You can get Red Roses by killing wolverines in Explore. You have a chance of running into one in levels 5 and above in the Forest.

You can also buy them at

Realm < Marketplace

Click Barter

And then type in rose in the first box, click lowest to highest in the price, and then Submit

They are pretty cheap :)
