| Wild, I feel ya, I have to come up with something different everyday and if I do something twice in the same week I get grumbles. What do you have, or what are you feeling? |

| Wild In actuality I like to get fancy and make charcuterie boards for myself, so I get lunchmeats (pepperoni is my fav), pickles, fruit, bread/crackers, and cheese and put them all on a plate. The cheese can be string cheese and a sandwich checks half the boxes. Plus fruit can be so simple like applesause. I like yogurt too for my girl dinner |

| Wild, still delicious, I add some garlic and herbs while I'm cooking it and it comes out so good. Any of your favorite spices/herbs should work |

| Moon yeahhh I'm not allowed to lock the bathroom door, and my mom once had to walk in on me naked to help me get back up. Luckily I only bruised my hip a bit then but it was awkward xD |

| Moon I took a cool shower earlier before the lotion and that helped! Hot showers make me dizzy due to pots so they're a no=go |

| one time i had a long-lasting allergic reaction where my whole body was itchy and my face swelled up. i was covering myself in itch cream for a few days turns out i'm allergic to itch cream lol |

| Wild My brother is allergic to birch! Sadly, I recently developed my allergies and this is the worst they've ever been, I don't think I'm getting over them soon xD I do want to get re allergy tested though |

| Buggy, hot shower, like blazing hot, sometimes help me when I'm dealing with hell bug bites, so if the benadryl wears off without any help maybe try that? Plus steam helps with the breathing bit |

| Buggy, my father was allergic to birch once, after a few years he got over it!! I'd say don't add any lotion if it isn't helping you |
