Delta suddenly felt herself being pushed to the ground. She had a moment before the wind was taken out of her and she felt a heavy body roll over her. It was that wolf she had tried to attack. She felt a pain near her neck and realised it was Shadow Flame. She tried to roll over agian and get on top but to no avail. Instead Delta bit the nearest thing she could, Shadow Flame's tail. Delta sunk her fangs into the bushy fur and held on, not bothering about the teeth in her own fur. Soon she felt more weigh on top of her, Night Hawk had joined in. The pain in her neck continued and to try and lessen it she bit harder on the bushy tail and waved her head side to side, pulling it back and forth. She heard a yelp nearby and knew it was Sandstorm comming to her rescue.

Sandstorm ran after Delta, he tried to catch up with her and almost succeeded when she caught sight of Shadow Flame. He couldn't catch up with Delta's anger and soon he watched as she was pinned to the ground by Shadow Flame. Sandstorm couldn't take it, he left in the fray. Night Hawk jumped on Delta as well and Sandstorm lost it, no one would do that to Detla. He pounced on Night hawk and bit as close as he could get to the neck. Rolling over he started his own fight with Night Hawk, they had a score to settle too.

Delta felt the weight lift off her for a split second before comming down again, though lighter this time. She heard Sandstorm and Night Hawk growling, they had probably gotten into their own fight, she however needed to end this. Claws raked her shoulder and fanges pierced her leg, the broken one. Her whole leg was in pain but like a good warrior, she kept on fighting. She let go of the tail in her mouth and instead tried to bite Shadow Flame's neck. Her claws scraped at Shadow Flame's stomach as she tried agian to bite the neck. The pain in her leg continued, but she woulded give up this time. Soon though another weight came on top of her and a different pair of claws scratched her. She couldn't stand this anymore, she lay limp for a second, but then burst up, throwing at least one of her captors off.

Sandstorm was so foused on the wolf next to him that he didn't hear Delta or Shadow Flame. He clawed Night Hawk's back and tried to bite his neck. He heard the other wolf come over but didn't bother about it, he was only concerned with Night Hawk. The world blurred as he attacked, fur flying.

Delta saw the dogs get off and was proud of herself. She heard Shadow Flame bark to the guard but didn't hear what she said. When the other dog ran off she though it was bringing back up. Before she had any time to comprehend what was happening something struck her leg. She saw the dog claw and scratch at her leg, the same one that was broken. She cried out as the pain ran through her body. She was about to collapse when she realized this was the dog's plan, she was only striking Delta's leg, no were else. With a last fury Delta reared up again and bit the dog.

Sandstorm fell to the ground behind him, the wind knocked out of him. The dog had kicked him, and he would pay for it. He got up and looked for the dog, he saw him a little further off, limping. Sandstorm ran up without thinking and just tried to bite the wolf while scratching the paw at the same time. He growled as his paw struck Night Hawk's paw and his teeth met fur.

Pain went through Delta's leg again and again, blood was splattered on the fur. Delta felt like she was going to faint, but stayed going just a little longer. She saw Shadow Flame run at her leg again but before Delta had time to brace herself the dog bit into her back leg. This was unexpected and Delta let out a sound that was something like a cry and a growl. The dog quickly jumped back though, Delta could see her, just a little bit away. The dog though clawed into one of Delta's other legs, now she only had one unhurt. She fell to the ground for a moment, but somehow she managed to get up, maybe for the last time. She looked at the dog, then remembered what she had said, I won't stop fighting till I'm dead. With a last spurt of energy she lept onto her strugling legs and let out a cry as she ran and jumped on the dog, hoping to at least go down poudly.

As Sandstorm's claws and teeth came down on Night Hawk he felt a pain of his own. It seemed that the limping paw had not been hurt and was just a trick. He felt something in his neck, more painful than any would he had had today. He cried out, letting go of Night Hawk's shoulder in the process. With Sandstorm's moment of unbalance Night Hawk pinned him down, his teeth still in Sandstorm's shoulder. The pain blurred Sandstorm's senses but he could see one thing, and unprotected chest right above him. He lashed out with the rest of his strength and clawed at it as many times as he could, hoping Night Hawk would let go of his neck.
