"I have no clue how we're going to make traps or anything to hunt animals. I assume it's easy to skin and cook them and the harder part is killing them." Finn said, expressing his concern to Jinx. "We'll figure it out, or we'll just have to move around a lot to steal from stores and stuff." Jinx replied, "I know you don't like stealing but if we can't figure out the hunting situation you know we'll have to resort to that." Jinx added. Finn was hesitant to answer. He knew she was right, but he was determined to figure out how to hunt. "Maybe if we go back into town we could steal a fishing road, it would be hard but I mean it helps a lot. Fish are easy to gut and cook, I at least have experience doing that." Finn suggested. "Ugh it would be hard though since fishing rods are big, we'd get noticed so we'd have to run real fast." Finn then added. He had some money left, but he didn't know if it was enough for a fishing rod. Jinx had no money since they had spent it all on food and other important things in the first month. Finn carefully grabbed the hot pot of food, almost dropping it since it was hot. He quickly set it down so that it could cool off. "We have enough food to figure stuff out." Finn reassured, grabbing two spoons and handing one to Jinx. He got a spoonful of food and blew on it before eating it.

After shedding his clothes and tossing them into the laundry basket, Raihn moved over to the shower and stretched his hand out, placing his palm beneath the raining water. With the water at the temperature he liked, he moved to step into the shower and tilted his head up and into the falling water. Refreshing, relaxing, rejuvenating. It was almost like the warmth and comfort of the shower, the relaxing heat of the water running down his back was enough to wash away the stress and tension that had still been gripping onto him and tightening his shoulders. For a second, he didn't think about what he'd seen, or about trying to ignore it while spewing random facts and bits of information in an effort to think on something else.

As she neared the building, Aleria's hastened and excited footsteps slowed before stopping altogether. There was the muffled sound of conversation and the scent of food. A clear sign that someone else was already here, inside, and claiming this place as their own. "Damn it." She muttered under her breath, and for a brief moment, she considered leaving, heading back the way she'd come into the city. As swiftly as that thought had arrived, she shoved it aside with a shake of her head. Not happening. There was no way she could go back, not with those men after her. She'd already spent two weeks in the slums of that city and had no doubt that the people looking for her would find her if she went back, maybe not right away, but they would. Throwing a glance over her shoulder and toward the tracks she frowned before shaking her head and looking back at the abandoned building, or well what should have been an abandoned building. If going back wasn't an option then pressing forward was a necessity, which meant that she needed food and from the smell, whoever was in there sure as hell had some.

Swallowing back her hunger, Aleria stepped around the warehouse looking for a way to get in that wasn't the front doors. It took her a moment in the fading light to spot the singular door on the side of the building. A pleased smile pulled at her lips and she headed towards it, being ever mindful of her steps and doing her best not to be loud or draw attention. Reaching the door, Aleria paused, but only for a moment before she reached for it and slowly pulled it open. It groaned, its hinges creaking and she froze, praying that whoever was inside would dismiss it as nothing more than the wind. Wind, that was little more than a feathery breeze and not something that typically would be able to move a wooden door as heavy as the one she had opened.

As Finn began to chew his food, he noticed Jinx's head perk up, like when a dog's ears perk up after hearing a noise. "Did you hear that?" Jinx whispered, slightly sounding nervous. "It was probably just an animal or the wind, you should know this by now Jinx." Finn reassured. He knew she got frightened easily, but he had also learned how to calm and reassure her. He glanced over at her for a moment, making brief eye contact before scanning all around them. Since it was dark it was hard to see anything, so he thoroughly looked. Nothing seemed to catch Finn's eye so he looked back at Jinx, giving her a reassuring smile before taking another spoonful of food to his mouth. "We should get some rest, we've been walking all day. I'm exhausted." Finn stated, finishing off his food with another spoonful. "Yeah, ugh I'm so tired as well." Jinx agreed. They both worked to scrap the pot clean before setting it away from the fire. They both got everything that could catch on fire away from the fire so that they wouldn't have to worry about it when sleeping. Finn then watched as Jinx laid down in their tent and got comfortable. Since they have been surviving out in the woods together for a while now, they have gotten to the point where they can sleep next to each other comfortably. They even cuddled up some nights when it was too cold, but also for that sense of comfort. They really only had each other, but they liked it that way. Finn stayed by the fire for a bit longer, waiting for Jinx to fall asleep, but he knew she wouldn't fully fall asleep until he laid down next to her.
