40/100 I like how nicely the colors blend together, but I just don't like the design in itself, and not a huge fan of the smiley face on the hind, or the top hat looking thing. The other thing I dislike is the messy ness of the design and the smoke looking stuff |

Love the smokey tail and the wings! :D It's not the most unique, unseen/groundbreaking OC, but some concepts are more common for a reason, and that's because they're cool. 85/100
