Right as the phone hit Matt's bed, the screen lit up. Matt scrambled for the phone, and ended up fumbling and messing up the password multiple times. He finally got into his phone and saw a message from Sky. He pondered on how to reply for a few minutes. And ended up forgetting all about the food he had made. its really okay, I understand. he wrote put before deleting the thing and starting over. hey, things happen... I get it, it's alright. Don't stress on it to much. He left it as a draft, reading it over and over again. He knew he could do something better under normal circumstances. But this was what he got in him for right now. He pressed send and went off to switch over his laundry. He passed by his omlette, quickly remembered he'd made that for himself, and sat down to eat it. He'd do laundry later.

As Skylar's phone buzzed it sent chills down his body and his heart immediately sank to his stomach. "Fuck." He said quietly as he turned on his phone. He clicked on the message and unlocked his phone. He read the message over several times. He didn't know how to answer, or even if he should answer. "I'm not gonna answer." Sky said as he quickly turned his phone off and put it down. They both then sat in silence, listening to the creek that ran under the bridge.

Matt ate his food and then went to browse his bookshelf, checking his phone every couple of minutes. No reply yet, he began to think he should've apologized instead of replying how he did. He wanted to send another text. But he didn't want to bother Sky, so instead he picked up another pile of clothes, leaving the bookshelf idea in the dirt, and loaded another basket of clothes in the washer. Once he finished that he cleaned up his mess from breakfast, and picked up a book. He had nothing else to do, the weekends were like this when he wasn't working. Relaxed, quiet, lonely in a way.

Sky and Chris ended up staying at the bridge, smoking for a bit before skating around. Once it got late, Skylar went home, he also just wasnt feeling it because of what happened with Matt. Once he got home he got situated in his bed, he did indeed smoke more before he went inside so he was pretty faded. He pulled out his phone and reread the texts. Yeah I know, but still, I shouldnt have done it. Sky stared at the message for a moment before sending it. He then stared at his phone hoping he would answer quickly.

Matt was in the middle of folding some clothes that had just came out of the dryer when his phone went off. He hadn't been expecting it. Unsure of how to reply he just sat there looking at his phone. just curious, why do you think that... he wrote it out because it was a question he actually wanted an answer to. But he knew better than to send it as is. He deleted the whole thing, and started again; I understand where your getting off with this. And I suppose it was a heat of the moment scenario. I think it's better to act on those personally. He read it about 15 times before sending it and tossing his phone back where it had been and resuming folding clothes. He found a warm sweatshirt and changed out of his shirt into it, he liked wearing clothes right out of the dryer.

Sky read the message quickly, causing him to have to read it over again. Oh? He typed it out, not knowing what to write. He thought for another moment before just sending it. He then began typing again, It was just too early and I don't even know if you know, like boy... So, he pressed send immediately and put his phone down. He was a bit nervous now, but he was thankful it was over text.

He watched as Sky sent the first one and drafted a message yes, it makes life interesting. The second one came In, he contemplated how to respond do that, but he liked where he was going with this message so he finished it first. I'd prefer if there were times we acted without thinking fully, makes things interesting. There, he got that part written. Now to find words for the second part. I am not against the idea for liking boys. I am also not sure what I feel as this is so incredibly new to me I cannot even begin to explain. He almost pressed send, but he remembered Sky saying something about new.. he reread his text. It was getting long. He sighed, and pressed send, careful to quickly get the next message drafted and sent. It is new, yes. he was put of words for now so he left it at that and pressed send before picking up a stack of folded clothes and putting them in a drawer.

Skylar waited for that buzz before picking up his phone. He then read the texts that Matt had sent. Yeah I understand that it's new and everything and I don't want to pressure u at all. He pressed send and then just reread the texts. He was unsure of what to say so he just left it for now. He breathed in deeply and let out a sigh. He got under the covers and got comfortable. He then waited again for Matt to respond. It was getting late so he knew either one of them was going to pass out soon.

Matt finished up his laundry and sat down to read, when his phone buzzed he set the book upside down on his knee and read it. Don't worry about that, I don't feel pressured at all. If I do ill let you know, he glanced at the clock, it was late. He'd let his whole day be taken up by laundry and reading he'd forgotten to eat anything since morning. He didn't feel overly hungry, so it wasn't important or worth him getting up for. He continued reading, but let his mind wander while only skimming the words.

Okay good, Sky wrote out after reading Matt's new message. He pressed send and turned off his led lights. He then watched some youtube, propping his phone up on a stuffed animal. He then plugged it in before lying down because he knew he was going to fall asleep to some video. Soon after, he ended up passing out. He fell asleep a lot quicker, worrying less now that they kind of cleared things up. He knew it would probably be awkward when they saw each other again but they could push past that, if they hung out with Chris it would be less awkward, at least for Sky.
