Stella whined as she frantically nuzzled two puppies that seemed to be dead. "Help!" |

Storm tilted his head down pressing it gently against one of the pups. He could hear its little heart beating and the sound of it breathing. He then moved to listen to the next hearing the same sounds. "They're just sleeping." He said calmly. "Relax your doing fine. They are ok." |

Stella was panicking. "No, they arent doing well!" She barked, and when to back to whining as she frantically pulled them close. |

Storm thought Stella might be over reacting but went to go get their owner. He found him in the kitchen preparing lunch. Storm managed to get their owners attention and got him to follow. |

Stella may have been overreacting, or maybe she wasnt. Hey- those were her babies. She was just trying to make sure she didnt loose anyone! The canine continues to nose them, unsure if they were actually sleeping. |

Storm walks back in with their human following. Storm barked and nudged the pups gently. Hoping that their owner would understand. The human knelt down to check the pups. They were breathing but the dogs seemed distressed. He opened on of the pups mouth and it seemed fine as there wasnt any color missing. The pup began to squirm so he put it down by Stella so it can eat. He then checks the other one and does the same thing getting it to squirm and placing it to eat. "They are fine." |

Stella was just being her overprotective puppy mother self. She was relieved to know nothing was wrong, and rested her head on the side of the box. Glad there's nothing wrong. The canine glances over at Storm, worried he' be mad at her. |

"See. I told you there was nothing wrong." He pressed his head gently in the crevice of her throat. He wagged his tail and lifted his head before laying behind her. He licked her cheek gently in a calm affectionate way. |

Stella sighs, as if she had been holding her breath. She nuzzles the pups softly, before shifting her position to get a little bit more comfortable. The canine lays her down on the blankets inside, eventually falling to sleep. She needed it; no matter how old the puppies got, they never seemed to chill out, whatsoever. |

Storm chuckled slightly before laying his head down on the back of her neck. "Good night." He whispered as he watched the pups. |
