other pups - she'd rather be with her own siblings after all they are her first priority. Her family comes before anyone else - she choses them above anyone. This little creature is quite frosty and supsicous when stranger pups come asking her to play - she'll cut her eyes at you and tell you to go away. However, if one is persistantly trying to know her she will eventually give in and go with them, but she won't play no dumb games. She won't chew on a stick but she will wrestle with you afterall that strengthens her body, she won't chase her tail but she will play hide and seek because it sharpens her tracking skills. Yes, she wants games that work her brain. If one doesn't just persist in befriending her then they may try a differant approach, you may find her on her little "perch" or high spot doing "survellience" on the pack. Yes, if you come and sit next to her and silently observe the pack with her then maybe she'll acknowledge you, possibly - she'll give you the latest gossip or gossip with you. This female is quite protective of her friends. If her friend has a new friend then she wants to know who they are, where they come from, and why are they friends with her friend. Yes, she is a little jealous creature when she's not getting a lot of attention from friends. It can come out as a form of slight pouting, more grumpiness, or just plain saying she doesn't like it. This creature also isn't above boldly telling off an adult if they are messing with her friends. She will bite at the ankles of an adult with her sharp as hell fangs "defending" her friend. Good friends to her are like family. Speaking of family, that's another way to earn her friendship. If her family adores you then she'll tolerate you and possibly become attatched to you, however the moment you say something bad or mean about her family she will throw you aside. Another thing is, if you're her blood kin she automatically adores you even if she doesn't show it. She'll have her favorite sibling or favorite cousin and her favorite aunt and uncle if she has any, this also include those she views as play relatives. This female will always be found trailing her father as she's a daddy's girl, if she's not trailing him then she's bombarding him with questions or just laying on him. She adores her father, but she also does love her mother and siblings if she has any. Be warned: she may be the youngest, oldest, or middle sibling but she will defend them with all she's got. This little pup holds a certain, confidence within herself. It's shown in the way she holds herself: the power in her little steps, her communication skills, and the way she behaves. This young pup walks with her head held high and her tail in a graceful arc, she doesn't have slouchy posture, nor does she want to have it. This may give this little pup the air of being a snobbish creature, however - she's far from it, from time to time she will get of her little "high horse" and do the games she deems mindless. These are rare and few at times and she'll deny it with a swiftness, but secretly she'll enjoy it. This pup like any kid has curiosity and she enjoys exploring as well, but she's not one to boldly wander off by herself, unless a friend has convinced her it's okay or to join them, only then will she wander. Afterall, she doesn't want to end up bear food. While she's also blunt, she's the friend that can keep others out of trouble and knock some sense to them. All in all, she's just a precocious and complex creature - she's not everyone's cup of tea and she doesn't give a damn if she isn't. Crush: Nope

4 years Gender:Male Pack:None Desired Rank:Regular pack member Appearance:Height-wise, this male isn't the tallest wolf one would find, but he is of a decent height. Coming in at good 32 inches tall at the shoulders, he stands just a bit higher than the average wolf. And currently weighing about 120 lbs, give or take a little depending on how well he's been eating lately. In terms of build, it is apparent that Summer is not a male who has a more broad frame. Indeed, his figure is of the tall and slender type. While some wolves lean on the stronger end of the spectrum, veritable powerhouses most of them are or could be; some are more balanced in physical ability, able to keep pace with the faster wolves and capable of matching a stronger wolf in combat, but not truly leaning to either side; and there are some canines that are built almost entirely for speed and agility, and are typically smaller or average sized wolves, but it is not unheard to find a larger wolf belonging to this catagory; and out of the three, this male fits neatly into the last one. And his capablity of great endurance combined with his speed means that if he needs to run you down, then he will; and most often than not, he will catch you. Taking a closer look at his build, you can see the toned musculature of this wolf. Almost lithe in a manner, Summer is not a powerhouse like some, nor without any strength behind his blows, he is strong in a more lean way. And you can see the points of strength in his structure. His long legs are connected to powerful hindquarters, capable of carrying him in a lope for miles on end, or to launch him into a headlong sprint in escape or in pursuit of his chosen prey. His large paws and claws that give him added traction, especially over rougher terrain. There is a certain...elegance to him as well as athletic strength; the narrower hips and shoulders, a slender muzzle that comes to a more defined point, and just something about how he holds himself. Moving onto his pelt, Summer has a rather handsome and unique coat. With many wolves being differing shades of gray and tan and black and white, you don't come across a gold wolf too often. The warm yellow was apparent even from a very young age, leading to his name, and he definitely stands out from the crowd. His base coat is a lovely shade of pale gold, with a deeper tone painting his muzzle and creating a subtle mask on the lower part of his face, the marking only more easily seen by the lighter beige framing either side of his snout, and a barely visible dusting of it around the bottom of his eyes. With his underbelly and lower sides being that lighter hue of beige, the same that is frames his muzzle. There is a hue that is almost copper shading the the fur behind his ears. His markings are almost the typical black-gray, but seem to almost be a tad bit lighter, more of a charcoal color; his back is a blanket of this dark gray, with patches of the base coat peeking through like the earth being exposed in patches by the melting snow. This creates a more mottled effect. A noticable deviation of the gray is the large piece of pale gold, a roughly circular shape, that also connects to the lighter part of him in the head and face. This piece of the base coat is shot through with barely there wisps of the charcoal gray of his back. Of course, this dark gray is present on his forehead, creating the typical 'wing' or 'mask' that many wolves carry, the gray on his head looks as if it were a shade lighter than the darker one, but instead that is just the appearance it gives, as it is more sparce, less fur dedicated to the facial marking, it is truly the same charcoal shade that is present elsewhere on him. Summer's eyes are almost the color of his base coat, a pale yellow or gold shade. Perhaps the only reason why his eyes do not blend directly into his fur is because of the darker markings on his face make the color of his gaze seem lighter, albeit very close to his fur. The color and effect of these eyes look quite nice in combination with his golden pelage, and the fact that they are close in shade to his coat doesn't dissuade that, perhaps that is the reason why they look good on him. words  (Credits to EternalOcean on Deviantart)Personality:Words Perhaps the name 'Fox' would have been a more fitting name for this wolf. For he is an intelligent creature, and full of cunning, much like the smaller breed of canine. Calculating. He is no fool, while he may have been alone for a long time, it has only sharpened this side of him. Because to work on his own like this, to be able to hunt prey and catch it, he's had to learn how to trick them; how to avoid the teeth and claws of other lone wolves in combat; and to learn how to turn another hostile wolf off of an attack when wounded or in a condition that was bad enough without having to add torn flesh into the mix. Of course, his attempts to hunt do not always go as planned, even with a pack, prey still escapes, much less with a lone wolf; he may still end up in combat even if he tries to avoid it, one wrong or irritated move or word may spark the aggression back into the situation; and he will still get injured in a fight. He is young after all, and hurts are something not even the most experienced wolf can avoid sometimes, failures and faults and injuries are all part of life, present in all no matter the age and experience of the individual.
As with many things, his shrewdness is something that could be used for good intentions, or for...less than good intentions. The flipside to this calculating side which can easily be used to manipulate others in a less than desired way; if that if he is truly loyal to a pack, then he could have good potiental as diplomat of sorts. After all, there are times where fighting will not solve anything, and there would have to be some sort of negotiation, unless the leaders want a fight. But he could prove useful in that regard, after all, a calculating personality is often best for delicate or tricky situations such as that. Although it is up to Summer how to use himself, and he very well may choose a different path to take.
He is naturally, a more cautious wolf. He cannot afford to be too bold and reckless on his own with no backup, no pack to rush in to defend if he majorly screws up; no trusted ones to protect and take care of him if he is injured too badly. So it is typical for him to try and not insert himself into something which can range to a fight that could break out among two lone wolves, or a hunt in which his prey is dangerously close to a larger creature. He will not rush into a situation, and will instead figure out what he should do. Of course, if there's an opening and fits in with what he's trying to do or having to act then he will take it. And this caution is not just applied to circumstances, he is quite guarded with other wolves. Sure, he can and will present a mask, a façade to others and stick with his chosen act; but as himself, he is reserved around those he doesn't know. For him to open up, and let himself be himself, to let his guard down, he has to geninunely trust and like those around him; and he is not one to easily trust either. It takes a while for him to warm up to others, and since he is aware there are other wolves out there like him, cunning and calculating and the possibility of being manipulative, he is careful of who he truly trusts.
When he does let his guard down, the most noticable difference is that he is actually relaxed. Not to say that he is tense, per say, just, something about how he holds himself, when he's truly relaxed, there is some stiffness or tenseness that seems to melt right off and it makes him seem more...friendly or open in a way. He's more prone to being in a more vulnerable position, such as resting on his side completely, all sprawled out, or half-rolling onto his back when stretching or sleeping; it's something that really marks his trust, if he puts himself into vulnerable positions such as those without even paying any thought to it, because those moves are not calculated, but truly done without thinking of the possibility of being attacked while like that. He's not the type that when he trusts you, to be completely different personality-wise. He is much more compassionate though, when he grows to like you, and that perhaps may be one of the only major differences between his attitude with a friend opposed to a stranger.
In terms of those he doesn't know, Summer is apathetic. He doesn't really care about them, to put it plainly; he is not the type to have too much compassion for strangers or those he is planning something for. He can't bring himself to truly care in the way that more compassionate indiviuals will, oh sure, it can certainly change if he grows to like whoever it is; but the starting point is apathy. It's just who he is, those who are not those he cares for, could go and get themself killed because of a stupid decision and he would barely take notice. Again, he typically doesn't care. There may have been a time or two where he has felt sympathy for someone he did know, and perhaps even helped them out those few times, but it isn't often that that side of him is invoked. It is not often that he will stick his neck out for a stranger, for someone he doesn't know and doesn't trust or like; and then he's most likely gone the moment he lends aid.
He is one of those types that would be a valuable ally, and a horrible enemy. As a type that could and would manipulate others, he could seep poison into your head until it is like he can control you and your choices, he isn't the wisest choice if you were going to make an enemy. Not someone like him, cunning and cold, he would definitely hurt you in the worst ways he could think of if you hurt those he cares about. As an ally and packmate, he is loyal and surprisingly trustworthy, considering his more deceptive nature, and can be counted on to defend his pack and home viciously. As an enemy, well, he'll make you wish that you didn't ever cross him and his pack. Vicious in a fight, and even more ruthless in defense, he has no qualms about killing his opponent in a fight; even respect will not prevent him from tearing an enemy to shreds if he can.
There is a certain amount of confidence in this younger male, not arrogance, but rather a more quiet confidence born of his knowledge that he can take care of himself. He can usually hold his own in a fight, he can hunt fairly well for a loner, and he can be quite cunning; so he's not helpless. He probably would have succumbed to the elements or another wolf or predator by now if he hadn't been able to learn how to be on his own like this. While wary, he does have a confidence in himself and his abilities.

Appearance:
A tall and lanky pup, it seems as though her mother's genes had won in terms of coat colour. An overall red hue is seen, however, that will fade the older she becomes. For the most part, tan and red strands of fur make up her pelage, with streaks of white and browns specifically upon her foreface, cheeks, and tail. Upon her withers and flank, additional white is seen, and while not as bold, still exists. While known to have a lighter pelt, it is clear that she is a mixture of her parents. Pelage-wise, it is her mother she looks like, but structure-wise, it seems as if her father won. As of now, there is evidence of her father's physical structure espied in her current body. For one, her muzzle seems wider, and it is expected that she will grow into one similar to that of her father's. There is also the case of her legs, which appear long and slender when viewing the dorsal end, perhaps indicating that she will earn a mixture of her mother and father's height. When she ages, she is expected to be tall, but lithe. Her eyes are beginning to transition, however, it seems as if they are predominately still blue. If one were to look closely, they may note that they are slowly transitioning into neither her mother or father's eyes. Rather, her iris set to become a green, perhaps inherited from a grandparent or ancestor. She cares little for her current appearance, but given the way she struts, it is clear that she is attempting to mimic her father's powerful gait in some manner. As for her voice, for now, it is loud and pitchy, but when she gets older, that voice will transition into that of a lower and raspier one.
Personality:
Wild, stubborn, and a bit of a tomboy, Sorrel is by no means a sweet little thing. The first thing one may notice about her is her feisty attitude. She is always pushing to get her way and in a sense, is already ambitious. Loud and vocal beyond belief, it is clear that when she ages, she will be full of ideas and opinions. Earning the wits and intelligence of her parents does come with its downfall, for the moment Sorrel sees anything of interest, all her poor family will be hearing for the next hour is questions. Oh, how she's full of questions. "Why does that do that? What's the reason? Why can't we do that? Why is that blue instead of red?" On and on she goes, the curiosity never ending. Of course, it's simply a trait of being a pup, is it not? Despite that, Sorrel often takes it up a notch. She always takes it up a notch. She is the perfect epitome of a wild child. A headstrong and rebellious thing, Sorrel is known to be brave and mean. She refuses to be walked over or dictated, and is often seen doing her own thing. However, she does not act better than others, that is for certain. Yes, she is feisty and mean, but not without reason. For instance, she will not be cruel to those that are not cruel to her. Family means more to her than anything, and despite her spirited persona, you would never see her turn her back on them. Even if she does not wish to participate in a game, she will do so to make her siblings happy. If they ask her for a favour, she may bicker and grunt, but she would do it. It was the way she was taught, as she understands the meaning behind loyalty and the importance of it. Sorrel isn't one to learn knowledge by sitting and watching. She learns best by making mistakes and trying different things out for herself. It is easier for her to obtain knowledge in that manner. Rather than watching a pair of individuals spar, she will ask to be taught a certain move. If told that hunting a certain way will not be successful, she will attempt to do it in the same way to figure out why it isn't successful. There's a difference between being told something versus trying it yourself. For Sorrel, she simply retains knowledge better if she experiences something firsthand. She herself is observant, that much is clear, but again, she does not sit and watch. Sorrel seems to know things simply by being aware of her surroundings and senses, allowing her to multitask and pick up on things more easily. While she isn't one to follow the rules, Sorrel isn't stupid. She knows what is considered dangerous and what isn't. She knows when to not take things too far and understands the basics of how there is a time and a place. She is still learning, but grasps the basic concepts thus far. When it comes to socializing, Sorrel is an extroverted thing. Always wanted to meet individuals, she does not shy away from conversations. She prefers the company of whoever wants hers, but will not hesitate to approach another herself. The pup may appear scary or intimidating at first, especially to other pups, again, she will not be cruel without reason. However, because she is so bold and opinionated, if she sees another individual being discriminated against, she will do her best to fix it. Often, that results in her attacking the perpetrator, both verbally and physically. Sorrel is not a jealous or envious creature by a longrun, even if she seems like she would be. Rather, she has an uncaring attitude about things. Somebody gets more attention than her? So be it, she doesn't mind. Her friends ditched her for another? She'll catch up with them later. The pup seems to always look on the brighter side of things, and while not optimistic, is certainly not a pessimist. Overall, Sorrel is a feisty individual with an intimidating presence (think older brother, only she's a female and most likely not older). She is ever so protective of those she cares about, and while understands that they can handle themselves, often appears regardless. After all, strength comes in numbers. Whether all that is needed of her is her presence, Sorrel will show up, and if it is needed of her to chase another off, she will. She doesn't mind getting dirty or roughhousing, often returning to her parents covered in dirt and debris. While her ultimate goal is to learn how to survive, that does not mean she doesn't have room to play. Everybody needs a good balance between the two, do they not? Regardless, one may see Sorrel entertain the idea of a game, even when she is elderly and withering away.

Sparrow - Her Mother ~ Sorrel adores her parents equally, but seeks them out for different things. Typically, the father is sought out for physical advice, but instead, Sorrel goes to her mother. How does one know where to aim when fighting? How does one achieve the fastest speed? It is her mother she ventures to for this advice. It is her mother she listens to most when speaking of these topics. Sorrel admires her like most pups do their mothers, and wishes to make her proud. If there is ever a time that she wishes to go somewhere, it is her mother she will pester to come with her. There is nothing Sorrel would not do for her, and like her other siblings, is protective of her. One should not be surprised if Sorrel dives before her in the face of danger, stupid as it may be. Oleander - Her Father ~ Sorrel loves her father and rather than seeking him for physical advice, seeks him for wisdom. Unlike some of her other siblings, she does not fear her father nor see him as more strict, though that may be because of her nonchalant attitude. When she has questions to do with survival or needs overall advice, she seeks him out and values his opinion. If he ever wishes to converse, Sorrel jumps at the thought, for she enjoys hearing what he has to say. Often, she will ask her father to walk with her so that she may point at things and ask him questions, for she admires his opinions. She enjoys his overall presence, even if all they do is sit side by side in silence. Sometimes, Sorrel enjoys taking him by surprise, sometimes hiding in bushes and jumping out to scare him. Talon - Her Brother ~ She loves Talon more than anyone, perhaps even more than her parents. He is her favourite brother (funny, considering he's her only one). When Talon is near, Sorrel is never far behind. It is he whom she pesters the most, often seeking him out to do just about anything with her. They balance one another out, something that Sorrel appreciates greatly. If she craves adventure, she goes to him first. If she wishes to spar, she goes to him first. If she simply craves company, Sorrel goes to Talon. She would do anything for Talon. Granted, she would do anything for any of her siblings, but the bond she shared with her brother is different. Sometimes, when Sorrel finds out something interesting, she goes to Talon first to share the knowledge. She respects his opinions and if he isn't in the mood to do something, respects that as well. If he ever needs help, Sorrel is the first to be by his side. Onyx - Her Sister ~ Sorrel admires her sister, for they share similarities to one another. Sorrel may frown upon her sister's attitude regarding certain things. For instance, she will dislike how she acts too mature for certain activities, but overall, it doesn't put much of a damper on their relationship. Sorrel loves Onyx and will often go to her, inviting her to embark on an adventure or play, but will respect her wishes if she refuses and will not pry. Sometimes, if Sorrel is craving calmer company, she seeks Onyx out. The two may not have as much as a strong bond, but that is likely to change over time. Raven - Her Sister ~ Sorrel loves her sister, Raven. She knows that she may annoy her at times, but loves her nonetheless. What type of sibling would she be if she didn't annoy her siblings ever so often? If Raven seeks her out to play, Sorrel is never one to refuse and often challenges her. Like Onyx, she will seek Raven out to accompany her on a walk or outing, but will not pester her further if she refuses. |

Hawk stands at arppoximately 32 inches at the shoulder and weighs around 140 pounds. This places him on the heftier and bulkier side of the spectrum in terms of build. The wolf has a pelt that consists of many shades such as cream, light tan, grey, black, and a soft light amber color. Most of the fur that runs along his stomach, inner legs, and top of the head are a light cream. His long and pointed muzzle is a stark white, often a bit tinged with red blood from a recent meal. At the end of his muzzle is his black nose, matching the dark markings that line his eyes. A soft amber color runs down the very top of his muzzle and reappears near the backs of his ears and sides of his cranium. The same shade also highlights his grey chest and most of his tail and sides of the ribs. Along most of his back, grey marbled fur grows, as well as black which speckles across it. A few highlights of cream also speckle his back. The very end of his plumey tail is a smokey grey. Hawk's pelt is not very long, which shows off his lean but muscular physique more accurately. His eyes are a dark chocolate color in direct light, but otherwise look kohl black. He has no visible scars, but a few nicks and scratches litter his pelt. Nothing major.
___ Personality
Hawk is sly, cunning, selfish, and unpredictable. His mix of traits are what label him as particularly dangerous. Almost like a ticking time bomb. The male is driven only by his own desires and needs. He comes first in every single scenario. The world evolves around him, in fact. This doesn't necessarily mean he likes attention, though. The wolf may actually prefer to be sitting quietly in the background, at least before he makes his move. He prefers to observe from the outside so he can make calculations and plans. While he may be impulsive sometimes, he usually is able to delay gratification in order for greater reward later. Thus, he is able to wait patiently for the right time to strike. Just because he isn't actively snarling or making threats, don't assume he isn't busy plotting.
Void of morals, he seems like he lacks compassion for anyone. Hawk would easily take food from a helpless pup. He wouldn't hesitate to push someone into harms way if that meant he survived. No one to him is more important than himself. Egotistical and full of narcissism, he thinks he is above everyone else. He lacks honor and honesty, finding no issue with playing dirty or bending - no, snapping - the rules. Rebellious and independent, he does not care about authority. But that doesn't mean he is dumb. He knows how the pack works, so he doesn't step out of line unless it furthers his agenda. He won't openly go against the rules and risk punishment, instead he would rather do it right under their noses. And framing someone else for it just makes it sweeter. Manipulative and aloof, he doesn't get along well with anyone. He doesn't keep it a secret that he basically dislikes everyone. Hawk will often do the bare minimum if he must socialize with others. He talks with few words, and he is quite blunt about it, too. He is mostly alone, anyway. And while he lacks any real friends, he probably does it to himself. Cold and harsh, he pushes everyone away before they even get a chance to know his rude and snappish self. Besides, who would want to be around someone like him? It makes it so much easier to already be hated than to long and fight for someone's adoration or respect. If there was nothing there to begin with, then he loses nothing. That is how his mind works. Thus, he is deeply afraid of losing. Not in a game or competition way, but in an emotional sort of way. Abandoned as a pup, he lacked any kind of parental figure. Hawk grew up with a skewed sense of what good parenting and role modeling was. Because he lost his only connections, it made him quite bitter, and terrified of losing anything else. He hated how helpless he felt, how low and unwanted he was. He vowed to never be that again. Even if it meant never being accepted. Strengths:
