The energy associated with Samael’s mere presence is a testament to the man behind the confident and domineering aura he carries. An imposing figure, looming over most with his towering mesomorphic build of 6’3, Samael is rarely without keeping his head high to overlook everyone beneath him. There is an undeniable vision of discipline, athleticism, and grace that is synonymous with his toned physique. Being a man who effortlessly displays proper posture and smothering confidence, there is also a complex and misleading delicacy to his lithe stature. Possessing strikingly fair skin, akin to a porcelain tone, the skin he does show is both smooth and effortlessly flawless.

Eye-catching centerpieces to his person belong to both his hair and eyes. In the shade of a dull platinum blond, Samael’s hair holds more of a shimmering silver tint in brighter environments or at the right angle when exposed to direct light. While only long enough to acquaint itself with the nape of his neck and otherwise regarded as short, Samael’s hair is both wispy and lacks traditional style, but the untamed manner in which it grows itself manages to create an illusion of a purposefully wild look. A sharp contrast to the color scheme of his hair though, a potent amber dominates the glow of his hooded eyes. Accompanied by flecks of darker browns and gold, there is an undeniable gleam of predation emitted from his calculated gazes and intense stares. Framing these tiger-like eyes are long, pointed lashes that are as fair in color as his collection of hair.

As per the structure of this man’s visage, it is considerably well-defined and claiming the facial shape of a diamond. Most prominent is his sharp, angular chin that is offset in terms of the harshness of his features by high cheekbones which offer a subtly faux presence of softness. There is much that is entirely unassuming about his nose though, being nothing more than ordinary with its straight bridge and having nothing more mentionable than a mild point to it. Samael’s lips though have the power to wield much of what dictates how he should be read in any moment of engagement with others. While thin and characteristically lighter in pigment, Samael’s lips are most commonly held in a soft smile that is easily misleading to his more insidious intents.

Personality:

Samael’s baseline persona revolves around a general apathy toward the world and everyone within it, having little to no regard for other individuals or despairs. His acutely practiced detachment from his emotional spectrum allows him to engage in mildly sadistic practices, finding pleasure in others’ discomforts or shortcomings, albeit he does not exactly align himself toward pure cruelty. Rather, Samael is satisfied with the power dynamics that come with his plays at psychological manipulation and not-so-lighthearted taunts.

Despite his expressions of indifference, Samael does harbor genuine curiosities toward human nature. Most especially finding himself fascinated by motivations, emotions, and vulnerabilities people express. Not above two-faced conversation for the sake of appealing to his curiousness, Samael’s general soft-spoken and near-soothing mannerisms make it far easier to probe others’ psyches while steadfastly concealing his underlying intentions. While he’s far from reflecting on the root of this curiosity, it stems from the lust for understanding his own emotional capacities that he otherwise purposefully avoids.

First glances allow for Samael to be intimidating, although his presentations of soft-spoken tones and light smiles allow him to be a dangerously disarming charmer. The contradiction of his gestures and his intentions allows for Samael to effectively manipulate a variety of scenarios that create wide gaps in the malice he would otherwise not be considered capable of.

Of course, even in the practice of wearing his charming mask, Samael manifests behaviors of pettiness and insensitivity so unexpected they in themselves are disarming to the vast majority unaware of his true nature. While capable of both cutting remarks and actions for the sake of amusement, he most especially makes points to jab when he perceives himself to have been slighted against, no matter how small the injustice may be. Samael’s insensitivities tend to overlap with his affinities toward curiosity and indifference, considering he views things analytically to satiate his curious tendencies rather than with empathy.

That said, Samael’s capabilities of empathy and humanity are not foreign concepts, but rather buried and forcibly dormant qualities. Opting to suppress them in nearly every waking moment of life, he is not as above as he would prefer in experiencing the sensations of empathy or compassion in select circumstances. These moments can subject him to brief introspective thoughts, most especially when he acts out of the presence of these feelings, though it's not long before he sweeps it under the rug and passes the behavior off as an impulsive anomaly.

Appearance:

Loïc is superficially far from presenting himself as an intimidating force but is dually not a young man who is easily dismissible. With an aloof aura and height of a near even six feet, Loïc has that of a more proportional and rectangular figure to him. His shoulders are perhaps not the broadest, but they square nearly evenly with his hips, which are strictly straight versus narrowing. A man of athletic physique, Loïc does not initially seem the type to be a heavy hitter, but in reality is quite a powerful entity. The young man’s skin tone can overall be considered a neutral beige, albeit with warm undertones. Body aside, Loïc’s face is structured to be typed as triangular, defined by a narrower forehead, well-defined jawline, and subtlety to the appearance of his wider set cheekbones.

Shorter but full sits the lightly curled and equally light caramel brown head of ringlets Loïc has. Tapering down to the nape of his neck and both behind and barely over his ears, they handsomely thin, though that light curl is still vastly evident. A few more wispy curls curtain his forehead, though none are long enough to brave past his eyebrows to impair his vision. No one could describe the sights of his locks as ‘poofy’, but it does reflect a voluminous shine and holds a relatively silky texture. As for eyes, Loïc’s are a rich hazel that are comprised of a delicate yet chaotic blend of browns, greens, and gold. His hazel kaleidoscopes are framed by darkset lashes that are both long and hold a soft upward curve.

Personality:

Superficially Loïc does not come across as inviting or amiable considering the silence that parallels with his presence. Offering little to no expression, in most situations he does not speak unless necessary or he deems his words important enough to insert. He’s a steadfast stickler for rules, cold in demeanor, and otherwise robotic in mannerisms. His sense of morality is relatively just but easily disregarded by rules that may override acting out of morals. Factual and to the point, Loïc can be regarded as a strictly proper individual with an acute lack of complex social intelligence, or perhaps just a disregard for social etiquette unless required. As precise and matter-of-fact Loïc can be, he is not without possessing his own capabilities of deception or misguided truths if he deems the use of them necessary.

Beneath this flat exterior, internally Loïc is a devoted loyalist to the man who has never chosen him out of his own volition. He is protective and considerate of Samael and often suggests things or acts in ways that align with what he believes to be in Samael’s better interest. Overall, Loïc does what he ultimately believes is both the most pragmatic and best course of action, regardless of the kinds of acts he would need to commit once he reaches a decision. Once his mind is made up, there is absolutely no changing it unless dire or another more suitable alternative arises.
