Em was biting the stick down by the time Clay came back. " Took..you.. l-long.. enough, Clay" she said though her labor pains. Dove leaned against Jonah as the three of them patiently waited by the tree, hoping to get news on how Em was doing ( one could have an extra spine and then the other one could be pitch black). Two hours past and dove had had enough waiting " I cant take this any more... I have to go see her" she said lifting her head and stood up " You know they will need privacy, Dove... dont just run inside" Star said looking at her sister " please?" " Fine but I want to be there when they come" she said before walking towards the den where her mother, Mikael, and Clay where |

(Sounds good for the defects Evil) Mikael was surprised by Dove and Star entering the den. "Why are you two..." He started, before looking at Em before turning them once again. "Fine. Just.. don't get in the way, understood?" He turned back to Em, who was still in pain as Clay continued to treat her. "Don't worry Em, the pups are almost here; just a few more minutes, okay?" He said, nuzzling her and getting her another stick in case he snapped the first one. |

Dove and Star sat at the den opening and just talked. Em on the other aw had broken the fist stick and held the second, and hopfully, the last stick in her jaws as she bit down hard. Her eyes too focus on her she didnt even see her own daughters at the enterance. One more hour passed and em was getting more and more tired " I cant do this, Clay... it hurts to much" she said now eyes on Mikael " stay right here for me..." But then 1 more hour then passed and Em had two pups beside her. She licked both of them and smiled at Mikael " your two sons, my dear" |

Mikael was overjoyed when the pups finally came, strong and healthy. "They're so beautiful." He softly said as he licked them before licking Em. "You did great." He whispered to her before looking up at Star and Dove. "Star, Dove... you're both big sisters." He said, before tending to the newborn sons. "What should we name the two boys?" He asked Em, before his eyes fell on the two sons, knowing that they would have to give one of them to Daria and Hunter. |

Dove and star walked into the den, slowly. " Mother... they are so cute" Star said looking at them Em was licking the little twins before looking up at Mikael " How do the names Shade and Caden, sound?" The newborns where whining and trying to get away from Em. but she held them in her paws. and cleaning them. |

Mikael looked at Em before looking at the wiggling pups. "Those sound like great names Em." He said, before helping Em clean the newborns. He looked up at Star and Dove before turning back to Em. "They're beautiful, just like their mother." He said before lying down beside her, nuzzling her and congratulating her. After a quick check, Clay nodded and left Mikael and Em alone and headed back to Daria and Hunter to check up on them. Daria's pup was sound asleep, his belly filled. Daria was also feeling drowsy, with the labor having taken a lot out of her. "How's the pup?" He asked them. "Strong. He nursed for a little bit before going to sleep. I think Sonoma will be okay." Daria said before looking up at Hunter, who merely nodded. "Great. I'll head back to my den. Call me if you need me." With that, Clay retired to his den and rested, the adrenaline finally wearing off. |

Em juat layed there on her side letting her sons nurse before drifting off to sleep. Dove sighed " I think I better leave so she can get her rest, Dad..." she said looking up at her father before turning around, her sister on her tail. " Plus..Jonah might need company" she chuckled The sisters walked out of the den and back into the open air, walking towards Jonah. Who was still waiting for them. Dove reached him first and nuzzled him before sitting beside him " Both are nive and helth little ones." But when her daughters left, she lifted her head and looked at Mikael " Which one is it you want to keep, love? You know the rule. One stays with us, while the other is given away" she spoke like her heart was breaking at giving her child away, but she knew it had to be done. |

Jonah grinned at the good news. "I'm glad to hear that they're okay Dove." He said, and was about to nuzzle her in return, but he noticed Star staring at him and he refrained from doing so. "So Dove, you're a big sister now, do you feel any different?" He asked her, slightly chuckling at the good news. Mikael looked at Em somberly before looking down at the two nursing pups. "I... I don't know. I don't want to give away either of them." A tear ran down Mikael's face, but he wiped it away with a paw before looking at his mate and nuzzling her. He looked at the two pups, one of them was all black, while the other one did look like Em, with the execption of the white leopard spots and obsidan markings from his father. "Maybe... maybe..." A few more tears ran down Mikael's face and he had to look away from his two sons. "I'm sorry Em, but I can't choose. I love them both too much to just give one of them away." He said, putting his head in his paws as he watched his two newborn sons continue to nurse. "I don't know which one Em..." |

Dove nuzzled him anyways, her eyes on him " I feel honored to be a big sister now, Jonah. Never had a brother before. " she said now looking a her older sister " I think you have better things to do, Star than hearing me talk to Jonah" she chuckled. Em sighed I will make a descition later on tonight, Mikael" ( I might shoose the pitch black one to give to Daria and Hunter) The defect pup named Caden moved away and snuggled by Ems muzzle and whining. |

Jonah nuzzled her back and smiled at her. "I'm glad you're a big sister now Dove." He eyed Star but ignored her. "Well Dove, I'm glad that your mother is okay, but if you excuse me, I need to sleep." Jonah yawned before nuzzling her one more time and walking away, finding a place before wrapping himself up and falling asleep. Mikael looked at Em before looking at Caden as he snuggled by Em's muzzle, before cuddling up next to Em and began nuzzling Caden. "Okay... hopefully Hunter and Daria can wait for a bit of time before we make the decision." He stopped to begin nuzzling Shade, who wrapped himself around Mikael's snout. He smiled warmly as he looked up at Em. I don't want to give either of them... but we have to since we agreed on it. |
