Hunter | Male | Volcanic Alpha | M: Mosaic Hunter lost it. "Hey you! We're not done talking!" Hunter flies over to Mosaic and blocks her path. "You're too close to my territory. You're from the Sakura Pack, right? You don't have any trouble bucking away, do ya?" Hunter was spewing nonsense, as he was losing his temper quickly, and rambling helped.

Mosaic | F | Sakura Pack | Alpha | Mention:Hunter Mosaic rolled her eyes, feeling slightly annoyed, it was very clear to her that Hunter had anger issues or it seemed like it. "I only fight if I need to, and as of right now, fighting is not needed" She tried to keep calm and show no emotion while talking to the Volcanic Leader, She knew that if she showed any sign of emotion at this present time it wouldn't turn out well.

Mosaic | F | Sakura Pack | Mention:Hunter "like I said earlier, I am patrolling my territories border, I am not going to fall into your trap, unlike you I know how to keep calm" mosaic replied seemingly calmly, not wanting to let Hunters words get ahold of her.

Hunter | Male | Volcanic Alpha | M: Mosaic Hunter sighs "The only reason I'm doing this, is so you don't get ripped to shreds by myself and the rest of my pack." Hunter shifts from one paw to the other. He then steps out of Mosaic's way. Go on, keep up your patrol. Just be warned, I will come and do the same, and when you see a dead wolf, know I warned you." He was bluffing about killing another wolf; they were the only special wolves left, why would they kill each other?

Amaris | F | Elder | Sakura Pack | M: Mosaic & Hunter(ind) Amaris had risen early, but not early enough to see her alpha off. Mosaic had left a bit earlier which was fine. Granted, Amaris did not care for her alpha going alone. Their pack was small now and she knew that the flyers borderlining the territory would have an advantage against them. However, she was not going to let them get away easily like that. Huffing, she stood outside, feeling the soft breeze in her fur before heading off in a direction. She would check on the volcanic pack border first. Amaris knew once in a while, they would steal from their territory food wise.
She shook out her fallow fur, shaking her antlers. Why couldn't those wolves just fish? They had water surrounding their island after all. Fish should be plentiful. She did admit though that deer - despite their namesake - could be relatively delicious. Amaris preferred rabbit and vole in the area more, although the occasional trout helped her hunger too. Amaris pranced through the trees, picking up her normal trot which looked a lot like a deer due to her coat. Why pull away from her namesake after all? Besides, it was fun.
Amaris slowed down to a walk, ducking under the occasional tree branch as to not get her antlers caught in the leaves. Making it almost to the border, she heard voices and turned towards that direction. Amaris could definitely hear her alpha, but she could also hear a deeper voice, definitely male. She ducked under another tree branch before standing still in a clump of trees. She could see the interaction between the two, even though she couldn't see the meaning of it. Amaris's eyes were solely on the male though, she could tell that it was a volcanic wolf.
If he were to look her way, he would see her silhouette in the trees and would think of a deer. Only until he saw her eyes. Their green-blue hues were practically throwing fire at him as they looked on in coldness. It was clear that not a paw was to touch her alpha or they would be answering to her.

Mosaic | F | Sakura Pack | Mention:Hunter,Amaris Mosaic rolled her eyes and went on her way without saying a word, as she trotted away her tail would sway back-and-forth slowly and her ears held high, She did not care about the threat the Volcanic Alpha made. She had not notice Amaris watching from the destence, therefore did not go over to her. Edited at June 19, 2023 08:42 AM by VirgoFox

Hunter | Male | Volcanic Alpha | M: None Hunter scowled; wolves were getting too cocky. They were coming into his territory without asking, risking death? Hunter flew above the forest and scanned it. No threats. So far.

Meteor | M | Volcanic Pack | Elder | Mentions: None Meteor went about his work, spotting some aloe plants growing not too far from the sea. Making his way over on foot, he carefully inspected the plants. They were large and healthy, good for picking. Carefully, he cut a few leaves off each plant, getting close to the stem and leaving enough for the plant to continue growing. They wouldn't want to ruin their supply, after all. While "plant duty" might not be his favorite job, he'd never be caught dead cutting corners. Once he gathered a good batch, he wrapped them in his tail and took off for the volcano they called home.

Jiro | M | SaltWater Pack | Beta | Mentions: None Jiro swam through the ocean, hanging just below the surface, enjoying the sensation of cutting through the open water. He passed a few schools of ocean fish, but they paled in comparison to the one in his jaws. A decent distance from land, just enough to where the shore is obscured on anything but a perfectly bright and sunny day, he began to reach a small island, if it could even be called that. Much smaller than the islands north of the mainland where the dragon wolves called home and surrounded by coral, this island was made of rock and sand, housing a few small dens that often flooded when the tides got bad. Not that they minded. They were Ocean Wolves, after all. As Jiro climbed on to the land, a small look of disdained crossed his face but quickly vanished as he continued carrying the fish to their food stores, dropping it among a few other sea creatures. It wasn't like they really needed it. The pack's numbers had dwindled significantly since the start of the war. But he was sure none of their food would go to waste. If no one in the pack ate it, it would be left to the sea which was always full of hungry creatures. Taking a quick glance around camp, he noticed no one else was there. Not unusual. Shrugging, he slipped into the water again, returning to the mainland. He loved the ocean, but freshwater was only readily found on the mainland. While he could theoretically forego the trip and rely on his gills for water, a good drink was far more satisfying. As he approached the southern beach, Jiro half-surfaced, taking a peek above the water. Seeing nothing but clear skies, he made his way onto shore by the river delta. There, he drank some of the freshwater that flowed from Flower Lake. It was probably a fascinating sight. Not that he'd been there, of course. It was the lake on the border of the Sakura and Mountain Cliff packs and too far inland for a Salt Water wolf to go ever since the war begun. Still, a great body of water in the middle of an island. Maybe he was hyping it up in his mind too much, but then again, he found most all water intriguing. Jiro worked his way inland, staying on the riverbank. Drawing near the northern border, he kept his eyes and ears sharp, especially for aerial threats. Since the deer wolves were flightless, they didn't pose as much of a threat as the bird wolves, but he was wary of fighting them on land, though he wasn't looking for a fight.
