Ivy / Ivy felt embarrassed that she even considered approaching a lioness who used to be in another pride. She pretended to ignore Maya's leave. / Siku / Siku chuckled. "You have been hard working today", he praised his cub. After Yael asked him if he could play witht he new cub, Siku studied the new lioness. "Hm, perhaps you should wait a little. They are new after all, and the cub's mother could be nervous in allowing her cub in playing with other cubs", he replied. He wondered how come does Yael still have so much energy after border patrolling. / Nyasi / "I am not a cub anymore", Nyasi sighed and looked away, but his ear still flicked towards Midnight with interest, "How could we even turn this into a game?" / / / (we are so close to 400 pages!) Midnight looked at Nyasi. "See that tree over there? It marks the edge of the territory. I'll race you there" he said with a small smirk. He waited for Nyasi's reply, but he was ready to run. / Aria stopped when she spotted the herd and motioned for the Lionesses to started circling to scout for a weaker gazelle.

Shani Shani slunk down to her elbows as she crawed through the tall golden grasses. She paused momentarily and tested the direction of the breeze. It was in their favor and the herd was blissfully unaware. Perhaps today the pride would be blessed with full bellies. She knew it was partially her fault that they had not done well on the past hunts as of late. She was determined this time to do well. Shani knew that the eyes of the dominants closely watched her every move. She had to be successful today, for the good of the pride as well as for her position within the pride.

Chaos watched as the little cub seemed interested in the heir to the kingship of the pride. He wondered if it was a good idea, and hoped that it would be okay. He shrugged, "Come with me. This is Yael. Yael please meet Adaliya." He looked up towards Siku waiting to see if he would yank Yael away or if he was okay with them playing. Yael looked hopefully up at Siku. Chaos was even introducing them. Couldn't he play with her. He wondered where Fae was. He should get all of the cubs and they could have a huge romp together.

Aria spotted a gazelle that had a rather obvious limp and motioned to the rest of the hunting party. She looked at Tara. "You and I will chase the gazelle towards someone to make the kill" she said as she looked around to see who would be the best to herd the gazelle to. She gave a low growl to alert the others the prey. Fae looked over seeing a new cub and lioness and backed up. She looked around for her father, remembering the last few times a new lioness approached her. It scared her, and her father became angry.

Ajihad noted that Fae looked a little scared. She didn't have anyone in the pride besides her father whom she could depend on. Most of the lionesses were out, so he headed on over. "Looks like the cave is getting a little crowded. Would you like to go on a short walk with me?" he asked. Hopefully, it would make her feel less trapped by all these new lions. They wouldn't go too far. He would come back with her shortly. If they encountered anything, he would get her to safety, gather reinforcements and check out any problems that the earlier patrols missed.

Fae looked up at Ajihad. "Are you sure" she asked. The darker coated cub looked at bit shocked that one of the dominants asked her to go for a walk with him. Her eyes seemed to light up at the idea. "You dont think my daddy will be mad" she asked as she smiled. She flicked her tail befor she reached up and batted at Ajihad's mane.

Ajihad smiled at her, "I don't think so. We won't go far, and we'll come back quickly." In his mind he added perhaps it wasn't the best idea, but Midnight wouldn't be mad at his daughter. It was hard to say no to a dominant after all. He gave her a gentle poke with a paw, when she batted his main, and pointed her in the direction of the exit. "Thataway please," he nudged her. He began to walk out. He would keep a very close eye on her. He didn't want Midnight killing him, because something happened.

Fae giggled before she ran out of the cave, looking around before she looked back to see if Ajihad was following. "Which way will we be going" she asked as she looked around again, wondering when her father would return. She did like being in the pride, but she was still just a cub and latched to her fathers side closely.

Nyasi / Nyasi's love for a challenge won over the embarrassment of playing games. "Hah! Like you can outrun me!", he laughed, his legs tensed and he crouched slightly, boldly glancing up at the dark lion. (It will be hilarious if Midnight wins!) / Siku / Siku nodded at Chaos approvingly, not stopping Yael from approaching Adaliya. Chaos seems to know the lioness well, and Siku remembers that Chaos was once a leader. He is a responsible lion, and knows what is safe for the pride.
