The ranch is ran by one Mariana "Ms. Mary" Luster. A world class eventer, turning down the olympics in favor of helping orhers acheive their competing dreams. She usually spends her time in the office, going over the books and things like that, trusting her instructors and stable hands to keep students in line.

(The following is the letter you received, inviting you to the ranch)
Dear _______,
I do hope you are in good health as you receive this formal invitation to Mariana's Farm! This is a place where you can hone your skills in any discipline you choose. (Please note the Ranch only has fake steer, for roping or anything like that)
We have instructors that can help you along the way, and give their opinions, and competing advice. Just know that any criticism given to you is meant to help you, and the instructors have your best interest in heart! And they would be happy to work with you one on one if you needed it or wanted it.
Please bring your horse (if you have one) and yourself to the grounds by May 31st. Lessons will start on June 3rd.

The Ranch is over 400 acres of woods and plains. There are two main barns, one for students and one for the instructors. Each barn has two tack rooms, one on each side of the barn.
There are two indoor and outdoor arenas, one indoor and one outdoor to Western and English disciplines. Two different lessons usually happening at once.
There are many trails that go around 5he property, and are marked by neon pink ties around the bases of the trees.

The main house Is where Mariana's office is and where most of the instructors sleep, unless they live close to the ranch then they are welcome to go home.
It is a large, white two story, with most bedrooms on the second floor, with Mariana's bedroom on the first floor. There are two bathrooms on the top floor and a three on the bottom, including one that connects two bedrooms.
The dining table is large and can seat a lot of people, and is where everyone has breakfast and dinner. Lunch is usually a fast on the go thing at the farm.
The students stay in a bunkhouse beside the barn. It has a wall through the middle of it with a door to go between. One side is girls, and the other is guys. They're are 10 bunks on each side as well as a full bath and a half bath each. Students are asked to claim one (1) bunk as their own for the summer
