Appearance:
With a dense coat of soft white fur, Zira is well suited to the cold temperatures of the north and winters, yet soft to the touch. The silver of her outer coat creates a dusting over her shoulders and a portion of her back, with touches over her snout and brow. Her size often sets her apart from her female counterparts, yet still smaller than some males, standing at roughly 2.5 ft at the shoulder and 130 pounds. Thick shoulders and strong hide quarters make climbing, swimming, and traversing difficult terrain a simple task. Her large paws feature soft patches of fur between her toes allowing her to navigate snow and ice without sinking or loss of traction. Her tail is a fluffy mass of fur that grows thinner at the tip, due to the damage caused by an injury when she was a pup when it froze to a riverbank. Her nose is black like coal, matching the eyeliner markings and lips. These dark markings help set her brilliant sapphire blue eyes apart from the white of her coat.
