Juniper/Female/Storm Healer/ M: Open The misty air swirled around Juniper as she navigated through the dense underbrush, her green eyes scanning the forest floor for the herbs she needed. As she moved with purpose, her senses alert, Juniper's attention was momentarily diverted by a rustling sound nearby. Without hesitation, she approached cautiously, her ears swiveling forward to catch any sign of danger. But just as she reached out to investigate, her paw caught on a hidden root, sending her tumbling forward with a yelp of surprise. Before she could regain her footing, she found herself plunging into the cold embrace of a small pond, water splashing around her in a chaotic flurry. For a moment, Juniper lay still, the shock of the fall washing over her. Then, with a frustrated growl, she pushed herself upright, her fur plastered to her half-coyote frame. "Seriously?" she muttered to herself, her voice laced with annoyance. "You'd think I'd have learned to watch my step by now. But no, here I am, soaking wet and looking like a drowned rat." Her green eyes narrowed in self-directed frustration as she shook herself free of the clinging water, droplets shimmering in the dappled light filtering through the trees. "Smooth move, Juniper," she chided herself, her tone tinged with sarcasm. "Real smooth. Remind me again why I thought wandering around in the woods was a good idea?" Nox | Loner | Female | M: Open Nox fluttered from bush to bush, enjoying the springtime air and searching for berries to snack on. It was slightly maddening to be out and about this time of year with all the male birds showing off and being generally annoying. It took her a while, but she did end up finding berries eventually with the added bounus of them being ripe.

Juniper/Female/Storm Healer/ M: Misty Juniper looked up, her green eyes meeting Misty's with a mixture of surprise and gratitude. Despite her discomfort with the water, she appreciated her sister's concern. "I know, Misty," Juniper replied, her voice soft with understanding. "I just... needed a moment to cool off, I suppose." She struggled to her feet, wincing slightly as her injuries protested the movement. But she pushed the pain aside, focusing instead on the warmth of her sister's presence. "Thank you for coming after me," Juniper said, her voice sincere. "I appreciate it more than you know."

Ember/Female Red Fox/Rose Head Guard/M: Open Ember growled as she tried looking around in the fog to see where she was while looking at the pile of rabbits and herbs she had gathered. While she didn't mind the fog hiding her however it can be difficult to find her way home. Ember tried listening but she was feeling tired though she shook herself to stay awake. Summer/Female Red Fox/Rose leader/M: Open Summer was concerned because while she was enjoying the return of Spring which meant less sick members and more food however she hoped that no one had gotten lost. She stood on a rock and saw shapes of her Colony members but she had a bad feeling. Edited at May 11, 2024 05:50 PM by Feiella
