Amara shrugged. "Probably just for a walk. I might just see if there is something for me to catch for the pride on the way back to the camp" she said. "I might not be the best hunter here, but I can at least get something for a few lions."

She raised a brow as he spoke. What is he doing? He was just blabbering out wirdax most likely in an attempt to start a conversation or to lighten the mood. "it's fine I understand" she replied in a hushed tone. "and that's alright, they were Cubs they didn't know what they were doing" she sighed, remembering her old mate and pregnancy, her life couldn't have gotten any better back than. Perfect mate, perfect sister. She was in her third trimester when something went wrong. She had experienced a miscarriage. It broke her. Her mate abandoned her after finding out and she just shut everyone out. She had only ever told Chaos and kat what had happened. Other pride members knew bits and peices but not much.

Chaos wondered if it was too wrong to ask what they were. Were they going to be mates? He wasn't sure if she was okay with that or if he wanted to move on that quickly. He was surprised that Indigo had thought it fit to be told her story. It was a sad one, and he was proud that she had survived. He thought whoever had been her mate was a fool. "I'm glad you're in my pride," was all he could think to say. He began walking away. That had been embarressingly awkward. He hadn't realized how unsocially capable he was.

She watched and waited, it was beyond awkward silence at this stage. She sighed and was about to say something when he spoke. 'I'm glad your in my pride' her cheeks flushed red as he began to wal away. She gulped "and I'm glad your my King" she replied back ina. Confident tone of voice. Ukuta sighed. 'I did find a herd of something, but it is too far away. We should try to search for something else', Ukuta said, then observed the miserably small hunting party.

'We do need more hunters', she muttered to herself then glanced towards sleeping Siku.

'Siku', she growled, 'You need to join this hunting patrol. Or there'll be no food'. Siku groaned and rolled on his back.

'Can't we eat grass?', Siku joked, opening one green eyes mischievously at the lionesses. But then he abruptly rised to his feet, either because he saw how small the hunting party is, or either because he got scared of Ukuta's death glare.

Then Ukuta looked around for Aslan, but she did not see him.

'Well, at least there are four of us', stated Ukuta and jumped of a small rock on which she was standing. She roared and trotted out into the plains, with lionesses behind her.

'Keep your eyes open and tell me if any of you have found something', she hissed behind her back and trotted on.

Nanook nodded" yea you're right, there's a lot going on lately. I suposse I'll let you go with the other lionesses to hunt." He said and sighed softly. Maybe he could go relax at the watering hole until the hunt was over and he could eat and talk to Astrid more.

Amara nuzzled Ajihad before she started to walk away to sniff around. Her blue eyes looked back at Ajihad before she kept going. She wondered if there would be anything she could try to catch for a few others before she got to the camp.

Hearing the words of the worried lioness speaking about her son, Ngasi softened her appearance. "He will be alright. Our dens are safely protected as long as he remains there." She looked at the female with a calming and gentle smile. "Astrid! You, Ivy and I will be going on a hunt. Preferably targeting something large." She looked them over. "I've seen multiple wildebeest herds and we should target one of those." Her tone was commanding and dominant, but had a hint of warmness within them.

The young lioness smiled at Alias, rubbing up against him in a friendly way. "It's so good to have another young lion here! My dad can be so uptight about what cubs are allowed to stay." She sighed thinking of the weakling cubs that had been cast out.

She male looked at the king with weary eyes. "y.. Yes sir" he replied in a submissive tone. He turned to the young lioness with a smile "I'm so thankful, this is my first pride" he smiled. "how old are you?" he asked tilting his head in a curious manner. He continued to follow the young lioness. He was young, only turning 2 a few weeks ago. He shook his short mane slightly and watched the young lioness.

With her fathers back turned, the cub stuck her tongue out at the dominant and sighed. "Sorry about him. He can be a big bug but he's nice." She gigged. Hearing the juveniles question, Kesi paused for a moment to calculate, more like remember, her age. I'm somewhere between 11 months to a year, because I was born in this season but in the next few weeks... I think." She paused. "My mama would know..." Kesi pinned her ears, a rare sight for her, and looked down. "Ever since mama, my dad got more... mean." She mumbled before shaking away the vile thoughts. "But enough about me, how old are you?"
