Astrid looked down shyly, "I don't think I've been in any pride long enough to make an educated decision. Good luck though." She desparately hoped she would learn how to hunt. She wanted to be able to support herself. She watched as Ajihad went to stand by Amara.

Amara nodded to Ajihad and smiled. She laid down as she waited, growing impatient. *Cant this wait until we hunt* she thought. She bit back a growl as she laid her had on her paws, her eyes flicking from one to another.

Ajihad felt nervous showing any affection in front of all of the lionesses. He didn't want them gossiping, and Chaos hearing about it. "Good luck," he smiled. He waited a moment, and told her what Indigo had told him, "Indigo is planning to challenge the dominant lioness."

The large lioness peered over her shoulder to spot the majority of the prides females stood waiting behind her. She flipped herself around in order to face them and spoke in a loud and dominamt voice "I would like 2 of you to do a quick run of the territory and look out for any possible prey" she commanded. Whilst the two did that she planned to go and find her king.

Astrid knew she was fast, so she volunteered to run. She quickly left the den area. She tried to scent but it was hard for her to concentrate while running. She stopped to take a breather. There were some zebra by the water. She hurried back to tell Indigo.

Amara looked at Ajihad. "Better than the dominant lioness being busy or not available when we need her" she said. "I just want to get a group already to hunt" she sighed as she sat up to be closer to his height. Two is not enough for a hunt for the needed prey."

As soon as the words left amaras Jaws, indigos head snapped to the side to face her. "precisely why I asked them to scout the area and not hunt the prey until they return and tell us the possible targets" she replied calmly. She didn't want to ruin her chance at wueenbefire she even challenged her.

Amara looked at Indigo. "Wouldnt it be quicker though to just have others to go straight hunting rather than wasting time to come back here and lead the others out? In the time of returning the prey could have moved" she said. Her ears were lowered in more annoyance than anything. The young lioness sighed. "And those going out to return, it would tire them out."
