Ryker Chaise | M | 28 | Beta | M: Maeve(ind), Group with her(ind) The alarm went off. Finally. Ryker sighed, running a hand through his hair before getting up to stretch his legs. It seemed like the paperwork would never end. Not just that though, he had events to set up for the festival. His team was probably mostly done normal training and riding sessions so he would be able to catch them and hand out work. Hopefully. The crew might be out riding, which was where he wished he was. He could hear the soft nickering of his own horse, Whisper, outside. She sounded a bit impatient, which was normal as normally they would be out on a trail by now or at the center.
Ryker gathered up some of the papers and put it in his messenger bag. He would come back to those. He had even more papers waiting for him at the office. Not that he would get to those anytime soon, he was long past due for a ride. Ryker grabbed his phone before heading down to his kitchen. 3:30. Nope, no more paperwork for the rest of the day. He was going riding for a bit and then he had events to lay out for the festival. While there was many events to do at the festival, his horses were one of many. There was a section reserved just for his activities as well as a stretch of the beach meant for rides and games.
Just thinking about the rides made him smile. He hated being stuck indoors and it was showing a bit now. Ryker grabbed some apple slices from the fridge before heading out, sticking one in his mouth as he locked up. Rounding his small house, he came to the side where a small gated area was. It wasn't too big as he didn't keep both of his horses there nor were they there for a long time. Normally at this time, he would have been at the center. Ryker had texted them ahead of time and told them to do the lessons and normal routine while he focused on paperwork.
Ryker paused at the gate, taking in his chestnut mare. He moved over to his grooming equipment, pocketing a few of the apple slices before offering one to the mare. She lipped it up, chomping on it contentedly as he ran the brush through her mane. A few tangles here and there but not many. Picking up the curry comb, he made quick work of her coat before putting the equipment away. Considering they hadn't been anywhere since he last checked them, he didn't bother checking her hooves. Grabbing her blanket which had the pack emblem etched in it, and was the same color as her coat, he draped it over her back before adjusting it accordingly.
His mare stood perfectly still except for a slight nudge here and there for another apple slice. While he trusted his own horses to stay in place, he would halter the ones at the center. Next came her saddle. He hefted her western saddle onto her back, buckling it into place with the girth. Once it was snug but comfortable, he patted her shoulder before offering another slice. She chomped on it with pleasure as he went to grab her halter and reins. The soft braid felt nice in his hands before he slipped it over her head easily. Once it was on, Ryker hooked up the reins and lead her out of the gates.
Closing the gates, he walked towards the main house which was only a block away from his house. He never wanted to be too far from the alpha's in case he was needed. Well, his alpha male that was. He was still a bit sore that the tradition of a female inside the pack was not picked to be alpha female. However, love was love and his alpha had found it in an outside shifter. At least she was a shifter and not a human. Ryker knew his duties though and would protect and support her when she needed it the most. Liam was still his first pick though. He wasn't going to stop being at his alpha's side just because tradition was broken.
The rain that he had been hearing had come to a sprinkle, making the walk pleasant. He tied Whisper up outside before heading inside. Maybe Maeve wanted to go on a ride. If she was willing to take a break from paperwork, that was. Ryker paused though as he saw a few boxes left in the lobby. He blinked before kneeling down next to them. Hmm...medical supplies. They would have to go to the sorting room then. He knew quite a bit about medicine, not that he told Maeve, so he knew that these were from storage. Picking them up, he headed down the hall, coming to a pause as he noticed Blake and Sam picking up boxes. It seemed like one had dropped and the officer had reacted accordingly. Aardam came around the corner to help them and Ryker gave the hunters and assistant a nod befor continuing.
Getting to the room, he put the boxes down gently outside before poking his head into the room. Maeve seemed to be in the middle of something, per normal, so he decided to tease her. Ryker gave a wolf-whistle at her. When she looked at him, he winked before heading back out. Knowing her, she would know where he was headed if she needed a break. He passed the group in the hallway before pausing as Kai came out of the elevator with a few boxes stacked on a trolley. The hunter gave him a smirk which earned an eye roll. The male was always too humorous on things.
Kai moved off towards the room and Ryker headed out, back to his horse. Mounting Whisper, he guided her towards the trail before heading off in an easy trot. He would head down the long scenic route today to the center, which was on the edges of the town. The beachside looked tempting but that wouldn't bring him close to the center. The corral was closer to the woods than the beach so he would take that trail. Whisper kept up her easy trot, easily navigating the rough terrain as he gave her slight directions. She knew mainly where they were going but she was still curious as to what was new today. Ryker kept the steady pace going, knowing he would get to the center soon.

Maeve O'Cleirigh | 23 | Female | Head Healer | Sam, Blake, Aardam, Kai & Ryker . Seated on the floor Maeve had papers strewn about before her, a few open boxes surrounding her as she sorted the records. Her brow furrowed in frustration, sighing roughly she slouched briefly. Before returning to her task, tossing a pile into a box as a wolf-whistle sounded to her side startling her. Maeve's head shot up, spinning to look at the door. Spotting a familiar face brought a smile to her face, chuckling faintly when he winked at her before exiting her sight. She sighed turning to look at the boxes before her considering the idea. "Fudge it" Maeve voiced grabbing the piles and placing them back into the boxes. . She paused beside Sam with a breath, "you know what to do, bring the records to the hall, check herb stores and count inventory. Be sure to write this down and bring it to my office, okay? Good!" She didn't wait for a response before turning and rushing out the room, spotting Kai with the trolley and a stack of boxes. "Sam's in charge ask her for directions, I need a break" Maeve waved to him with a smile, calling over her shoulder as she rushed by. Her boots tapped against the pathway as she ran to her small cottage, laughing as her own ginger mare nickered at her. "You want to get out as much as me huh?" Maeve chuckled as she removed the equine's fly sheet. Patting the mare she decided she could skip the brushes, turning and grabbing her forest green pad with the brown english saddle. . Thankful that Amber stood content as she buckled the girth firmly, pausing to pull her sturrups down before retreiving the matching brown bridle. Pulling the mare's forelock out from the brow band Maeve smiled excitedly, opening the stall and leading the mare to the door she paused briefly. Grapping her hat and pulling the reins to the horse's whithers, a small hop and she pulled herself into the saddle. Easily finding her footing Maeve glanced between possible routes, decided on the trail she urged the mare forward. Letting Amber find her canter stride, the mare's hooves thudding gently against the ground. She caught sight of Ryker ahead, happy she caught up quickly. She pulled the reins slowing Amber to match pace, watching as the mare turned her ears briefly towards the beta's own mare. Maeve grinned at the male, she'd caught on his intention from the moment she heard that whistle. "Hey you" she chuckled as Amber settled beside Whisper, giving the ginger horse a gentle pat.

Aoife O'Cuirc | 24 | Female | Head Warrior | Tori, Kane . Aoife nodded hearing that the Alpha talked with Tori often on the phone, "that's good to hear" she smiled gently. Following the woman as she spoke stopping opposite of her, "it wasn't too bad I suppose, the weather was nice if anything" Aoife joked. . Her head turning when the door opened, pausing briefly before smirking the hunter and dipping her head. A guiet greeting as she chuckled at the other female's comment out Kane's fishing trip. Cutting off as the phone rang, giving a nod when Tori looked up to the two of them. . Keen ears picking up the faint familiar voice on the other end she smirked, pausing with a raised eyebrow when Tori seemed to scold the male over the phone. Glancing at Kane as she tried to contain her laughter, turning back to Tori with a hand on her hip and a firm nod. "Sounds like the festival is a definate go then with Alpha Liam coming home" Aoife snorted in amusement. (sorry it's on the short side)

Dylan O'Brian | 27 | Male | Hunter | Sam, Kai, Aardam & Blake, Maeve(ind) ~ Frowning as he cleaned a glass with a white cloth, frowning as he listened to the last few stragglers chatting further down the bar. Sighing roughly as he set the glass on the counter, glancing at the clock in frustraion. He'd told them last call in thirty minutes, yet these men had remained for 28 minutes. . Dylan grumbled under his breath as he flipped the drain on the ice bin, he'd have wished to have started cleaning fifteen minuted ago. But these damed kids had refused to finish their drinks and leave! His jaw clenched as the clock hit just before the thirty minute mark, walking over and placing his hands on the bar with a stern look. . Watching as the two boys quieted glancing sideways at him, "either finish your drinks and get out or I will throw you out" Dylan growled. Both men paled and downed their drinks before quickly rushing for the door, once they'd left he sighed roughly. Reaching up to rub his temple as he grabbed a towel and started cleaning the counter. . Finishing quickly he started flicking off lights, grabbing his coat and locking the door. He moved to his bike, seating himself for a moment as he buckled his gloves. A familiar officer passed heading for pack territory, likely Blake on his break. . Smirking to himself he turned the key, the old harley grumbling to life below him. A smirk tugging at his lip at the sound, pulling out onto the road Dylan sighed in content as the wild tugged at his hair. The drive back to pack ground was pleasant, parking beside the fellow hunter's patrol car. . Pulling his gloves off and stuffing them in the handle bars, Dylan walked into the pack house. Pausing briefly as he spotted a few hunters moving boxes about, before realizing they were likely helping go through storage for Maeve. Sighing Dylan made his way down one of the halls, poking his head in to spot Sam within. "Need an extra hand or do ya got enough" he chuckled glancing about and noting Blake, Aardam and Kai had already stepped in. .~. .~[][][]~.|.~[][][]~. .~. Mishka Volkov | 23 | Female | Member | Kai(dir), Sam, Aardam & Blake(ind) ~ She had noted the movement on a few members going in and out of the pack house, if the sound of the door and footsteps said anything. Mishka sighed pushing herself to her feet, placing her book back in her back she started down the halls. Pausing as she spotted Aardam and Blake moving boxes, and notincing Kai approaching from the elevator. . Managing to remember that this was usually the time the healers went through stroage, Mishka smiled and waved to Kai as he approached. "Hey, moving boxes from storage? Need an extra hand" she voiced warmly, she wasn't busy anyway so she figured she'd help. The more the faster it gets done, right? (sorry it's on the short size)

Rachel Walling | 27 | Female | Warrior | M: Open Rachel felt the back of the horse crack under her palms. She released the presure quickly, and jumped off her block. The mare let out a huge sigh and licked her lips. "Oh, that felt good, huh girl?" Rachel patted the mares rump, kicking the foam block out of the way before stretching the chestnuts back from the base of the tail. The mare offered to kick her, Rachel paying no attention to it, knowing that the mare was just trying to scare her off. Another small pop. She stepped back, getting ready to stretch the legs as the past part of this mares work. She gave a smile to the owner as she held the horse, petting her nose. She found the owner quite annoying, claiming that this 14.2 at most horse was at least 15.2. She knew that the girl was too large for this pony, but who was she to say? She lifted up all four legs, popping each of them. "She's all good to go." She said, not much of anything in her voice as she sat down on the block to write out a report for her. The back needs quite a bit of help. She paused to circle the spine, and jot down a few notes. Withers were sore, possibly ill fitting saddle. Front right leg was really stiff. Neck couldn't bend to leeft until popped- The girls breathing in her ear took her out of her thoughts, turning to glare at her. "Is there something you want to say?" Rachel asked, annoyed. The girl was a really cute little ginger, though, it was such a shame that she'd ruined her horse running barrels the ways she did. "No." The girl responded in a squeaky voice. "Okay." Rachel responded, returning back to her report to finish it off. . Rachel got into her car, stretching her back. She loved working for herself; She had her own hours, did what she wanted when she wanted and was able to keep Secret on his schedule. She sighed and opened her phone to look at when her next appointment was. She was done for the day? Perfect! She could go and get a ride in on Secret, the day was perfect for it anyways. She tried to avoid helping the pack set up for the festival, after all, she knew that she really wouldn't join in, just sit in a corner and watch. She put her car in drive and headed out towards the barn, making sure to go the speed limit with Blake on patrol, not that she cared, but it would be embarassing. It wasn't too long before she pulled into the Center's driveway, white picket fence with horses in the paddocks running up it. Secret was in his, his head lifting as he trotted towards her car, nickering at Rachel. She rolled down her window when she saw him. "Hello baby!" She called out to him. Rachel was quick to retrieve him from the pasture, remove his sheet, and tack him up in her light brown hunter jumper saddle. It was nearly completely flat, her name being on the back on a plate. She pulled the matching bridle over the dark bays head, buckled it, her helmet already on. She stood on the mounting block, her horse still towering over her as she lifted her leg and fixed her iron before putting her foot in it, pulling herself up. He didn't move an inch. She gathered her reins, patted his neck and gently asked him to walk on. They begun their warm up of rounding and getting onto the bit, with some dressage mixed in. His tailed swished as she asked him to yield to her pressure for a leg yield. Rounding up wasn't his favorite thing to do, but he did it without a fight. After the warm up, Rachel started him over some smaller 2'6 jumps. She gave him his head while keeping her contact. He was ready for it, increasing his speed as she straightened in her seat as the strides shortened. A quick half-halt and a release over the jump. His head shot up, giving a small buck into a flying lead change. Rachel chuckled and patted him as she got him to slow, wanting to keep the lower stuff slow. . Dirt flew as Secret refused this small coop cross jump. He snorted and eyed it like it was going to bite him. He kicked out with his back leg, showing his displeasure for Rachel even thinking about running a cross course with him. This was the third time of trying different approaches to this jump. Rachel was starting to get mad. "Okay Secret, let's try that line to this one again, and if you do it, you'll be done." She knew that he couldn't understand her, but she didn't care. She'd sing to him if it kept him calm in the show ring, often times doing the ABC's with him. Rachel walked him around it, allowing him to see the coop from both eyes before walking a good distance away from the line, allowing for a proper set up. Once Rachel felt she was ready, she kissed and applied leg pressure. He picked up a canter and the begun the four jump line. The first one was easy for Secret, a small log that had been stripped of all it's bark. Second one was a breeze, a small hedge, third one was a ditch that he'd over jumped, but at least he'd done it. Here came the scary coop. Rachel nudged him forward, she could feel him began to buffer, offering him a bit of support with her crop. Finally the warmblood decided that he'd do it. He paused right at the base before launching himself over it. Rachel grabbed his mane, and felt bad for the way she'd handled that jump. "Good boy!" She sad, patting both sides of his neck as they trotted away from the course. . Rachel had Secret back out in the paddock, she was going to head back to the pack territory, see if she could help anywhere, hoping that she couldn't. Before heading out though, she made sure that everything was soaking for her horses dinner. When she was happy with it, she went to her car, watching the bay frolic for a moment before sliding in, and driving off.

Blake Bosch | 28 | Male | Hunter | M: Mishka, Dylan, Ryker, Kai, Maeve Blake watched Ryker walk past. He waved at him silently judging him. His eyes were narrowed as he gently chewed on the inside of his right cheek. He let out a sigh as Maeve followed him. He watched the two go when his phone rang in his back pocket. He quickly took it out and saw that the caller ID was his partner. He stepped away from the group, holding the phone in his right hand, his left resting on his belt. "Hey, what's up Jack?" He could hear the sirens in the background. "You are needed here Blake." Blake could tell that he wasn't messing around. "Okay, I'll quickly wrap up my lunch and head your way. Where are you?" He nodded, even though he knew that his partner couldn't see it. He hung up and walked back towards the group, a hint of urgency in his voice. "Hey Dylan!" His voice was warm, a lopsided smile on his face as he welcomed the two that just joined, "Hey Mishka!" He turned to Kai and Sam, "I've been summoned elsewhere, I'm so sorry, I can help you with whatever you need once I get off of shift, but I've got to move quickly." He nodded at them, and rushed off without hearing what they had to say. Blake slid into his cruiser, seeing the car of Rachel coming towards the main house as he shut the door. The engine roared to life and he backed out of his parking spot. He kicked it into drive and quickly made his way out of pack territory. Once he turned onto the roadway. He heard his name over the radio, and turned it up. Nothing important. "Okay." He responded, not putting much thought into what the others were saying. He was drifting around town, listening to the chatter over the radio. He wondered what he was going to have for dinner. A car suddenly sped past him. He leaned over and flicked his sirens on, picking up speed after them. It took about five minutes for the car to pull to the side, Blake followed. He put his cruiser in park. "I've got someone pulled over." He radioed before getting out of the car with his belt attached and a clipboard in hand. "Good afternoon sir, I'm Officer Bosch, do you happen to know how fast you were going? Okay." He nodded at the answer. He was correct about the speed. "Do you have vehicale registration and license on you?" His response was handing both to Blake. "Thank you. Have you had anything to drink today?" He didn't smell anything, but you could never be sure. The answer was a quick no. "Okay." Blake said in a bored tone. "I'm going to go and write up your ticket, and you'll be on your way." Blake was quick to run the license plate of the car. All seemed good. "Blake, all good?" He heard his partners voice over the radio. "Yep." He then went to return the license to the driver with his ticket. "Have a good rest of your day, and please do drive safe." Blake said with a nod, allowing the car to drive off. He sat there for a few minutes, writing on his notepad. . Blake returned to the station. It was time to do what he hated most. Paperwork and reports. He sighed as he sat down in his chair, pushing it towards his desk. His partners desk was right next to his, and they were talking as they wrote up their reports. "I'm having a barbecue at my place next Tuesday, care to join?" Blake gave him a sideways glare and leaned back in his chair, hands behind his head, fingers interlaced. "I can't man. I wish I could, but next week has been blocked out since March. You should know that." He could feel his partners stares at him. "Vacation?" "Yeah." Blake began to type again. "Got a hot date going with you?" Blake didn't bother looking up from where he was typing. "I suppose you could say that." With that, Blake shut down the conversation, glancing at the clock. He hoped that this would go by quickly, wanting to get back to his pack quickly.

Kane | 26 | M | Lead Hunter | M: Tori, Aoife Kane offered a smile at her joke as Tori acknowledged him. "It went quite well, although I was very tempted to throw Kai overboard at parts." He teased before dipping his head in greeting to Aoife. It seemed that everyone was getting back, just in time for the festival. It was indeed only in a couple of days. That also meant a lot of paperwork waiting for him. He waited as she got onto the phone, noting the familiar voice on the other end with a smile.
At his alpha's mouthed apology, Kane only tilted his head in respect before moving to lean against one of the walls, still in a respectful distance away from Tori. When the scold came, Kane bowed his head, stifling a laugh before looking over at Aoife. She seemed to be doing the same. At her statement, Kane frowned slightly before smiling slightly again, "With or without the alpha male, we would have to go ahead with the festival. The pack is brimming with excitement for the upcoming week, no doubt, and it would be good to get them out of town for a while. Everyone needs the break, and the fun." He said before his eyes found Tori's. "With that said though, I am glad both of the alphas will be with us to begin. The pack can indeed be chaos the first couple days." Kane grinned at Tori before huffing slightly.
"Now, unless you need me Alpha, I do have a lot of paperwork to get to. I can give you a full report of my fishing trip a bit later." Kane said, pushing off the wall. However, he didn't move, instead waiting for Tori to dismiss him.

Aardam Kroon | M | 23 | Hunter | Mishka, Dylan, Ryker, Kai, Sam, Maeve Adam watched the Beta move way from the work being done. He was annoyed. He wanted to go home like he was sure that Ryker wanted to ride his horses. He let out a sigh, whatever. Wasn't his place to tell the Beta what to do. He looked around, wondering what was taking Kai so long to get his boxes. Did he run off too? Nah, the only place Kai'd run off to would be to Kane, and everyone knew that Kane was busy. "Hey Dylan! How was work today? Of course you can join us Mishka!" Adam was cheerful, a warm, playful smile on his face. Blake moved off, returning to his work, making Adam glad he didn't work 8 to 5. Adam begun to read the labels on the boxes. He wasn't sure how correct they were, but nonetheless he begun to do what he hated most, organizing them.

Sam Williams / 24 / F / Assistant Healer / M: The Pack (Dir. and Ind.) Sam gave Maeve a small salute watching her leave the room, and in return she also gave Blake and Adam a small smile. She continued to look through the papers making sure everything was up-to-date. There were a couple of papers that were nearly a decade old which peaked Sam's interest. She always loved learning about the Packs history and would always enjoy learning more. After sorting for a little while more Sam gave a slow sigh and reached her arms in the air stretching her body then leaned back onto the floor. She looked up at the ceiling for a little bit before sitting back up with a huff and pulled out the Assistant healer for again. Sam reached over to grab a pen from her bag and cleared a small spot on the floor placing the papers right in front of her. She needed to do something else for a couple of minutes before her eyes close on themselves. She took her time writing in everything and once she was finished Sam placed the papers pack into her pocket looking at the papers all over the floor. "Might as well start putting them into nice piles" she mumbled to herself staring to stack everything into nice plies by the year they were made.
