The male nodded."Yes you do. It's Pandora. I have not forgotten." He looked into her eyes, his lovely brown ones warm and inviting. "So, will you be spending the night with me?" He asked with a sugary tone.

The lioness began to get worried and she stood a bit taller. "Are you alright, Tara?" She asked with a tilt of her head. "Do you need me to come out there?" It was obvious Nagasi was ready to run and rescue her daughter, she only needed to say the word.

Pandora let out a sigh and thought for a moment. "sure, why not?" she huffed. Something about this lion seemed a litte... she couldnt pinpoint the word. Special? One-of-a-kind? she shook her head to get the thoughts out.

Tara nodded. "Yes please momma" she said. Her legs slowed down even more. She knew it would be easy for Nagasi to walk out to the water to her. She wasn't that far out, but far enough for the cub.

The male gave a small chuckle, drifting his tail underneath her chin. "Now in what way. For protection... or pleasure." He gave a wide smirk, hinting at.... all the things.

Nagasi

The lioness nodded and padded out into the water, her tail swishing behind her. "You did great to get out this far, my love." Her eyes displayed a great maternal love as she looked her cub over. Finally reaching the small thing, Nagasi placed Tara on her back. "I'm very proud of you. Even a great lion must know when to ask for help." She nuzzled her daughter and began walking back to shore. "You'll be getting a bath when we get home."

Pandora's eyes glowered with fury. "for warmth you stupid furball!" she said, pulling her chin away from his tail. She flattened her ears to her head, angered he would even make such a statement.

Tara smiled. "Swimming is fun, but it makes me tired really fast" she said as she laid down on Nagasi's back. She let out a yawn as she looked at the others around her. Her golden eyes started to close as she felt like taking a small nap.

The male chuckled. "Come now, you should take it as a compliment." He flicked his full mane and looked at her. "Well, I guess we should go and find someplace to sleep." He nodded his head.

Nagasi

The lioness nodded and smiled as her lovely child slowly closed her golden eyes. "Yes, little one. Rest yourself." She smiled gentle, carrying the cub back to camp.

Pandora narrowed her eyes at him and muttered something under her breath ("how can one take that as a complament") and nodded. "so do you sleep under the stars or trees or such?" she asked
