Though he is mostly pale blue in color, ISE's appearance holds the colors of the world. Shades of blue stripe across his body, with a more turquoise colored arrow streaking down his back and to his tail. A green refresh arrow curls around his left hindquarter, and another green arrow wraps around his left foreleg. A fin like mark exists around his eye, bordered with red. A blue oval is planted on his forehead. His muzzle remains a dodger blue.

As he is merely a collection of nodes, ISE is impossible to touch or feel. Because of this, he can go through both objects and living creatures. Instead of experiencing any contact with him, the creature may instead feel a mild tingling or an electrocution from where ISE passed through, depending on the amount of voltage he is currently processing.

Persona:

ISE is indifferent to most everything. Whether its a celebration, a murder scene, or a conversation, his expression is stoic. He can be considered Artificial Intelligence, however, as he can produce sounds similar to words. Likewise, with this ability, he is able to transmit messages to any species he interacts with.
