Inferno continued forward strongly, shoulder to shoulder with Smoke. Hearing Snow yip in pain behind her, she turned to look at her white companion. She was hopping around on three paws, her right forepaw raised above the smoking ash covered ground. Inferno stopped and trotted over to Snow. "What's wrong?"

Snow gave a confused look at Inferno. "How are your paws not getting burned by this heat!" Inferno looked at the ground, then realized something. "You're an Ice wolf, right? from one of the northern packs? The ones from the mountain ranges byond my packs?"

Alone walks over to them and said "what wrong " snow said "that's right I am "coal said " I love walking on burned Amber's they feel so nice on my paws "alone sighed and rolls his eyes before watches them

Inferno asked Snow, "Well, we can't have you walking on these embers, you'll be useless in a fight if you can't stand." After thinking for a little, she said, "Can you shift into a smaller animal? Like an Artic Fox or Bird? I know some wolves can shift into other animals."

Snow sighed and shifted into a a white eagle and said " how about this " as she looks at her and alone was shocked that she could shift in to any animal but alone shrugged it off anf looks at inferno

Inferno turned around and said. "That's great. You can either fly or sit on my shoulder. I would sit on my soulder, as the air is full of ask and it might burn you."

Snow jumps onto her shoulder and said "who did this mess" alone said " the guys who hold the land " before growls at a flash in his memory of the black and white star wolf alone shakes it off and coal said " if you getting that flash back then you might not like what you find alone"

Inferno, confused at what Cole said, shook it off. Not the time, Infenro. She felt weird that Cole knew Alone way more than anyone else, and Alone had never talked about him, but Inferno knew she had to respect her boundries. "Most likely Cole's right." She turned to Ray, who looked uncomfertable in the heat, but overall was fine. "Were any of the wolves Pyrokinetic?" Sun shook her head. "I don't think so, but who knows? I was in charge of getting the pups out." Seeing Infenro began to panic, Dawn piped up. "Don't worry, Inferno!" She said. Dawn became one of Inferno's closest friend in the time they met. She was around her age, and was quite the pawful, but she was fun! "The pups are with my brother and aunt Sol and Dusk. Their fine! We'll find them in the cave after the battle." Inferno calmed down, then nodded.

"Shine moved over to the cave they're in." Glint said. He, Shimmer, his brother, had been pacing around, wanting to get on with the journey.

Coal looks at them and jumps up on something and said "oh boy this is going to be a fight I won't forget " alone said " if you say that again it must be something " as he trots around in circle something alone was good at doing Alone stops when coal growls and said " I think you might not want to attack them they also got help someone is being the eyes in this pack if they knew we were going to attack "

Inferno sat dawn, Snow balancing on her shoulder. She glared at Coal. "If you're getting cold paws about this, speak up now. We don't have time to waste." She sniffed the air. No other scents but those in the fighting patrol and the ash around them. "What do you mean by 'someone is being the eyes of that pack'?

Coal said " what i am saying is someone in the fighting group is working with the one we are take over so you got to ask yourselfs do you trust you pack " as he looks at them and growls Alone said " if someone knows them and told them they would have to do it before we left "
