SpiritWind kept running, her paws kicking up dirt and leaves. The wind whipped at her fur and face, she could barley keep her eyes open. - I can't run from my pack. But I can run from this moment, even if its only for a few minutes.- She turned course, and headed straight for the lake. She ran straight in, and kept going until she had to start swimming. Once she started swimming, she went straight for the small little island in the middle. Once she got there, she climbed out and shook her pelt. She then dug her paws into the earth and looked to the sky. |
