Appearance

His skull is fox-like, a long snout and a graceful swooping transition between forehead and snout. His body also matches a fox, with long legs and a slim form. Framing his skull, a long mane of stunning sea green spikes lie, able to flare up in aggressive displays. Eyes that seem so dark of a green they can appear black sit in her eye sockets, menacingly staring ahead at anyone daring to impose him. Dark teal flecks decorate his snout by her slit nostrils, slowly getting larger and larger, flecks turning into an eventual black along her spine. The black streak follows the crest of his neck down to his tail tip. Behind his head and along his neck, a trail of thick black spikes trail down, eventually stopping to smooth at the base of his tail.

. Along his main body, a deep teal follows the sides of Adelais's body, slowly getting lighter and fading to a pale and easy on the eyes yellow that made up the armoured underbelly scales of the dragon. This pattern continues down his body, black fading to dark turquoise, fading to light turquoise, fading to yellow underscales. Most of his muscle mass is stored in his shoulders, legs, and tail due to his more sleek form. Unfurling from strong shoulders are a majestic set of wings, longer than his own body and bat-shaped.

While the skin covering the top of his wings is a plain black, the underside of them is a sight worth being eaten by him to see. The webbing holds the colours of the caribbean, swirling with beautiful light blues fading to darker in the center, the tips of her wings showing slight greens. This colour matches his mouth, a stunning sight before getting blasted with fire.

Restlessness is possibly a grave understatement for him, even in a stall he is constantly twitching, ready to fly at a moment’s notice. Perhaps that’s the reason for his lack of sleep. His seemingly constant stream of energy grants him gifted flying skills, able to be in the air for an astonishing amount of time. He heavily dislikes humans, and even after meeting Atticus, he holds a callous amount of distaste for them and their actions. So why doesn’t he hate him, too? It was seen as a mutual state, both needing to desperately rely on each other to survive, and so understanding birthed trust and reliability. As much as he hates to admit it, he does enjoy being flown by him.

Adelais is amazing at holding stamina, which branches off into strong flight and combat. He's also highly perceptive, and good at seeing prey.

Weaknesses

Sometimes being too aloof isn’t a good thing, his guard is very high and this can cause him to hurt people and/or dragons he's close to. He's also bad in crowded environments, his long body easily tangling in excess branches and vegetation.

Background

Adelais grew up quite mundanely, though he only had his brother to raise each other who quickly passed due to being a runt. His family had been hunted by an angry, but now thankfully charred to memories kingdom after accidentally feeding on livestock that had gotten out. Adelais was notorious for being an excellent fisher by the humans living by the coast, but sadly, dragons live far longer than humans.

Appearance

Standing at 6’1, Atticus has naturally tanned skin, soft and no acne or blemishes. He has a decently normal sized forehead, maybe slightly smaller, with high cheekbones and a sharp jawline. His eyebrows are thick yet shaped nicely, green eyes below that become almost greenish-yellow in sun. His hair is mid length, a dark, rich brown and just dancing above his shoulders in length. He has it half tied up; only the upper half, which causes thin strands of hair to fall out every now and then.

His frame is brawny but not obnoxiously, softer yet very obvious muscle definition, of course having to be a bit more intimidating due to his rank. He has scars slashed around his upper shoulders, waist, and forearms from general life and combat with others. Atticus wears a dark brown coat, with white wolf fur over the shoulders and down to the middle of his back. His pants are a soft and flexible material, and below are shin high winter boots with a middle shade of brown; the tops also having the same wolf fur as the cover over his chest, shoulders, and back. Wields an ax.

Personality

Despite being a leader, Atticus is an honest soul. He will tell the truth no matter how blunt and see no wrongs, and will guide ones who need help. He became leader at a very young age, so he has a dire need to prove himself in every field. Atticus has heard of dragons, and wants nothing more than to meet one deep down. He refuses to speak on this for his reputation’s sake.
