She somewhat of a "Scout" which actually considers of her sniffing around, poking her nose in other people's buisness and occasionally pinching something that might or might not have been disguarded | She likes to fix stuff for money, and is pretty decent at it - but otherwise doesn't need a job because her dad is loaded. Although her father's influence may have got her into the doors of the Venturi family, it's her own ingenuity that's given her a use within their walls.

Appearance:
Cyndi's usual presentation varies somewhere between 'looks like a bomb went off next to her' to 'victorian chimney sweep child' because she is always exiting some disaster or another. Her nickname 'Cinders' reflects her often ash-littered arms and face, and her hair is rarely neat - tied into the messiest bun to get it out of the way. She can't help the slight mad scientist vibe, it's her only way of escaping the pristeen expectations of her family; they're all well dressed and manicured, so it's on her to break the trend. That said she can put in some effort when she needs to, and she cleans up just fine, even dabbling in some makeup when she feels up to it. Cynthia usually just can't be bothered with her appearance, especially when she's halfway through fixing something particually challenging. Her personal priorities are very much elsewhere. However she has her own rugged attractiveness: she's got an impressive set of biceps from the random skills she has picked up, and keeps very active so has quite a lean body overall. She favours particality and loves to wear anything with function, so the more pockets the better - cargos and chunky boots that protect her feet and add a fun bonus to her height are the way to go.
Reaching a height of 5'6 she's not very tall at all and generally appears to have a lanky figue when wearing baggier clothing. She doesn't have much of an intimidating stature and generally has a relaxed albiet slightly chaotic air about her. For the most part her limbs and facial features are very sharp, boardering on aggressive, however her eyes are doe soft and massive. A soft brown shade, they are reasonably expressive and give her a much more gentle look that otherwise would be absent. Her hair is naturally a silvery-black shade but it has long since been dyed a copper-red shade that is currently semi-faded. It is evidently somewhat damaged from bleaching, and very messy but still quite thick. The cut is... difficult to describe in simple terms - long, somewhat wavy, messy as hell and choppy in layers. She has messy bangs often pinned up or tucked behind her ears, that she fiddles with when she has nothing else to do. They pull back to reveal her multitude of peircings, all in silver, scattered across her ears; she also has the start of a tattoo sleeve but it's very often covered by her shirt.
Shifted appearance:
In Cynthia's wolven form she takes on the natural grey-black of her natural hair, coating her body in a thick and messy mass of fur. Much to many's suprise she has a relatively larger form: one well muscled and standing about 33 inches tall which is just over the larger size of an average wolf. There is something quite intimidating to her animal appearance, even aside from her bulky size; her eyes are the same dark oak brown and hold an intense stare unusual for the more timid lupine species. Very in tune with her werewolf state, Cyndi is evidently a huntress and warrior when in it - she has a poise that yells buisness much unlike her usual state. See, while like this she has no use for her usual tools to craft (you can't really do much with a pair of paws) so she turns away from industrial things and indulges herself in the wild. Letting herself be one with the nature around her she is instead often covered with earth or fallen leaves that get caught in her longer fur, or else stains from feeding. It's not too far from her being covered in the remains of a failed experiment, but that's not the point - at least the only mess she's leaving behind can be explained away as a wolf this time. Though it can barely be seen through her fur, Cynthia does have scarring from various dumb and slightly less dumb incidents, but they don't bother her in the slightest.
Voice and accent:
Despite the fact her primarily greek family have been living here for many generations, the older members of her family stubbornly retain the strong accent of their ancestry. Cynthia's accent isn't very strong but hints of it can be heard when she mutters under her breath in frustration, or is in the presence of her elderly family members. Her own voice is lively and cheerful, a pleasing tone that is silly and somewhat of a lower pitch then average. Contrary to what her appearance would suggest she's not someone who is particularly loud nor laughs easy (the mad scientist™ laugh has happened, but rarely) but she has a softer bubbily giggle that much more readily - and ironically - accompanies her experimental works. It's an amusing contrast between how she sounds and how she behaves.

Personality:
One would do well to keep their wits about them while around Cynthia - and also perhaps their belongings. While she is a collector of things and would never steal anything (she doesn't exactly need to due to the wealth of her family) stuff do have a habit of going missing around her. See things from her perspective: you're working late in your so-called lab one night when you get distracted by someone talking to you, then another project going bust (or y'know up in flames) and finally you find something in the chaos of your desk space that is perfect for this new idea you've been caught up in. How was she supposed to know you still like that old phone if it's got a million cracks in it and is nestled so perfectly between that broken lamp and six tins of old scrap metal? It's hardly her fault if you manage to loose something to the scrap jungle that is her working space. That said, while she isn't going to feel guilty for any mishap (your fault for thinking you could just leave your pristeen coat by the open paint cans) she does go more than out of her way to find some kind of replacement. Money is never an issue for her after all, so she might even sneak an upgrade in there too. Cynthia is hardly wasteful though - she literally collects trash for her projects - or squanderous with her cash (she still values it on some level) so is can be quite a suprise when she reveals just how rich her family actually is.
There is something about 'Cinders' that tells you she is at the least mildly spoilt. Her widely spontaneous energy has her dragging her friends into the wildest of situations - all funded by herself naturally - and having a blast. Sometimes literally; her nickname is Cinders for a reason. That reason having a close involvement with her haphazard relationship with explosions and fire. Anyways, she doesn't have the greatest regard for her or others' safety. That makes her one fun person to party with, but hardly the best person to have in a more dangerous scenario. Although, while her self preservation is all but present, she is a very useful person to have on hand in a pinch. Her straightforward intelligence has her thinking loops around others, whether that's in building something to fix a problem or by manipulating others in some way. So on that note, she's worth keeping around if one has a purpose for her. Cyndi won't really argue with being used: firstly shes often too naïve to tell when she's being used if the other person is in anyway sneaky about it (especially when shes being used for her money or skills - the latter she is far too proud not to show off when prompted to) which is somewhat ironic. And secondly she loves feeling useful, even if she recognises someone is using her for their sole benefit - obliging mainly because it gives her something new and interesting to do.
At her heart Cynthia is a self proclaimed scientist and inventor. She is never not seen with something to tinker with and has a bad habit of taking stuff apart whenever it's handed to her. Half the time she isn't even planning to figure it out how it works (that is a favourite thing for her to do) and is instead her just subconsciously messing around with whatever she's got. She can't help it, her mind is just super active and this fiddling prevents her from turning to more dangerous things, like testing the fire resistance of whatever she's found at the local tip. That's her other kind of favourite thing, which may or may not have resulted in her repuation for fire causing. Her skills are varied in both quality and well, 'skill' too. Some things she's perfected and if you give her - for example - a broken watch she can fix that right up with no issues. However there's some things still way out of her skillset. Not a problem in her eyes though, she'll have a go and see what she can do. Unfortunately that can some times end up with the item being completely destroyed... but you'll let her buy you a new one instead right?
Generally Cyndi is a very cheerful and upbeat person. She's not a downright optamist - there's a level of realism she sticks with because otherwise she just knows she'll fall into being overly naive. For the most part she gets along well with anyone 'n everyone, and around them she's quite comfortable with being herself and acting as usual. Although, when she's getting through a more challenging part of a project she can start of become introverted and retreat into some quieter corner to finally get this damned thing done. If someone bothers her she can be a little grumpier of a conversational partner, but worst case senario she'll trap whoever's disturbing her into helping her out with her newest crazy scheme. It's funny to watch them stumble through her room trying to figure out how the hell any of her equipment works - or where it even is! Cynthia has a high tolerance for being social and truely isn't bothered by many people; she has an endlessly easygoing nature and seamlessly bounces in and out of groups as she pleases, making friends pretty much anywhere she goes. Others can find her whirlwind type of behaviour difficult to keep up with, or even just downright annoying, but that's barely her concern.
Likes: Experiments, other chill people, fireworks, fire, solving problems, crafting, fixing stuff, her dad, her brothers, cats (tigers and tabbies)
Dislikes: Explosions (oops), people making a big fuss over money, angry people, being left alone for too long, heavy rain
Strengths: Strong family ties, creative and inventive, easygoing, decent fitness
Weaknesses: Highly unpredictable and chaotic, not the strongest werewolf - more of a lupine type, potential to be very naiive

I can't see her objecting to a truce, but she'd probably find a tiny bit of sabotage quite entertaining.
